J'ai réellement apprécié car l'hôtel est proche de l'Opéra Garnier, des Galeries Lafayette, du Louvre, du Jardin des Tuileries, du musée des arts décoratifs, ...
La chambre est silencieuse et le lit très confortable.
Une charmante adresse toute en simplicité avec un personnel au petit soin !
Le service est remarquable et la localisation est idéale pour visiter un maximum !

Petit déjeuner très bon - j'ai apprécié la gentillesse du personnel et la l'emplacement de l'hôtel.

I did have a reservation (and checked into the hotel) and spoke with Ariana and Justine about this matter and they were quite nasty to me. This response is unsurprising and it is what I expected given my experience. I also see other people have complained about bed bugs at your hotel in other reviews. Perhaps your approach to customer service could be improved. I’m happy to provide support to Google in the form of a hotel receipt or photos.

I did leave the hotel after discovering the bed bug and did not stay overnight because I could not risk being bitten due to my allergies. Your hotel charged me for the night anyway and I have proof I’m glad to provide to Google to prove my genuine review. I’m sure potential customers will be put off by the negative tone of your communications and replies, so I suggest you consider optics. Your hotel has only attacked me (defensiveness) right from the start. Perhaps you could change your approach to customer service and maybe you’ll end up with better outcomes for the hotel and its customers. I love supporting small businesses that treat customers right.

Your first employee grabbed me by the arm and shook me violently. He did not ask how I was nor offered any help at any point after my fall. Fortunately, a second of your employees intervened and made him stop. I am grateful to this second employee.
What is really a shame is that you try to cover up the wrongdoings of this first employee.
I offered to spoke on the phone about the incident with the direction of the hotel and gave you my contacts for this. An apology would be more than welcome.
Par contre 5 euro la petite bouteille dans le frigo. Quelle arnaque vu le prix des chambres. En plus bruit du métro une partie de la nuit.
