I firmly believe that the location is the best in 1st Arrondissement. During the tour, I was able to join back after taking a short break at the accommodation. The three manager members I met at the hotel desk were very kind, affable and gentle. They were very nice people I met in Paris.

Loved my stay here. The staff was always helpful and polite, even though I didn't speak much French (just English). Very clean and modern feel, lovely breakfast area and great bar for evening cocktails. I Would stay here again!

Hôtel très bien placé au cœur de Paris. Chambre (Balnéo duplex) très propre, très spacieuse. Superbe déco et baignoire à jets d'eau.
Accueil très agréable, serviable, disponible et souriant (avant et pendant le séjour).

Sehr tolles Hotel mitten in Paris mit top Lage. Das Zimmer war immer sauber. Gegessen haben wir jedoch nie im Hotel, immer auswärts. Würde ich wieder buchen.

크리스마스 기간에 허니문으로 선택한 호텔인데 너무 만족스러웠어요! 체크인할때 부터 리셉션에서 친절하게 안내받았고 허니문 여행왔다고 하니 웃으며 더 잘해주어서 머무는 내내 행복한 기억이었어요! 위치도 파리 1구쪽이고 루브르박물관 바로 근처라 여기저기 다니기 편했어요. 좋은추억 만들어줘서 감사합니다.

Gelegen pal tussen het Louvre en de Opera. Ondergrondse parking(Pyramides) net voor de deur. Deze kost €40 per dag en de lift van de parking ligt net voor de ingang van het hotel.
De receptionist was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De kamer was zuiver en ruim (gezin van 4 met dochters van 10 en 14 jaar.)
Het ontbijt was uitgebreid genoeg voor ons.
Zeker een aanrader als je de bekendste attracties van Parijs al wandelend wil verkennen. Mocht je de metro willen gebruiken heb je 3 haltes in de nabijheid.

Le terme que je retiendrai est : FROID
Froid dans la salle de petit déjeuner, froid dans la chambre. Etablissement propre
Personnel agréable mais nous avons eu froid. La salle de petit déjeuner n'était pas chauffée. Dommage, et la chambre était pleine de sensation de courant d'air.

Hotel Lumen Paris is conveniently located 1 block away from the Louvre and a short 8 min walk to Galleries Lafayette. The location is extremely convenient to many landmarks.
Rooms are enough. If you aren't expecting a massive room, then it's fine. It was good enough for us. The bathroom is awesome and the spa like shower is relaxing.

But it's the service of the hotel that sets them apart. The front desk staff to housekeeping to bar service, they are all extremely friendly, helpful and most of all genuine. Thank you especially to Sebastien for making our stay so comfortable and the kindness you shown us. 100% recommend staying here.

Great centrally located hotel, walking distance to many attractions but also next to a Metro station. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable - perfect for a city break. The staff were all lovely - everyone we encountered was warm, friendly and super helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.
