Avis HÔTEL LES THÉÂTRES Paris

Affordable and excellent location close to several metro stops and small grocery stores, cafes, food, with an unexpected arch around the corner. Rooms are smaller but city size and there is also a half-floor. Staff is around 24 hours and a popular late night street is close by as well. Glad this was where we picked to stay.

Overall, it's a good find in Paris that will not break the bank. Small, but very clean rooms. Neighborhood grows on you. Close to the Metro.

Lovely hotel very friendly very clean

Just came from Paris. The hotel is very expensive for what you get. Rooms are small the AC in my room wasn't working properly. My room smelled like sewer and my brother room smelled like dirty socks. The showers are too small. And the toilet in my room was far away from the sink on the other side of the room. In the morning doors were slammed too strong many times that you can't stay asleep. Staff was nice and helpful. Location was good.

Chambre avec vue ….sur 3 murs de béton pour 220 euros. ????????????????Je cherche encore les 4 étoiles. Je n’en vois même pas 1. À éviter fortement !!!! ????
Chambre petite, sombre. Et en plus on entend se déclencher le système de ventilation de tout l’immeuble aux 4 minutes.

Pire hôtel au centre ville de paris. L'attention à la réception est nulle

BUON HOTEL MA MI ASPETTAVO QUALCOSA DI PIU'||||Hotel molto centrale tra Rue Saint Denis Boulevard bonne nouvelle.||Fermata della metropolitana a 50 metri.||Di sera qualche piccolo assembramento di persone ubriache che bevono a 100 metri dadall'albergo.non piacevolissimo.||Piuttosto piccolo, con 5 stanze per piano su 7 piani.||Stanze carine, vagamente retrò.||Noi avevamo un terrazzino molto carino. Mia figlia stava in una stanza singola veramente deliziosa.||Stanze comunque carine da buon 3 stelle ma non 4...||Prima colazione INSUFFICIENTE. Da un 4 stelle mi aspetto decisamente una prima colazione più varia e gustosa.||Servizio in camera con qualche pecca; un giorno la cameriera si è dimenticata un set di asciugamani e ho dovuto andarlo a prendere personalmente in reception perchè l'impiegata era da sola.||Ho chiesto un cerotto perchè avevo un taglietto al mignolo ma non c'erano cerotti in hotel!!!!||Mi rendo conto che nelle grandi città i 4 stelle sono talvolta declassificati ma qualcosina in più era lecito aspettarsi.||E, a parer mio, un buon 3 stelle. NON E' un 4 STELLE:

Small, cozy rooms in a great location

Great location near the metro. Breakfast was simple but good. Croissants were fantastic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was it was very hot in our room. We were told they don’t turn the AC on this time of year. Thankfully the room windows opened. Also, was traveling with a friend. Be mindful the shower is in the same room and glass is see through. A bit awkward! Fine for couples. Overall pleasant stay.

Ho scelto l'hotel in considerazione della posizione e dal sito web. Una volta arrivato mi sono reso subito conto che la struttura millanta un livello che non merita assolutamente. Camera di dimensioni lillipuziane, un bagno di 1 metro quadro senza finestra e con aspiratore non funzionante. Arredi vetusti e rovinati, la testiera del letto completamente graffiata e macchiata, angoli sbeccati, box doccia sporco e non chiudeva facendo fuoriuscire l'acqua. Colazione povera e di prodotti e priva di servizio. Una mattina ho preso un pain au chocolat e al primo morso mi sono accorto che era del giorno prima. Il giorno successivo il distributore del succo aveva terminato il succo d'arancia e alla mia richiesta di riempirlo mi è stato risposto di prendere il succo di mela. Ho chiesto di riparare l'aspiratore in bagno, necessario visto che non è finestrato e ci dovevo stare tre notti, nessuno ha fatto nulla.

In una zona molto vivace con teatri e vie caratteristiche tutto sommato abbastanza vicino alle attrazioni principali. La camera chi ci è capitata abbastanza piccola con un bagno molto piccolo. Buona la colazione. Accoglienza buona.

Piccolo Hotel in stile old-style parigino, carino, ma con alcune mancanze per un 4 stelle.
Esempio: piccolo ripostiglio di 40cm dietro una tenda, salvo 1 tavolino e 2 poltroncine non c'è nulla dove appoggiare le borse o valige. Il wc funziona male (flusso insufficiente e che fatica a fermarsi).

Zentrale Lage, belebte Gegend mit vielen Lokalen u Lebensmittelgeschäften in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer sauber u zweckmäßig, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, gerne wieder!

