I was really pleasantly suprised on entering the Normandy, it was like a tardis not what i was expecting, far better.
My room was a cosy double, which i thought would be small, but again reall impressed, beautiful with plenty of room, would definitely return to this Hotel

I didn’t realize staying in this hotel would be so nice after I traveled France for two weeks. The ratings and reviews were under rated in my opinion. Very convenient location for museums, restaurants, shopping centers. And the breakfast was far better than typical restaurants. Stayed at room 616. Quiet and petite.

Lovely room, welcoming staff and great location. One thing that niggled was that the tea and coffee wasn’t replenished everyday for free which is something that we’d come to expect in similar hotels at this level. I know that might seem trivial but I can’t remember being in a Hotel where this wasn’t provided without having to ask. My wife said it was a shame the bar wasn’t open when we visited especially as I’d read good reviews and I saw that it was due to reopening which was just bad luck.
All that notwithstanding we did enjoy ourselves and think you have a lovely well run hotel and would certainly visit again.

This hotel is nowhere like 4 stars, it can hardly get 2 stars. Total disaster.
Just very good location and reception 10/10- amazing people.
there is renovation inside hotel and it looks after world war two- also there is diner in ground floor and all hotel smells like kitchen but not the french kitchen.

5월 중순에 5박 숙박하였습니다. 정말 최악을 경험했네요.

여기 방 6xx호 빈대(bed bug) 나옵니다. 저희가 2번이나 나와서 2번이나 방을 옮겼고 빈대를 잡은 사진까지 보여주면서 환불을 요청하였습니다.

호텔 측에서는 자기네 전문가를 통해 검사한 결과, 빈대가 없다고 하였습니다. 호텔 측 전문가가 누구냐?고 물어보니 호텔 룸 클리닝하는 분들이라네요.. 자격증도 없으며, 검사 결과지도 없이 자기네가 전문가라면서 환불이 안된다고 하였습니다.

체크아웃 시점에 저희는 컴플레인을 강하게 했고 그 이후에 본인들 선심쓰는 양 하루치만 환불해준다는 정말 불쾌한 연락을 받았습니다. 다시는 프랑스 파리 여행 안갑니다. 인종차별이라 생각합니다. 유럽 중국이 맞더라구요. 친절한 척 가증스럽네요.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce. Kilka minut drogi pieszo do luwru. Pokoje czyste, schludne, urządzone ze smakiem. Obsługa niesamowicie pomocna. Polecam w 100%!

Very good and well located hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms. The staff is very helpful and kind, flexible and able to accommodate. Loïc, at the reception, is particularly professional and helpful.

Po wyjeździe próbują naciągnąć na zapłatę za butelkę wina 25€, które nie było przez nas konsumowane. Wyjaśniliśmy sytuację drogą mailowa i dalej dostajemy wiadomości, żebyśmy zapłacili za wino, którego nie wypiliśmy - naciągacze wysokich lotów. Sam pobyt był ok a lokalizacja bardzo dobra.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and modern, but small. Layout of furniture forced you to shuffle sideways to get around bed. Bathroom was a nice size with updated fixtures. Temperature control in room and small balcony to look out or let in breeze. Location was great half block to the louvre, palais royal, metro or bus. Very walkable area with plenty of food options in and around hotel.

Large and very comfortable room could do with second easy chair, more coat hangers, better fitting bathroom door and better coffee/tea making machine

I was unexpectedly confused and frustrated to visit your hotel when I chose it for my visit to Paris to celebrate my birthday, which the hotel did not even think to congratulate me on.
Also, there was no warning about the renovation work, which was an unpleasant surprise because we had to walk through it every day. There were no slippers in the room, and the hygiene kit was one on the first day and was not updated anymore, although the room was booked for 3 people.
+ the smell of the kitchen was in the corridor.

L'hotel si trova in ottima posizione vicinissimo al Louvre.
La camera al piano 4^ è spaziosa, confortevole e pulita anche se priva di balcone. Belli gli arredi. Comodissimo il salottino.
Ai piani inferiori ci sono camere ancora da ristrutturare...
Il bagno, pur non avendo il bidet, è di dimensioni giuste, pulito, con una doccia grande molto utile, ho apprezzato il kit di pulizia, dotato anche di balsamo per capelli e crema corpo. Mancano le ciabattine che normalmente sono presenti nei 4 stelle.
La colazione, pur essendo buona ed abbastanza completa è al di sotto della categoria (ed al prezzo della camera), ma in compenso lo staff del mattino è gradevole, simpatico ed accogliente, pronto ad ogni richiesta degli ospiti.
Alla reception non c'è nessuno che parli l'italiano e credo di aver capito che non tutti parlino nemmeno l'inglese e questa è una anomalia per un hotel 4 stelle.
L'atrio andrebbe rivisto, ( nei colori, negli arredi e nel pavimento che si presenta rovinato) perché non è in armonia con le camere già ristrutturate...
Tornerei volentieri e lo consiglierei a chi volesse visitare Parigi partendo da una postazione privilegiata!

