Avis ROCH HÔTEL & SPA Paris

We stayed here for the final leg of our trip to Europe, and it was a great choice. The hotel is just a 10 l-15 minute walk from the Louvre, making it an ideal location for sightseeing. The property itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms and modern, stylish decor.||The staff was warm and accommodating throughout our stay, and housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping our room refreshed daily. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return.

I reserved this hotel with Marriott points, and it wasn’t cheap. The rooms on the website photos appeared elegant. It turns out that photoshopping found its market with this hotel. My room was small and ordinary at best. It would have been ok for a rate one quarter of the price, but this was dumpy. The desk clerk apologized for not being able to give me an upgrade. He also informed me that they do not give Titanium members free breakfast. |Since it was late, we decided to eat at the hotel dining room. The bouef bourgignon was ordinary, I can make a better version at home and I’ve actually had an equivalent product out of a can. We made the mistake of thinking a burger should be fine almost everywhere . The burger for lunch was edible but not much better.|Ordered a bakery basket for breakfast - it would have been free at any other Marriott product but not here. Pastries were not served warm and I received no butter or jams.|The shower was excellent, as were the towels - about the only thing that justified the price of the room.|On the last day we intended to sleep late, pack, go do some shopping, then taxi to the train station.at 1130 am I was awakened by the phone - the front desk wanted to know if we needed to store luggage. I was stupid enough to think that this hotel might actually recognize Titanium status with a late checkout, but it wasn’t to be. We hurriedly showered, dressed, and packed. It didn’t help that the housekeeping staff knocked on our door three times over the next 90 minutes, despite the Do Not Disturb sign on the door.|Our plans for a pleasant day shattered, we took a taxi to the station and waited there, giving up the opportunity to get a few souvenirs for the kids back home.|I was asked at checkout how my stay had been. When I replied “substandard” she appeared stunned. I couldn’t think of a better word. In no way was this stay acceptable to anyone for the cost, let alone to a Marriott Titanium member. I wonder why they want to be part of Marriott when they have interest or intention of participating in recognizing the elite members of the Rewards program. I got the impression that they felt being a member of the Design Group made them special. I guess it does, but not in a good or enviable way.

Très heureux d'avoir passé un long weekend dans cet hôtel, dans une petite rue très très calme et agréable non loin des principaux centres d’intérêts de la capitale. La chambre était très grande et propre. Le personnel est très sympathique, professionnel et serviable, je recommandes cette adresse

Hotel bonito y acogedor !

Mi esposo y yo nos hospedamos en este hotel en Paris y ha sido una de nuestras mejores estadías.

La habitación es espaciosa y con cierto encanto, ha sido uno de los mejores lugares donde hemos dormido.

El personal del hotel está siempre disponible y son realmente encantadores. Nos brindaron toda la información correspondiente a nuestra reservación y los servicios.

El restaurante del hotel tiene una carta detallada y realmente los platos son buenisimos, el mesero nos atendió súper bien y fue muy amable al responder a nuestras preguntas.

Sin duda regresaremos y recomendaremos a nuestros amigos este hotel.

Nous avons réservé une prestation massage + spa en duo. Les massages étaient top ! Les praticiennes étaient aux petits soins, hyper attentionnées et à l’écoute. Le lieu est très agréable. Seul bémol : la piscine et la hammam ne sont pas très chauds. Nous avons quand même adoré notre expérience là bas !

A charming restaurant (not necessarily for the hotel guests) walking distance from the Louvre with a great atmosphere and delicious French cuisine. The onion soup is a foolproof choice—rich, flavorful, and perfectly comforting. There’s a chance to get a table without a reservation, but it’s best to arrive early.

Stayed during the Olympics period and paid triple the normal price because we booked 4 months in advance, only to find out rates dropped significantly before our stay due to low demand. While the hotel's location is excellent for walking to major attractions and the decor is stylish and charming, there were significant issues that impacted our stay.

The biggest problem was the ongoing construction next door—the noise was unbearable and made sleeping past 8 AM impossible, even on weekends. Additionally, the hammam feature in the bathroom was not working properly.

Le restaurant accueille des groupes pour le dîner , ainsi la zone salon dédiée à la détente pour les clients de l'hôtel est réduite de manière significative.|Il m'a été impossible d'obtenir une place ,2 soirs de suite.|L'hôtel ne mérite pas 5 étoiles, malgré la piscine ...

J'ai vraiment adoré cet hôtel, parfait pour se détendre et se relaxer. Il est très bien situé, de sorte que vous pouvez marcher ou prendre le métro pour vous rendre littéralement n'importe où. La chambre que j'ai occupée était très spacieuse, moderne et joliment décorée, avec une attention particulière aux détails. Le restaurant est très bon, pour le petit déjeuner je recommande les œufs benedict. Je recommande également le spa, qui propose des massages extraordinaires !

Personnel très sympathique et serviable, emplacement idéal et décor magnifique. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. la Tour Eiffel est à 20 minutes en taxi, mais la plupart des autres attractions de Paris sont accessibles à pied.

Joli hôtel boutique. Bon service, mais pendant le covid un peu affaissé :( mais à recommander quand même !
