I had a mix-up with a travel agency. I thought I was booked into the Hotel Cambon and the reservation had been moved to another hotel without me knowing. The Hotel Cambon took it upon themselves to help me through the whole process of finding what the right hotel was - and even carried my suitcase for me to the other hotel. HOTEL CAMBON is where I will stay next time I am in Paris. LOVELY STAFF!

Wofür haben die neuen Inhaber 4 Sterne ???? Der Service ist unmoeglich, und sehr schlecht, die Zimmer sehr klein, einzig die Lage rechtfertigt einen Aufenthalt. Ich war früher unter den alten Eigentümern sehr oft da, weil trotz der Enge der Zimmer der Service gestimmt hat. Jetzt werde ich nach der Erfahrung (11 Tage Aufenthalt ! Ohne anständigen Service, z. B. Weigerung die Minbar aufzufüllen… etc ), nicht mehr hingehen. Für den Preis gibt es andere Hotels deren 4 Sterne gerechtfertigt sing. Never again!

A huge scam. I booked a room here for two people and upon check in was told it's only for one person. My company had prepaid my room so I had to pay another $220 at check in for this upgrade. Then upon checkout - since I was paid in full, I left very early for the airport and was chased down (literally the guy ran down the street to my Uber) and claimed I had more charges. I had charged nothing to the room and he couldn't tell me what the charges were for but that I owed more money. I was made to get out of my Uber and go back into the hotel - risking making me late for $25. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AVOID.

A great boutique hotel. The rooms are clean and bright. The printed wallpaper not to everyone's taste but the rooms are well designed and have a calming feel. A great breakfast and of course a fantastic location.

Rooms great, location great, staff lacking. I asked to arrange a cab for the train station, they said no problem, they didn't even call a cab until the prearranged pick up time had passed, originally said it would be 10 minutes, then 20, then just made it clear a cab wouldn't be able to make it on time and left us to figure it out. Hotel staff should be able to either arrange a cab at a specific time, or give guests options. Didn't even get an apology, out 300 euros for train tickets and stuck with two kids at the train station for 4 hours due to their incompetence. Nice rooms though, but did have a random used false eyelashes in the shower which was pretty gross.

Edit, your response shows the exact problem, still with no apologies. I asked you to arrange a cab at a certain time, said I had a train and what time it was, I gave ample buffer time, your receptionist said no problem, she failed to arrange it, didn't attempt to order it til after the time we had agreed for it to come, then said it would take longer than we had. My train was missed, out a lot of money, and our day was chaotic due to incompetence.

Çalışanlarının tümü son derece samimi, güleryüzlü ve ilgililer. Kahvaltılık çeşidi gayet geniş. Odamın temizliği, yatak ve yastıkların rahatlığı , banyo bataryasının yeni sağlam ve kullanışlı oluşu en çok dikkatimi çeken detaylardan.

The rooms are tiny, stuffy and the entire experience was beyond awful. The breakfast was truly horrible with fruit that was out of date and the eggs were cold. When I complained to the Manager, he told me that no one else ever complains and that it was not his problem. It was the first time I ever stayed in this hotel and believe me it will be the last!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cambon. My husband and I travelled with our toddler son and booked the suite room. The room was large and had been fully upgraded and renovated as it looked much nicer than the photos i saw online. The Amenities were great and all the charging plugs were USB's which was really convenient. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was really good with lots of fresh items. The location was perfect too as its just a 1 min walk to the park which my son enjoyed very much.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hôtel Cambon. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and we will definitely be back, promise! A huge thank you to Gabriella, who was just lovely, always smiling and very patient with all our requests. We hope to see you again soon!

Che delizia l’hotel Cambon! La posizione a Rue Rivoli è ovviamente eccellente tra l’altro in una traversa silenziosa, a due passi dalla piazza de la concorde, dal Louvre e da piazza Vendôme. Per una famiglia di quattro persone le camere comunicanti sono state perfette, molto belle accoglienti con parquet a terra, bagni con doccia grande. Quando i ragazzi diventano adolescenti dormire nei divani letto diventa spesso scomodo, in queste due stanze al quarto piano 141/142 i letti sono comodissimi e ci sono due bagni. Macchina Nespresso e acqua sempre a disposizione gratuitamente. L’unica pecca la vista dalla finestra che dà su una chiostrina interna piccola.