Nos hospedamos en este hotel en París y ¡nos encantó!
Los cuartos estaban súper amplios, súper bonitos y la ubicación es inmejorable. Todo el personal fue muy atento y amable, siempre con una sonrisa.
Y el desayuno… una delicia, parecía de restaurante de alta categoría.

Well, we had a lot happened in this hotel, including them putting us in a tiny little room that’s half of even Paris ‘ standard. We paid quite a bit for it but almost got lung infection here. Now after we expressed our anger, they moved us to a larger room. Bait and switch but got caught? They switched me to a better room, water under the bridge, it’s Paris, I had to let it go. But this I can’t: I order uber eats 2 nights ago to have it delivered to my room. The front desk called me at like 1:30 am to pick up my food. Today I waited as well it, only that after one hour, the food wasn’t here. When I checked my app, it said it arrived already. And when I went down stairs, the food was right at where the front offices guy was. I told him nicely almost half jokingly that I thought he would call. With a nasty, rude, smirk on his face he said it’s not my job. When I asked are you serious man? He kept on being very aggressive with his look and demeanor. I think we can all agree that’s not how any one should treat their guests. Or maybe I really love Paris and had thoroughly enjoyed my days being here and running into someone like this is really not what we expect to run into in Paris. The owner of this hotel should really take notes on the operation and the people they hire. Out of many many reviews, I give non 5 stars only 4 times, meaning I don’t like to leave bad reviews. I hope we can do better in treating each other and being better human beings.

I stayed here at a family room last year. The reviews from my family were overwhelmingly positive. The room appears to be newly renovated and is sparkling clean. I recalled how considerate the staff was. When he first showed us the room, he noticed that the little step(?!) to cross over to the bathtub which might not be the best idea for my grandparent. He kindly offered another room to us. I must say I was at first a little taken aback by the not so high Google ratings but I saw that a lot of poor reviews were on the renovation noise etc so I believe they have been taken over by events. I can’t speak for others, but I had a wonderful stay here. The lobby might look a little old fashioned but that doesn’t bother me give the prime location. Breakfast is great too, not a huge variety but decent. Their customer service staff over WhatsApp were immensely helpful btw.
如果我再黎巴黎，會考慮再住呢度。

We had an incredible experience at Hotel Normandy Le Chantier! The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the Louvre, making it the perfect base for exploring central Paris. The hotel itself is stylish, modern, and full of character, with thoughtful design details that reflect both creativity and comfort.

The staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything we needed. Our room was clean, quiet, and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and great amenities. We especially loved the on-site café and lively atmosphere in the common spaces—it added a fun, vibrant touch to our stay.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Paris!

L'hôtel est très bien situé, le Louvre est à 3 minutes à pied. Le personnel de la réception est très aimable et serviable. Malgré la rénovation et le petit chaos dans les couloirs, les chambres sont superbes !!!! Propres, spacieuses, ce qui n'est pas souvent le cas à Paris, confortables. Il y a un petit choix pour le petit déjeuner.
Dans l'ensemble, une excellente expérience, je le recommande !

Excellente situation. Depuis l'aéroport CDG, la ligne b et le métro 14 sont facilement accessibles. A 300 mètres du musée du Louvre et des pyramides. Très proche d'un supermarché et de nombreux restaurants. Très central. Pour les bons marcheurs, la tour Eiffel n'est pas loin. La chambre, un costume, est vraiment comme un appartement, immense. Le service était très bon, amical, nous avons même eu un réceptionniste qui parlait espagnol assez bien. C'était une surprise. La communication est directe et sans problème. Parc d'attractions au coin de la rue pour ceux qui aiment ce genre d'attraction.

Le prix n'est pas du tout à la hauteur ! Nous sommes restés deux jours. Le deuxième jour, lorsque nous sommes revenus dans la chambre le soir, la femme de ménage n'a pas ajouté de papier hygiénique. La femme de ménage n'a pas ajouté de papier toilette, pas de mouchoir en papier, pas de changement de serviette de sol. J'ai appelé la réception 3 fois en 30 minutes pour demander du papier toilette. La dame m'a dit qu'elle ne savait pas combien de temps le papier toilette pouvait être envoyé dans ma chambre. Enfin, elle m'a demandé de descendre lui apporter un rouleau de papier toilette. Le service est vraiment mauvais.
Et la fenêtre des toilettes ne peut pas se fermer complètement. Elle peut s'ouvrir de l'extérieur.
