The location is brilliant, about a 7min walk to The Louvre and even less to wonderful restaurants and cafes. Our room was comfortable with enough space for our suitcases and the bathroom was a good size (not so common in Europe we discovered). Staff were friendly and attentive. They even organised well priced airport transfers. Breakfast is well priced, but basic. Would absolutely stay again.

Piden 100 euros de depósito (dísque para cubrir alimentos en caso de solicitarlos), al salir no los reembolsan con el argumento de que revisarán la habitación para ver si no falta nada y después olímpicamente te lo roban! NO ES RECOMENDABLE

Ils demandent une caution de 100 euros (donnez-la pour couvrir la nourriture si vous en faites la demande), quand vous partez, ils ne la remboursent pas avec l'argument qu'ils vérifieront la chambre pour voir si rien ne manque et ensuite ils vous la volent absolument ! NON RECOMMANDÉ

They ask for a 100 euro deposit (supposedly to cover food if you ask for it), when you leave they don't refund it with the argument that they will check the room to see if anything is missing and then they just rob you! IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED

During my stay, the heating broke down. It was so cold that I told the hotel, but they didn't even apologize and said they couldn't fix it right away. They also said I could go to another hotel. I told them that I had a small child with me and he might get sick, but they didn't do anything about it. I had to stay up all night and go out to a warm cafe early the next morning to warm up.

I reported this to Booking.com, where I booked the hotel, and they even lied, saying that they tried to provide a portable heater, but the guest refused. If they really did offer a portable heater, why would I have refused it? My young child spent the night shivering in the cold.

The facilities are old and there is no coffee pot for a hotel that costs 200 euros per night. Above all, this hotel does not know the basics of service.

We all got sick and it ruined our travel plans. I have been to Paris many times but I will not be going back to Paris after this one.

Rapport qualité prix bon, literie confortable, chambre agréable.
Cependant, le chauffage ne fonctionnait plus arrivé le soir, pas de couverture supplémentaires à disposition dans la chambre, le frigo ne fonctionnait pas non plus.
Déçue du petit déjeuner, très peu de choix et pour ceux qui mangent salé le matin il n'y a que du fromages.

Hotel comodo e pulito in zona veramente centrale. Da aeroporto Orly c’è metro 14 che porta a pochi passi dall’hotel. |E’ una zona bella e tranquilla e piena di ristoranti etnici, vicino a Louvre, Opera’, Place vendome… |Personale cordiale, possibilità di deposito bagagli presente, prezzo altino per essere un 2 stelle ma si paga la posizione che è davvero perfetta per muoversi a piedi. |Camera pulita!

Wir kommen wieder! Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen, das ganze Personal sehr freundlich, die Zimmer hübsch gemacht und gut isolierte Fenster. Einziger Kritikpunkt: das Bett war sehr klein für zwei Personen (140cm).

This was our second stay at Opéra Maintenon and it was just as great this time. The staff are wonderful - extremely helpful and kind. The room is a lovely, quaint Parisian room that met our needs perfectly. We only stayed one night, but our son cried because we didn't stay longer!

We love this hotel and will continue coming back as long as we continue to visit Paris!

A three-star hotel with friendly staff at the reception. The room was small, and the only thing it lacked was a closet that could be closed. However, there was a shelf for storing things. The bathroom was also small but sufficient for one person. The bed was comfortable, and the room was cleaned every day. There are many restaurants and bars, as well as grocery stores, near the hotel. Public transport stops were also quite close. It was also a very short walk to the Louvre. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel, and it was surprisingly quiet. Given the price per night, I missed having breakfast or at least a coffee bar included.

I made a mistake when I booked this hotel. I booked a year in advance rather than for the current year. When our group arrived to the hotel, the hotel was fully booked and we didn’t have a valid reservation. You can image the distress at the time we were in because we were in a foreign country without speaking its language. The owner and the front desk clerks spent hours helping us finding a nearby hotel. They helped me book this hotel online and called a taxi to take us there. Without their kind and generous help I don’t know what would have happened to us. Hotel Opera is a nice, beautiful and comfortable hotel. It’s in walking distance to Louvre Museum. People working here are angels. This place is very affordable and the best hotel in my opinion for tourists visiting Paris.

