En fruktansvärd upplevelse. Receptionisten var extremt otrevlig och inte alls tillmötesgående. Vi kände en frätande doft i vårt rum och insåg ganska fort att det var mögel i hela badrummet. Rummet var smutsigt och luften var instängd. Hela hotellet var smutsigt. Åk aldrig dit!! Du blir sjuk om du bor där!

Hotel bem localizado, os quartos são pequenos, porém a cama é boa . Tem apenas um elevador, o que é pequeno e por vezes disputado. O ponto forte é a localização, atende as necessidades. Tem café da manhã por um custo adicional, optei por tomar o café nos arredores, pois não faltam opções.

Relación precio /calidad malísima.Habitacion muy pequeña,con desconchados en el techo y poco limpia.Bañera de acceso difícil por su gran altura.La TV no funcionaban los cana les españoles.Escalera angosta y sucia(moqueta).Ascensor pequeño.Solicite una habitación en piso bajo(1 o 2)con tiempo y no me la dieron.Desayuno bien,si no coincidíamos más de 12 huéspedes (salón muy pequeño).Buen servicio.Personal adecuado.Lomejor es la ubicación .Nos pareció muy caro para las prestaciones del hotel

We were here 2 people for 2 nights in a twin room, second floor (which is really the 3rd floor). There is a small elevator that tightly fits 2 people & their carry on bags. The elevator is not big enough for a wheelchair. We did not eat breakfast there which I believe is 15 euros per person as there are bakeries in any direction within 2-3 blocks. Very central for walking and lots of metro & RER lines nearby (see the website for list). ||Our room did have air conditioning, was clean (but yes old as expected). Beds were pushed together but separately made (the way to go). They were comfortable. Small shower stall (like a cruise ship). Room was made up daily and fresh towels if requested (by leaving your used ones on the floor). Shampoo, shower gel, soap, lotion, blow dryer, teapot provided in room. ||This is in the heart of an active neighborhood. You'll hear people on the street at night and trucks in the morning. If that isn't what you're looking for, don't stay here. But regardless, don't blame it on the hotel when there are environmental circumstances completely out of their control.

Hotellet är nerslitet. Här har man lappat o lagat under de senaste 30 åren. Hotellet ligger jättebra till nära Louvren men priset står inte i relation till standarden. Detta som vi trodde var ett litet pitoreskt ställe var mest sunkigt med små rum. Trevlig personal o frukost ok även om jag saknade bacon till äggröran.

The staff is nice and courteous. ||The overall appeal is dull. Tiny room and bathroom. There was a weird smell through the hotel. Lacks hygiene in a big way. Breakfast is sub par. Requires a lot of repairs and maintenance. A lot of the things/items/furniture were flimsy/broken.

If your after a quaint hotel in an amazing location this hotel is perfect! We spent 3 nights here and only wish it had been longer. There was myself and my husband with 2 teenage girls and we had the family room which offered enough privacy and space for us all. The hotel is perfectly situated for sight seeing and was everything I wanted. The staff we encountered were accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean and had everything we needed.
If your after top notch luxury then maybe this isn't the hotel for you, but if your after clean and friendly with all the necessities at a very reasonable price then I would highly recommend.

My husband booked the hotel for its location and price. The photos online look much nicer than the actual hotel is. Consider it an old motel that needs new beds and major renovations. The first room they put us in had filthy old carpet, chipped paint, the bed was hard and felt like a very old bed, & the pillows were flat. The bed was very uncomfortable to lay on. The bathroom was small and the shower barely large enough for a grownup to use. There were several things that needed to be deep cleaned. My husband asked for another room so they said they put us in their “most recently updated” room. It looked nicer, but the wall AC dripped water when in use, the cold water in the bathroom sink only came out as a drizzle, there are many chips in the porcelain of the tub, and bugs stuck in the ceiling paint. It had the same old hard beds with flat pillows. We woke up with back and hip pain after sleeping on it. I wanted to leave the hotel after the first night but my husband wanted to stay there because of the $$$ it cost to book it. He asked for a more comfortable room and they moved us again. That room was also old with things that needed deep cleaning and a tiny shower. The bed was hard but the pillows a bit fluffier. We still didn’t sleep well so checked out early and went to a nicer hotel. My husband liked their free breakfast but I thought it was gross. Especially when he brought me cereal and the milk had gone bad . My husband is very kind and speaks French and the staff were kind to him. But if you want a good nights rest stay somewhere else.

Staff are friendly. Not able to get a cup of tea. Tried to charge for 3 people for 3 nights when only 3 people on 1 night.

