Hotel reformado recentemente, tem elevador, quarto confortável e limpo, localização maravilhosa no centro histórico, perto de vários restaurantes bons e ao lado de uma estação do metrô. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Fomos recepcionados pela Yasmina, que prestou um atendimento excelente. Fizemos uma viagem em casal de 5 dias, e com certeza retornaríamos e recomendamos o hotel.
Recently renovated hotel, with elevator, comfortable and clean room, wonderful location in the historic center, close to several good restaurants and next to a subway station. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were welcomed by Yasmina, who provided excellent service. We took a 5-day trip as a couple, and we would definitely return and recommend the hotel.

L’Hôtel Victoria Châtelet est un établissement 4 étoiles qui offre un service de qualité, un emplacement idéal au cœur de Paris, à proximité de nombreux commerces, restaurants et sites touristiques. Le personnel est agréable, professionnel et toujours à l’écoute des besoins des clients.
Les chambres sont confortables, avec une décoration moderne et élégante. Les équipements sont de qualité, et le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié.
Cependant, un inconvénient majeur est l’insonorisation des chambres. On entend assez bien les bruits provenant des couloirs et des autres chambres, ce qui peut nuire à la tranquillité du séjour, surtout pour ceux qui recherchent un endroit calme pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie.
Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel reste une bonne option pour ceux qui privilégient la situation géographique et un service de qualité, mais il est important de prendre en compte le manque d’insonorisation si vous êtes sensible aux bruits

Personale molto disponibile e gentile, c'è anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli custoditi in hotel, molto comodo per chi fa il check-out ma vuole ancora visitare.

A place like this wouldn't be for everyone but it worked for me and my friend group perfectly.
The rooms are small, the beds smaller and the toilets smaller still. They are clean and well cared for though, with cleaning done everyday. Only a small elevator is present so be prepared to take the steep stairs most of the time.
The neighbor hood is both the best and worst part of this location. There is a bar and plenty of restaurants right by and it can be rather loud late into the night.
Ear plugs are a must!
If the night life interests you then this is a wonderful area. If you want a calm, quite night, I wouldn't recommend. For me I loved all the food choices so close by and it is also near multiple subway entrances, so great for traveling around Paris.

Hôtel idéalement situé. La réceptionniste est réactive, très professionnelle, enjouée et vraiment sympathique. Un accueil qui fait toute la différence.

Good location close to louvre and cathedral notre dame and a range of cafes and shopping centres within walking distance in the neighbourhood. ||Metro station is within 20 meters from hotel .. very convenient to travel within Paris. ||Downside is that it is Noisy in the early mornings due to neighbouring bar / night life .. easily overcome with ear plugs. ||Homeless and public toilet close to hotel adds to unpleasantness when passing by daily. ||We had trouble with the WC flush, reported it on the day we arrived and 5 nights later it was still unresolved.

Comfortable and clean with very helpful staff....thank you!|Great location - very central to all major sights especially Notre Dame and The Louvre. No shortage of restaurants in the surrounding area either...perfect for a short weekend break.

The location was perfect, near to the subway. The staff were very nice and polite, and they loved to chat with you and would remind you if there was any protest nearby, very thoughtful.

Clean room.
Needs an update and our shower leaked onto the floor in the bathroom.
But the room itself was recently refurbished.
And they were doing refurbishment in hotel as the stairs carpet was up.
The lift is very small but ok.

Si valoras tu dinero no vayas ni hagas reserva, crean perfiles falsos en los cuales te piden ingresar tu información y te quitan tu dinero, se justifican diciendo que sufren de estafadores, pero no te solucionan nada. El hotel no es lo mejor, el elevador parece de juguete, súper incómodo, las habitaciones súper pequeñas, en general un poco sucio y algo descuidado.

I would avoid, a well located place but in construction. They failed to warn you, when you book, that actually they are renovating. Rooms smells of fresh paint not French baguette.
I almost fell in a very akward pit in the room I was in, just in front of the window. I warned the manager that this was really dangerous. More akward steps in the allways were you could trip over.