Siamo arrivati in questo hotel il 31 dicembre,la junior suite pagata ben 600,00 euro a notte era freddissima,non funzionava né il termosifone né la pompa di calore,chiedo di cambiare la stanza ma mi è stato detto che sarebbe stato possibile solo il giorno dopo,intanto ci portano una stufetta elettrica .L’indomani mi fanno vedere l’altra stanza ma non aveva il balcone e non era della stessa categoria.Chiedo un rimborso in alternativa e mi propongono 40 euro a notte,,un po troppo poco per il genere di imprevisto,in una città dove fuori ci sono zero gradi.Chiedo allora di parlare con il manager ma lui non si fa né vedere né sentire.Inoltre in bagno abbiamo trovato un ciuffo di capelli attaccato al muro che è rimasto lì per due giorni…l’ultima notte per errore ci hanno chiamato al telefono della stanza alle 5:20 del mattino,l’ho fatto presente l’indomani a una receptionist molto giovane,inesperta che non si è neanche scusata,anzi ha sorriso…come se stesse prendendo in giro.Mi hanno promesso che il manager mi avrebbe scritto invece niente.Ne’ una mail ne’tantomeno il rimborso.Peccato perché l’hotel e’carino e centrale ma gestito da personale molto giovane e incompetente ,incapace di gestire problematiche in autonomia;il direttore assente per tutti e tre i giorni…

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Recently the hotel went through a renovation. The renovation is great! The rooms are small but very comfortable and well done. The hotel is in the best location. It’s very centrally located and a very walkable area. The restaurant across the street Flottes is great! Everyone at the hotel is very nice and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before. It’s a fantastic location and is very centrally located and easy to walk everywhere! The hotel recently went through a renovation. The renovation is fantastic! The rooms are quite small but very comfortable and in a great area! Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. This is the first time I have stayed here since the renovations and it was exceptional. The restaurant across the street is great!

Location was perfect. There were Louvre Museum, Place de la Concorde, Galleries Lafayette and Metro station within walking distance. ||Room was clean and cozy.||Most of all, staffs were very friendly and professional. They made my first trip in Paris special.||I really enjoyed breakfast every morning.||Thank you.||

Ottimo Hotel in quartiere centrale e molto in una via elegante e caratteristica monche’ silenziosa. Servizio eccellente grazie a tutto il personale ( Marwua, Dinesh ecc…).|Molto comodo per l’Opera’ e le zone piu’ interessanti di Parigi grazie alla Metro a pochi metri fi distanza.

Très bel hôtel de charme. C'est un très petit hôtel charmant, le salon était très propre et accueillant car nous sommes arrivés tôt et avons attendu qu'une chambre soit prête pour notre enregistrement. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits lors de notre anniversaire de 10 ans et ce fut une expérience merveilleuse. Le personnel était sympathique et veillait à nous saluer à chaque fois que nous quittions l'hôtel ou que nous y entrions, car le bureau d'enregistrement se trouvait juste à côté de l'ascenseur de la chambre. L'emplacement était également merveilleux, à quelques minutes des boutiques, du Louvre et des jardins.

L'hôtel est très petit, mais grâce à l'emplacement est très bon facteur de sécurité est plus élevé, la chambre est également bonne et propre, également fournir des pantoufles, le service est également bon, le petit déjeuner est ordinaire !

Nous avons passé deux nuits sur place. Tout était merveilleux. Le personnel de service est très gentil, l'emplacement est très central et tout est méticuleusement propre et parfumé. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

si vous voyagez à Paris
choix pour les voyageurs à Paris. l'hôtel est propre et très bien situé.
il est trop central, donc bruyant le samedi. Et le personnel est très sympathique, en particulier le directeur, Tenzin ! Je vais me faire des souvenirs inoubliables à bien des égards~
