I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff -- most notably Sheridan and Nathan -- were incredibly kind, helpful, and made the visit exceptional. The location of this hotel is fabulous as it does not feel too touristy. The complimentary soft drinks in the minibar were greatly appreciated. Other hotel perks such as the gym and the cinema club plus utilizing the sauna in a nearby Astotel hotel made the stay even better. I would definitely stay here again!

Notre séjour de huits nuits au 123 Sébastopol a été rendu très plaisant par un personnel accueillant, attentif, et souriant. Nous avions demandé au préalable une chambre sans bruit; et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le silence de la chambre dont les fenêtres surplombaient la cour, Se trouver au centre de Paris et éviter le bruit: un véritable luxe, d'autant plus que ces mêmes fenêtres s'ouvraient et ne laissaient toujours entrer de bruit que de bruits faibles et lointains. L'emplacement de l'hôtel nous a permis de marcher pour visiter plusieurs sites et musées. Pour les autres visites, il y avait le métro avec quatres stations à moins de cinq minutes de marche. Excellent service, tranquilité, emplacement très pratique: une visite mémorable d'une ville que nous adorons.

We love this place. Everything was immaculate and we were able to walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre and many other places. We are an elderly couple and have trouble with technology, but the great staff there was eager to help (especially Nathan). He helped us get our phone back from the Uber driver who only spoke French. It will be an honor to stay there again!

Godt beliggende hotel, nogenlunde tæt på alt.|Jeg kan desværre kun give 4 stjerner, fordi der var en del trafikstøj fra vejen , som vi havde værelse ud til. Værelserne var meget små.|Menn , Sikke en fantastisk service man fik fra de ansatte, samt morgenmaden var super.|Så jeg kan kun give den 4 stjerner, også fordi at det kun er måske om jeg vil booke dette hotel igen

Great location between districts 2 and 3. |Staff are friendly and helpful.|Excellent breakfast that offered a wide variety of eggs, vegetables, meats, salads and bakery products.|Afternoon and early evening snacks offered a wide variety of selections.|When our stay was unexpectedly extended by 3 days, the manager arranged for the extension at the same rates, benefits and room.|Excellent service, location value and highly recommend.

Positives: great location with metro stops and shops nearby, small gym, decent sized rooms
Negatives: BEDBUGS - woke up with multiple typical bedbug bites (e.g. 3 in line) and then also saw a live bedbug on the bed. I spoke to the hotel staff who told me it couldn't have been one after viewing a photo of it and given them a description of the bites I received, and instead told me it was from bugs exiting the A/C (?). I was disappointed by their response.

Updated to respond to the hotel: I confirm that the stay was indeed at this hotel and in May 2022. I'm not sure why the photo says it's from 2023. I had some difficulties uploading the review with the photo until recently. During my stay and immediately afterwards, I spoke with hotel management who told me they didn't believe it was bedbugs and did nothing to rectify the situation.

Very nice hotel, clean and cozy, great breakfast, and free drinks in the minibar.|Also after 14:00 till night, some drinks and sweets in the lobby for free, the stuff is helpful and ready to serve you.|Near the hotel lots of restaurants, and 2 metro stations, we had great stay

Mycket trevligt hotell på bra läge i närheten av restauranger, pubar caféer och mysiga shoppar. Tyst och lugnt, välstädat och trevlig personal. Det bästa var dock frukosten som var rimlig i pris och stort utbud. Все супер, небольшой но очень уютный отель, вкусные завтраки, после обеда доступны напитки и снеки. Интересное оформление номеров. Очень удобное расположение, все близко , много кафе и магазинов. Станция метро в 5 минутах. Но мы везде ходили пешком , собор парижской Богоматери в 20 мин хотьбы

Everything about this boutique hotel is wonderful. I loved the cinema theme and the quirky way it's incorporated into every aspect of the hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent as was the comfort of the room. Most impressive was the staff. They get to know you and the service is exceptional. I have stayed at 5 star hotels but I would go back to this one in a second.

