✨ Séjour à l'Hôtel Costes, Paris ✨
Un passage par cet hôtel emblématique qui a ses charmes, mais je dois dire que ce n'est pas mon coup de cœur. ????????
Les lieux sont agréables, avec une ambiance chic et stylée, mais j'ai trouvé que certains aspects manquaient un peu de chaleur et d'accueil. ????
Cela dit, c'était une expérience intéressante, une très belle terrasse pour déjeuner.

Grand hôtel de luxe un peu prétentieux.
L’intérêt premier est d’y être accueilli par de très jolies filles aux tenues sexy et entouré de gens riches.
La nourriture est honnête sans plus.

J’ai voulu tester le restaurant, le service était pas du tout professionnel. les serveuses sont tellement d’une vulgarité et font limite crasseuses, c’est dommage pour un si bel hôtel.

Food is amazing, cocktails are too. However it always amazes me to see the staff being impolite, pretending that they are running a world full of peasants.
If you provide them of feedback on how the reception receives you they tell you that they have no time and that they will make time for clients instead. See the video of the staff.
We had lunch and tipped even as the food was amazing. Just the staff who is lacking normal social skills.

Une soirée décevante, à fuir.
Nous avons passé une soirée exécrable à l’Hôtel Costes. Dès l’arrivée, nous avons été traités avec mépris par une jeune serveuse condescendante et immature. À la moindre remarque sur son attitude désinvolte, elle devient accusatrice et agressive. Aucun professionnalisme, aucun sens du service.
Le responsable de salle n’a rien trouvé à redire à ce comportement : selon lui, sa serveuse est irréprochable. Pour un établissement qui pratique des prix aussi élevés, l’arrogance du personnel est indigne. Le sentiment qu’on en retire ? Si vous ne correspondez pas à leurs standards de clientèle — en apparence ou en tenue —, vous serez traité avec froideur, voire avec hostilité.
Nous étions venus passer un bon moment entre amis. Nous en repartons déçus, choqués, et convaincus de ne jamais y remettre les pieds. Un lieu qui privilégie les apparences au respect des clients n’a rien d’exceptionnel.

We have stayed at Hotel Coates before but it has become even worse value for money and a victim of believing its own publicity. Pretentious, arrogant and believes it is something special but the world and the hotel market has moved on |Ludicrously expensive tiny rooms with cramped facilities and yet they start at an eye-watering €600 per night for the small rooms and well over €1,000 for anything bigger. |Breakfast is nice but at €40 per person for the basic continental it should be. You will be lucky to have it arrive altogether and this morning’s pantomime service ended up with them shouting at each other and an apology from one staff member who was rude to my wife for no reason. |It was sexy once and cool once and now, it is just over-rated, full of staff who don’t care and run for the benefit of the owner or the staff it seems but certainly never for the customer. |Very very disappointing.

Came here for dinner on a Saturday evening at 8:30pm. We were seated instantly as we had a reservation.
Please note that the terrace is ONLY for hotel guests.
We were seated inside in a nice and quiet corner. The waitress was very polite and was working in a timely manner. There was a table that later sat next to us and they behaved like absolute animals, they were incredibly rude to the waitress and were treating her like she was their pet. They kept clicking their fingers at her and then waving her off to dismiss her.
Meanwhile she kept her cool and made us respect her even more.
For starters we had ordered the Ceviche and the Dim Sum. They were very delicious and the perfect size for a started.
We had both ordered the “PETIT CHÂTEAU FILET GRILLÉ BÉARNAISE” and a bottle of Chablis ‘22 to share. It is a small piece of meat, however I have never had such a fresh tasting, tender piece of meat. They have a disclaimer at the bottom of the menu stating that “it is not Wagyu, it is not Kobe, it is French, from a local butcher”.
I would definitely recommend here for a more luxurious meal than other places!

Il y a un dilemme à écrire un avis sur ce prestigieux établissement.|L'uns des lieux les plus hype de Paris, le vaisseau amiral des frères Costes.|Ces derniers ont importé le lounge et son ambiance musicale avec le DJ Stéphane Pompougnac il y a plus de 20 ans.|Il faut y aller boire un verre. |Ambiance et dépaysement garantis et parfums intemporels.|Déjeuner ou diner également pour partager un repas dans le merveilleux patio mais...cuisine moyenne (surnommée cuisine "hôtels Costes" .. sous entendu on ne vient pas pour ça), à des prix pharaoniques).|Quant au service et aux hôtesses, pour la majorité, si l'on n 'est pas Clooney ou Pitt ne vous trouverons pas de table si vous n'avez pas réservé, et sans parler de la façon dont elles s'adressent à vous.|Donc un des endroits les plus connus de Paris mais attention à l'addition et à la qualité.

We came especially for dinner.

15年前から何度も訪れてますが年々酷くなってる残念ホテルです。
客室、デザイン、立地、美人、ダンディーなサービスマンと「見た目」に全振りしたホテルです。
サービスは三流以下でしょうか、日本人の私からすると、300円の立ち食いそば屋以下のサービスレベルです。
一泊最低10万円、エスプレッソ一杯2000円以上するのにです。
パリの中でも抜群にカッコよく素晴らしい環境にも関わらずサービスがマイナス100点で見事に全ての魅力を打ち消しています。
同じ予算であれば近くの、リッツやパークハイアットの方が身も心も穏やかに過ごせます。
ディナーは予約をしていくと、まだまとも(コンビニ以下)なサービスを受けられます。
日頃がひどいため、たまに愛想のいいサービスマンに当たった時には感動さえ覚えます。
ドMの方にはおすすめですので行かれてみてください。

Front desk staff is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.
I had a group with me and they treated us badly and surprised us at the end of our stay with a charge for something we haven’t done.
Aloof, rude and speak broken English that makes every communication even more hard. Watch out.

Probably for the price not worth it. Rooms are neat, clean and tidy, but very small. Something you would see different at this price range. Service both from the hotel and at the restaurant is mediocre. Feels like all the bambis that look nice and are working here are just for show, rather than them actually knowing what they’re doing.
