Stunning hotel, the guest service rep was excellent. It was our friend's birthday, and they were staying in a separate room, and the hotel went out of their way to make it special. Rooms were spacious and clean. There were lots of special touches in this hotel, like the crystal that was put in the room each night when they turned down the room. I will definitely be staying there again.

I had a very bad excperince with Kimpton, I checked in into a room where the previous guest jacket is still there, and hair on the pillow. I had to check out as the hotel manager could not find a solution as they cleaned the room and left the hair again for me to find again.

Wont be coming back for sure.

We stayed in the collection suite 220 lower floor facing the main entrance street which was fine - noise disturbance wasn’t bad at all. Our room did not have a balcony, so be sure if you wish to have one be attentive in the selection process and ensure to pick the collection suite with balcony as they offer different option for collection suite. The room is spacious with separate living room. We had a nice spacious room with good space and a large bathroom and a small powder room ( with another toilette). We were a group of 3 friends so we had one roll away bed which we moved to the living room and moved away some couches and it was perfect! Sebastian at the front desk made our stay feel welcomed and attended to all our questions and welcomed us from day 1. Beds are comfortable and it feels like your own flat / apartment when you enter the room. We chose breakfast to be included and the selection is good - we enjoyed the complimentary happy hour 5-6 pm on the ground floor which offers a good selection of beverages. The rooms are modern and clean and cozy. The roof top bar gives you an amazing view of the city with the Eiffel Tower in the background! Only complaint is they don’t take reservations so you just go up and still need to wait - so no special access or treatment for hotel guests ( assume everyone has same idea to head to the rooftop ) so there can be a wait but nothing too long. We went up later in the night and didn’t manage to secure seat facing Eiffel Tower but instead on the side of the rooftop ( as bar wraps around ) I have stayed at Kimpton in Bangkok and the cool vibe and sleek modern look is well maintained as in the Paris offering as well. Good for families, couples and friends. The spa offering is quaint and cool with a communal small indoor pool and sauna offering as well as a small gym. Location is amazing - felt very safe and only 5 min walk to Printemp and Gallerie Lyfayette. Walk to Champ Elysee is very manageable prob 15-20 mins. I preferred this Opéra location vs staying close to Champ Elysee.

Buffet à volonté à 80€ par personne, présenté comme une expérience incroyable — même pour les chiens !
Sauf qu’à aucun moment on ne vous précise que pour nos amis à quatre pattes, rien n’est inclus : tout est facturé en plus (comptez 5€ pour un simple pot de chantilly, du jamais vu…). Et malgré l’absence d’information claire, on vous présente gentiment l’addition à la fin.
La nourriture du brunch n’est pas exceptionnelle, peu de choix. Pas au niveau d’un tel lieu.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits au kimpton St Honore et tout était PARFAIT ! Nous étions sur un petit nuage. Tout le personnel est vraiment à la hauteur, autant disponible que sympathique, souriant et au petit soin pour la
clientèle. Nous avons reçu notre chambre dès le matin à notre arrivée ce qui est fort appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est succulent avec une offre disponible à la carte ou au buffet (il y en a pour tous les goûts). Nous avons aussi déjeuner et dîner à la carte au restaurant de l’hôtel, c’était un pur délice. L’accès au SPA de l’hôtel est très appréciable pour un moment de calme et de détente assurée. La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût et le bâtiment est un véritable petit bijou. Notre chambre était très propre et très soigneusement préparée. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet établissement. Nous remercions chaleureusement toute l’équipe en espérant revenir prochainement lors d’une virée parisienne. Merci beaucoup pour ce merveilleux moment.

Overall, a very nice hotel. Large, comfortable, well appointed rooms for Paris. Our room even had a small balcony. Very quiet rooms (even facing the road). Friendly staff and a great guest services team (thanks Gwenn!) that made our stay special by surprising my wife with a gift for her birthday. Location is, like most places in the city, convenient, as the landmarks are spread throughout - and it's close to the Opera metro which has a good number of lines to get anywhere else. Rooftop bar had an amazing view of the city including the Eiffel tower and Sacre Coeur.

Less impressive is the food... Unfortunately, when you pay 5* prices (or points) you expect 5* dining. Based on having travelled and stayed in hotels all over the world, I can safely say it's a 3* experience, maybe worse. The rooftop bar sardines on bread were literally a can of sardines and some ordinary bread, for 25 euro... The breakfast is really disappointing with stale, overcooked cheap bacon and sausages and some meh hard cheeses. The made to order omelettes are literally rubber, and all specialty egg dishes cost extra?! (For reference, other 5* hotels we've stayed in had incredible breakfasts) Even the croissants were unimpressive. Mind you, this is in Paris, with the best croissants and omelettes in the world, so it's extra surprising and disappointing - we may just eat out every day to avoid wasting meals.

No real gym to speak of, it's a tiny room with a handful of meh old equipment.

Still give this hotel 4 stars based on the rooms and location, but undoubtedly, there are better options for the price.