We came on a business trip for a week, excited to stay in a quaint and conveniently located hotel, based on photos and reviews, and had a terrible experience. Steam from one of our rooms, from the shower, apparently triggered a fire alarm in the hall while my colleague was bathing. Only to have a front desk man come into her room and accuse her of smoking while she was just stepping out of the shower and unaware of the situation. He left as abruptly as he came in with no apology. Management was contacted and defended the action, citing it as “protocol”, then offered a dismissive apology and a room upgrade. We didn’t accept, since we weren't looking for any freebies. In addition, the rooms were very run down, we had pigeons with piles of dung running down the walls within the courtyard. You will also get charged for any bottles of water you need and breakfast is not included but rather 21€ for a croissant and coffee. This has been a terrible experience with an unprofessional and poor reaction from Management. I came last year and had the complete opposite experience at Hotel Mercure, a bit further away- they were kind, friendly, anticipatory of needs, and generous with their advice. We will be absolutely staying in a different hotel next year, and recommend that women take care when showering.

Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sauber - könnten größer sein aber o.k..
Das Beste aber ist die Lage - zentraler geht nicht.

Centrally located and within walking distance of the Louvre and other Paris sites. Cafe ‘Merci Jerome’ is blocks away and a fantastic spot to grab some sweets and people watch. Close to Metro station. Hotel itself is sufficient—dated with well-worn carpet, but many charming aspects (one-person elevator, uneven winding spiral staircase, giant heavy keys, thick felt-type red & yellow wallpaper, fascinating giant exposed beams running through the ceilings). Our two rooms with twin beds were clean & equipped with a mini-fridge. Breakfast was sufficient (though cooking eggs was tricky! ????) Staff was helpful.

The staff are absolutely lovely, they offered room service everytime. The regular receptionists recognised us easily. Location is amazing, everything is at a walking distance.
The rooms are darling~ each one a different colour scheme, the attention to detail gives a little surprise for part you notice. Extra lace trimmings on each wall, the curtains are so luxurious and the bathrooms very cute. I stayed in two different rooms and they were both stunning. Loved the themes, and even the tiles in the bathrooms were amazing. It was a miniature medieval heaven, for each room. I will be back when I get the chance! I'd love to stay in a different themed room.

We waited 2 hours past check-in time for room to be "cleaned". The lobby floor and stairs were filthy. Our bathroom ceiling and vent had black mold. It also looked like spots of mold on the wallpaper around the headboard. There were splotches of black on the walls that had been there for a very long time, like coffee on the wall. For our health and safety we checked out immediately! The hotel is back in a neighborhood away from any main road. It felt like a rough part of town

My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is in an unbeatable location with metro access at a 30 second walk away from the main entrance. The building is very old but the room was super clean and is clearly well maintained. Air conditioning worked well, we had a mini fridge, and they came and cleaned our room every day. Not much to complain about besides the bathtub clogging up while showing. I had to lift up the stopper and hold it till the water drained. But overall we recommend Hotel Dechampagne. Very nice Parisian window as well to admire :)

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier animé, à proximité de la station de MTR, mais il y a beaucoup de bars à proximité, il faut donc être prudent. La décoration est très française et très belle. Il n'y a pas de pantoufles, mais il y a du shampoing et du gel douche. La réceptionniste est très sympathique.

La chambre était confortable et unique, un peu bruyante à cause des autres chambres mais c'est normal (voyagez avec des bouchons d'oreille si vous avez le sommeil léger).
Il faisait parfois un peu chaud, mais en ouvrant les fenêtres, on obtient une brise agréable.
Service excellent et accommodant, même si je ne l'ai guère utilisé.

Merveilleux emplacement, on peut se rendre à pied à toutes les grandes attractions et aux nombreux magasins disséminés un peu partout.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cet hôtel champagney excellent cinq étoiles que j'ai visité est vérifié évalué j'ai observé qu'il a toute la conclusion qu'il comprend tout le besoin nécessaire pour en vue que pour le client peut acquérir tout ce qu'ils demandent pour la nourriture ils ont des menus bien particuliers comme le goût de chaque personne qui visite a tous les menus internationaux de légumineuses lumière de tout est très spécifique les repas personnalisés et le personnel très utile respectueux et très gentil et courtois et en plus aussi les chambres doubles chambres chambres du personnel la suite présidentielle a une belle chute d'eau en face et quand c'est la nuit c'est très éblouissant que vous pouvez voir même la lune qui illumine magnifiquement aussi du service qui vous sert les petits déjeuners tous inclus dans certains menus en promotion aussi a le service de ce qui est appelé de massages et beaucoup plus comprend beaucoup plus d'avantages seulement vous avez à choisir où vous voulez passer des vacances en France vous pouvez choisir cet hôtel aussi est cinq étoiles et l'attention de première classe alors je recommande que vous