Banheiro bem limitado, cama boa, café da manhã atende bem, mas não tem fruta.
Não tem elevador no térreo, vc precisa subir escadas até o primeiro andar para acessar o elevador… péssimo.

Lovely small hotel in central Paris. It’s not fancy, but rooms cleaned daily, bed linen good, and the staff on Reception are really helpful. Limited room facilities with no safe or coffee facilities but there’s a hairdryer.|The very small lift runs from the first floor.|I’d definitely recommend as a sensibly priced hotel near to everything.

1.地點方便 . 樓下就是亞洲料理街 , 吃了兩家都不錯 .

2.服務親切 , 住7天看了好幾個店員都是真誠待人 , 有家的感覺.

3.早餐不錯 , 一人10歐元/天 , 有可頌 + 法國麵包 , 自助區果汁 . 咖啡 . 牛奶 . 塊狀乳酪 . 優格自取 .

4.床鋪舒適 , 睡醒精神好

5.最重要是有記得客戶需求 , 我訂房說想要灰色系的房間 , 入住時真的有安排.

6.房間鑰匙很有特色 , 很像哈利波特的道具.

7.電梯不大 , 但很復古有趣 , 符合個人喜好.

8.房間開窗可看到樓下附近的街道景象 , 自然光充足 , 發呆吹風不錯.

缺點
1.馬桶離地太高 , 我身高174公分剛好碰地 , 建議給小椅子墊高.

2.剛入住時中央空調不冷 , 還好是冬天 , 隔了兩天修好就OK了.

3.房間內燈光較昏暗 , 可增加1-2組燈具提高照明.

4.衣架都是木頭製 , 可增加金屬/塑膠製方便客人清洗衣物使用.

Hotel vicino al Louvre a piedi sono 5 minuti.
Però per andare alla stazione, torre Eiffel, Notre Dame, Montmartre devi spostarti con i mezzi/uber/taxi.
Quartiere circondato da ristoranti giapponesi. Colazione da rivedere.
Nel complesso è andato tutto bene

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 pour une soirée à l'opéra. C'était très bien placé: l'opéra, Le Louvre, les Champs, les grands magasins. Ce petit hôtel a plein de charme. Je garde l'adresse pour une prochaine sortie à Paris

Hôtel bien situé, accueil agréable et efficace, chambre et état général très propre.
La literie est un peu petite pour 2, petit déjeuner sommaire. Nous sommes également très déçu d’avoir été facturés 15€ pour le prêt d’un parapluie bas de gamme qui s’est cassé au 1er coup de vent, à notre sens bien qu’il n’y ai aucun problème à le rembourser, ce montant n’était absolument pas justifié.

Nice hotel near the Louvre Museum, and near the train station. Located in the Asian section where there are a lot of cafes and shops nearby. The staff of the hotel was helpful.

Mon hôtel favori à Paris. Idéalement situé à quelques minutes du Louvre, de la Seine, de l'opéra, des grands boulevards et autres lieux fameux.
Entouré de nombreux restaurants asiatiques, vous pouvez aussi trouver d'autres spécialités culinaires. Et le Forum des Halles n'est pas loin.
L'équipe sur place est aux petits soins, ultra pro et souriante. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et "Grand Siècle" à la fois (Cf. leur site). Photo de l'entrée en décembre : chaleureuse et "classe". J'adore cet endroit.

13 min walk from the Louvre Museum, 9min walk from The Big Bus Office.
Situated in the Asian section there are Restaurants, Cafes, and stores right when you step out of your hotel. Helpful staff.

Hotel was well situated with many amenities around. Within a 5 min walk you would be able to find supermarkets and a laverie (laundrette), and if you have a taste for asian food, or come from asia and need to need asian food every once a while, then this location is perfect as it has a couple of good japanese and korean eateries around. The hotel room is larger than expected. The front desk was extremely polite and we only had pleasant interactions with them.