Stayed here for six nights. Booked a one bedroom suite with balcony. New hotel only a few years old. Room was big but there is no door separating the bedroom and living area. Balcony overlooks the inner court so is very quiet from outside noise. The room is fresh appearing with lots of light and has hardwood floor. This is the only problem - you can hear your upstairs neighbour walking around which resonates loudly into your room. Pretty much our sleep cycle was determined by the upstairs' neighbour’s schedule. Then housekeeping would come in with banging and furniture movement and more noise into your unit. We were near the end of our trip so we wanted to sleep in more and this not possible as we were awoken every day by noise from upstairs then housekeeping. The terrace is nice to have as there is only two units but no view. Nice to sit outside and have champagne. ||Front staff friendly and helped book a car to the airport. You can get bikes as well to roam around Paris. The view from the upper terrace is nice but you must spend 50 Euros per person to sit up there. ||Only restaurant is California based food so we did not try. The lobby has two old fashioned elevators that you can take photos in. ||Room was great but would not stay again as sleep quality poor. Only good if you stay for a few days and you’re up and out early everyday. If for romance and staying in then avoid.

We enjoyed staying in the hotel and the rooms and location are wonderful. However the dining was awful because smoking is allowed "outdoors," where "outdoors" = an interior courtyard. The smoke immediately filled the room and was intolerable. We were not the only people who ended up leaving because it became impossible to breathe. I would advise against eating here unless the smoking policy changes.

We stayed 6 nights as a family at the Kimpton and felt very taken care of. Our 8-yr old enjoyed treats that the hotel gave us and the adults also loved some complimentary bubbles. The hotel gave excellent dining recommendations, one of our top favorites was Royal Vendôme. Excellent service from all the staff at this hotel. A shoutout to Clemence who was in touch before the arrival and was very responsive to all the questions.

From the moment we arrived at Kimpton St Honore we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism by the staff that set the tone for our entire weeklong stay. At check-in, Sebastien went above and beyond our expectations to ensure our room request was accommodated. He is delightful and truly cares about the travelers’ experience at the hotel.|The concierge team assisted with tickets making sure every detail was perfect. Their local knowledge and genuine care truly enhanced our trip.|Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was another highlight — the staff provided outstanding service and made breakfast feel special. In the evenings, the bartenders created a fun, welcoming atmosphere where it was easy to unwind with a perfectly crafted drink.|It is rare to find a hotel where every part of the experience is so thoughtfully curated. Thanks to the incredible teams at the front desk, concierge, restaurant, and bar, our stay was exceptional. We look forward to our next visit.

Always love staying here at the Kimpton! Very accommodating and friendly staff! Til my next trip to Paris! Will definitely stay at the Kimpton again.

They informed us that the spa is all inclusive but when we reach to the check out it appears that it’s not and costs us about 320 € !!!
At least you should be clear about the costs in advance !

Très chic!

Three nites in Paris, parks, shopping , dance socials and such. I do prefer few hotels around avenue Montague, but had too many amex points, thus booked this one. 5 stars fully deserved. Room impeccable, all amenities, well maintained, design and all. Staff responds quickly on all requests.
I had early check in, and was looking forward to that as arrived at 9:15 am. Was able to get room at 2:20p only, seems they were short on housekeeping. They however allowed me to take a shower in spa, shower worked there but none of 2 faucets. Spa girl acted surprised, I would say one needs be blind not to notice.
Gym was decent. Restaurant somewhat disappointing: has one restaurant, and it is Californian inspired????. Who in the world wants to come to Paris to eat American food? I had 150$ spend on this property as compliments of Amex, and first time through all my travels it was hard to do. As I have my favorites bistros to eat in Paris.
Overall all was lovely. Besides restraunt.

一家四口兩個小朋友5歲同8歲 去到check in話防火條例最多3個人一間房 又話冇extra房俾我地 最後佢唔知點又話有多一間房但係只可以俾你地住一晚 要收extra 900歐 話係5星酒店個人觀感只係4星 係大街外表好好 但係住房十分殘舊 唔會再有下一次 免費都唔會入住

Le bar est génial, superbe endroit, excellents cocktails, ambiance décontractée avec une équipe au petit soin, finger food délicieuse et copieuse, vue surprenante ! Adresse coup de cœur !

Un service 5 étoiles pour nos amis toutous qui le mérite ! Le kimpton saint honoré c’est aussi un doggy brunch le premier dimanche de chaque mois. Le personnel est au petit soin pour les chiens. Il y a des joujous, des dodos, des petites choses à manger et même des dog walker si besoin. Les chiens ont même le droit aux banquettes bien moelleuses. Le repas pour les humains est varié et très bon.

Séquoia is a wonderful place! The view is amazing. The finger foods were generous, and the drinks were great too. A big thank you to Anderson, Maxime, and their entire team for this amazing experience. I’m definitely coming back

Sushis avec un riz tellement compacte, qu'on ne profite absolument pas des saveurs. Services désorganisé, surement dû à un groupes.
Point positif : serveurs agréables

Cuisine très correcte mais simple. Soupe délicieuse, les makis et brochettes très bons. Service moyen, il a fallu demander des assiettes sinon c’est le plat direct à se partager, idem pour le wasabi et le gingembre. Rapport qualité prix intéressant avec la réduction the fork de 50%,sinon trop cher pour ce que c’est. Ils n’ya pas dessert sur la carte mais on a quand eu droit au nougat offert !

Super expérience ! Très bien présentée et surtout très bon! Et bon service aussi. Vraiment je suis sortie ravie avec mon copain :)

Avec la réduction The Fork, le rapport qualité/prix est bien ntéressant !
