The food and atmosphere were excellent. The tables might be a bit too close to each other, but that’s a minor detail. The service was slow at first, but by the end of the meal, the staff apologized, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

I came in and there were more than 11 empty tables and they refused to let me in…all the people sitting fit a certain demographic… go figure

It's Moroccan not Italian as Google is telling me. Had an amazing lamb tagine. Piano and double bass playing jazz hit the right vibe.

看到其他評論說這間餐廳歧視亞洲人, 本來也不相信, 直到今天已經入座還點好餐點, 想借用廁所, 竟然有職員在廁所門口看守, 看見我之後就質問我是否在餐廳用餐, 還要我說出枱號, 但是看見其他外國顧客就沒有詢問任何東西, 直接讓他們使用廁所, 真是一間歧視亞洲人的餐廳!

Franchement c’était super sympa. On a passé un agréable moment. Tout était bon et les serveurs étaient super sympas. Le cocktail Margarita spicy j’ai adoré! Mais je crois que c’est un peu cher pour ce que c’est j’ai pas payé l’addition ????

The food was very tasty, lots of vegan and gluten free options. What I didn’t expect and was absolutely amazing was the super kind staff and amazing service they gave us! Will be visiting again for sure.

We visited the restaurant for a birthday, great views, great weather, the staff gave us a table with a view and we are grateful for it.

Unfortunately, this is where the positives of the service end. The food that the staff remembered to bring out was great, the cocktails were wonderful, but unfortunately, they forgot about the main course, and as it turned out later, they realized that they forgot, but did not tell us anything until we pointed it out. Due to the long wait for the main courses, we had to refuse and ordered dessert (it is a birthday, right?), in the end they forgot about the dessert too, and by the time they remembered there was no dessert available.

The staff terribly spoils the impression of the place, unfortunately, be prepared to monitor everything by yourself, and not just relax and enjoy the view.

Pizza à la truffe super bonne dessert et Virgin mojito pareil , une très belle découverte , la dame de l’accueil qui installe les clients un petit peu hautaine à mon goût , mais heureusement que le reste de l’équipe fait l’affaire mention spéciale pour Janiss il a été très professionnel toute la soirée il prend le temps de nous détailler la carte vraiment nous avons aimé cette soirée en particulier grâce à lui nous reviendrons et espérons retomber sur lui je recommande ce restaurant les yeux fermés

The veal ragu pasta, sea bass ceviche and the grilled octopus were the highlight. Location was magical , where a step outside you can see the beauty of the Eiffel Tower. Among the staff, Norwen was superb and attentive. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful experience

We had a 2:30PM reservation, arrived early, and after ordering before 3:00PM (2:57Pm) we were told the kitchen was closed at 3:00PM. No warning before nor on the confirmation email. They offered to comp us our bottle of wine but come on…made this reservation weeks ago. Unprofessional.

Good food, nice vibe and a trendy restaurant with views of Eiffel Tower. The truffle pizza was very delicious and cocktails were curated perfectly! A bit pricey but then again it’s Paris.

Meus clientes chegaram ao estabelecimento para o almoço no dia 21/05. Ao chegarem no balcão e se identificarem, conforme havia sido feita reserva pelo site oficial do restaurante, para sua surpresa, a recepcionista foi extremamente grosseira e os mandou embora afirmando que não havia nenhuma reserva no nome deles. Eles acabaram deixando o local. Uma rede tão grande e renomada como a Loulou deveria se preocupar com esses detalhes, pois fazem total diferença na experiência das pessoas em uma viagem.

An excellent place that lives up to its hype. The truffle pizza is remarkable; as much as the massive tiramisu. Cocktails are great as well.

Seating and the place… well, not so much. Had direct sunlight even when we had a booked table for two, MONTHS in advance.

Great service and spectacular food made up for it. A must go.