Great value for the money, had a nice sized room, shower and bathroom. Bed was nice, clean and great location. I would recommend.
I don't agree with most of the negative reviews, but I agree I would not call it a "4 star" hotel. could be my american mind though

Very nice and confortable, well situated.|The personnel is particularly kind and helpful, thanks to them, our stay was perfect. Breakfast was served with nice atmosphere, room and bathroom were clean and tidy, cocooning. It’s clear that this hotel’s personnel is used to foreign visitors, no language probleme

Very bad experience. I don't understand how this place got a 4 stars rating.

Both the room and the overall place were clearly lacking maintenance. In the room, the bathroom cabinet was literally falling apart (the wooden front was not fixed to the cabinet, just laid there, you could see the piping behind and it was falling off to the floor very easily and frequently). For two days (out of 4 we stayed there), water pressure was extremely low, and for almost one entire day there was no hot water at all.

The room was.. claustrophobic at best (the entire hotel is, for a fact), but I understand this is something expected for a hotel in central Paris. Still, to me it was not comfortable at all, and I'm not even that big or tall. Ventilation was pretty bad, and given that the shower was in the same ambient as the bed (no physical separation), after taking a quick shower you also end up enjoying a sauna. The room plan was also either not updated, or fake (it was not matching the actual layout of the room, at all). One evening we got some takeaway, and asked the receptionist if we could eat it in the dining room. He said "sure, but you can also use the bedroom for that", to which we answered, "in the bedroom, where?" (he didn't reply). There was a single window with very limited light coming in, we never managed to keep the lights turned off even during bright sunny days. To get to the balcony (which felt somewhat abusive), you had to use the window (like, an actual window, not a French door). Also you could easily hear people in the nearby rooms, one night we enjoyed someone on the other side of the wall throwing up (really, we heard him coming inside, "singing" some very guttural sounds for a good 5/10 minutes while on the toilet (at least I hope he was the toilet), flushing the water and then leaving the room).

Breakfast was meh. There was little choice, and most food was not that good.

On the plus side, it is located in a pretty central location, if you like to walk you can easily get to the most famous landmarks in Paris in anything between 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Overall, not recommended at all. I expect MUCH better from a 4-stars hotel.

Positive: Excellent service from the staff, very quiet room, exceptionally comfortable bed. Not far from the Metro. Negative: Room was too hot; thermometer didn?t control the heating properly. We opened the window.?.

Hotel très sympa, idéalement placé. Chambre propre, accueil chaleureux H24. Le petit-dejeuner et le spa sont un gros plus.

Nous remercions bien chaleureusement Franck, de nous avoir trouvé une chambre d’hôtel alors que notre réservation n’avait pas été validée dans son hôtel. Nous nous promettons de revenir et de séjourner chez lui.

Hôtel très sympathique.|Il est vrai que comme l’indique certains avis,nous ne sommes pas dans un véritable 4 étoiles.|Par contre ,ceci est bien compensé par la gentillesse du personnel.|Un petit cadeau nous attendait le jour de Noël,une attention toute particulière qui est rare dans les hôtels maintenant.|Sa proximité avec le métro est super pratique,et depuis cette station nous sommes à 30 mn des lieux à visiter de Paris.|Bravo à l’équipe des Théâtres et nous reviendrons dans cet établissement.

Personale gentile e sempre disponibile, colazione, a buffet, varia e di buona qualità.
Le camere, a mio avviso, sono un po’ piccole ma pulitissime.

Overall, my stay at the hotel in Paris was satisfactory. The amenities and services provided were adequate, but there were a couple of issues that detracted from the experience. Firstly, there was a lack of shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the view from the balcony was rather average and didn't meet my expectations. However, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite these minor setbacks, I enjoyed my time in Paris and appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location.

J’avais déjà testé le vice versa et celui-ci est somptueux également. J’ai vraiment eu l’impression d’être dans un théâtre. Chambre spacieuse bien décorée. Tout l’hôtel est vraiment dépaysant et magnifique. Le Personnel est pro et chaleureux en même temps.

Très bel hôtel. Chambres spacieuses et confortables.
Petit déjeuner copieux. Le tout est très bien achalandé.

We just checked in and William the receptionist was extremely rude and not welcoming. He was having a computer issue and was extremely rude towards us. Later that night we asked him if we could use the phone to call the airline as the airline broke our suitcase. Willian replied “not a hotel problem”. That is the customer service they have at this hotel.