This is the 3rd visit and I’m planning a 4th in July . The hotel is perfectly placed , moments from the metro line 4 only a few stops from Gare du Nord so perfect for Eurostar. Staff are all helpful, friendly and professional . The rooms are equipped with everything you’d require, comfortable beds, gorgeous pillows, coffee machine , kettle , fridge with free soft drinks . Breakfast is exceptional plus from 2pm drinks and cakes , snacks available for free . You can visit other hotels in the group and enjoy the same 2pm treats. It’s a joy to visit

Everything and everyone was simply perfect….the hotel is right in the middle of Paris and the staff is so nice and helpful..The room was with plenty of light and very very clean and spacious ..Will definitely come back again and could definitely recommend it to others

We’ve enjoyed many city breaks and holidays further afield over the years and I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. From the manager down all the staff are friendly & helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is immaculate, the bedrooms are beautiful and the complimentary cakes and drinks are pure heaven! |There are two very close metro stations and it’s only 3 stops from the Gare du Nord. |Would I recommend this hotel - 100%!

We visited with friends & were welcomed by the concierge Chad. She finished check-in efficiently & gave us information about the hotel. The concierge Ana was helpful with getting taxis and subway/walking directions. A great breakfast every day. The decor is fun and funky with the film themes. We highly recommend this unique hotel

Emplacement idéal non loin de la gare de l'Est et des stations de métro.|J'ai vraiment apprécié le petit déjeuner et le gouter offert dans l'après midi.|La décoration "cinéma" est très réussie tant au niveau des chambres que dans l'espace petit déjeuner.

Alles perfekt!???? |Sehr hilfsbereites , unkompliziertes und nettes Personal!!|Lage auch perfekt. Nahe Gare de l‘est.|Vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen . Metro Station ganz in der Nähe. |Zimmer sehr schön, sauber, ruhig.|Alkoholfreie Getränke frei, sehr angenehm. Gepäckaufbewahrung kein Problem. |Sehr zu empfehlen um Paris zu erkunden. |Wir würden sofort wieder dorthin.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, καθαρό,άνετα δωμάτια, υπέροχοι χωροι (lobby, εστιατόριο)και βρίσκεται σε κομβικό σημείο. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό, ευγενικό και πρόθυμο. Το πρωινό ειναι εξαιρετικό σε γεύση,πλούσιο με πολλές επιλογές. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

We had a very nice experience staying at this lovely hotel film themed hotel in the centre of Paris. It’s ideally located for visiting most of the tourist attractions. This staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Idéalement placé, à 50m d'une bouche de métro de la ligne 4, bel hôtel avec un lobby accueillant, clair et moderne.|Les chambres (thème cinéma) sont décorées avec goût et confortable même si il y a trop peu de rangement...|Le plus c'est l'accès à tous moments de la journée (et de la nuit)à un buffet de sucreries, pâtisseries et boissons ! Le petit déjeuner est aussi généreux et plutôt bon.|L'hotel est calme, bien isolé du bruit.|Petit bémol au niveau du tapis dans notre chambre. Il est propre mais arrive en bout de course (il "fait" sale), les joints de la douche sont mal faits (ils ne sont pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles) et pour terminer sur les petits moins... la TV est un peu petite.|Sinon, l'hôtel possède un excellent rapport qualité/prix avec de très belles prestations.

Nice hotel, with some nice details. The room had some faults, the carpet obviously got wet before and changed its shape. The bathroom slightly outdated, the entrance door broken in the lower part. The cleanliness so and so. Nice staff at the reception, except for the first day when checking in. The location is good, walking distance (20’) to Notre Dame and a safe neighbourhood.

L hôtel est particulièrement bien situé.
Les chambres sont de taille raisonnable mais très propres.
Je recommande pour un court séjour au cœur du marais.