Exelent accueil, certaine chambres ont été rénovées , c est une loterie. Par contre propre et pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, mais eau chaude et tasse sur demande à la réception. Proche de nombreux restaurants

Small hotel very conveniently located in the middle of Paris. I think the location is perfect for most tourists, as it is in a few minutes walking walking distance from the Chȧtelet station, the famous Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, Musee du Louvre, and relatively safe. The premises is small and the room is not at all large, but I really liked the mood, such as the spiral staircase, the cute room, the old fashioned room key. I really enjoyed the stay!

Très petite salle de bain et un seul oreiller . Les touristes séjournants dans l’hôtel n’ont aucun savoir vivre : les portes claquent à longueur de temps. Peut-être serait il judicieux de munir les portes d’un système de retenu .

The hotel truly stands out for its excellent service and attention to detail, but what made our stay unforgettable was the professionalism and warm personality of Dhanushka. Always smiling and ready to help, Dhanushka added a personal touch that elevated our experience to another level.

Personnel très gentil mais hôtel globalement sale et en mauvais état : moquette dans les escaliers, poussière dans la chambre, réfrigérateur avec des restes, lavabo de la salle de douche qui fuit et pas de wifi contrairement à ce qui était annoncé.|Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas les 14€ demandés.

The location is great, well centered and close of metro station. |The staff is friendly and the desk reception is open 24h. The breakfast is Ok, makes its job. ||The hotel and the room are tired. It's very different of the level of quality that is showed on pictures. I was quite dispppoited. I feel like it's not worth the money, unless the location is your main consideration.

The location of this hotel is fantastic.| It is very close to the Chatelet theatre and easy walking distance to most of the city attractions and a metro station is close by too for visiting further afield. |The reception was manned 24 hours by friendly, professional staff. |The hotel was clean throughout but the decor was tired and there was a lack of property maintenance.|The room we stayed in was modest and the bathroom cramped but the bed was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room which proved useful considering how expensive everywhere is in the city! | There was not a good view from the window as there was a portacabin type structure right outside the hotel in the street and quite a lot of noise day & night with numerous Police sirens. Breakfast was sparse but OK but there is a lovely restaurant just around the corner (Au Vieux Chatelet) which serves a fabulous breakfast package for a similar price.. All in all a convenient choice of hotel offering fair value for money, considering its superb location.

Le personnel est très sympathique, surtout youself qui se trouve à l'accueil.
Petit déjeuner, parfait.
Je donne seulement 4 car lors de la réservation sur le site de l'établissement, ils demandent la carte bleue pour une empreinte et ils disent que le montant ne sera pas débiter.
Hors, lors de notre arrivée à l'hôtel, le monsieur a l'accueil nous dit que tout est payé et déjà débiter depuis la veille.
Je trouve cela lamentable.
Nous étions deux couples et donc payé séparément les deux chambres.
En plus faire un débit sur la carte d'une personne sans même la prévenir et ne lui donner aucun justificatif de paiement, c'est difficilement compréhensible.

Mon mari et moi devions nous rendre à Paris pour 3 jours au début de l'année. Le jour du départ, je suis tombée malade. Nous avons demandé à l'hôtel s'il était possible d'annuler la réservation, de récupérer une partie de l'argent ou de reporter la réservation à une autre date. On nous a répondu que ce n'était pas possible. Nous avons donc décidé de partir quand même, en espérant que je me rétablirais un peu. En chemin, j'ai été tellement malade que nous avons dû rentrer à la maison. Malgré des contacts répétés, nous n'avons reçu aucune aide. Très hostile à la clientèle. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas ici.

Très bon emplacement, à 100m de la Seine, quartier bon marché pour manger, monuments et une station de métro sur le pas de la porte ! Le personnel de la réception est très sympathique et le service est bon.
Les chambres sont petites comme partout à Paris mais confortables et propres, rien à redire, salle de bain un peu vieillotte mais pour le prix ce n'est pas trop mal.
