Comfortable and affordable in a great location. The rooms are not luxurious but clean and they do the job. The staff is friendly. Great access to central Paris.

merci pour la gentillesse de l’accueil ! étant tombée complètement malade, mon chéri a prévenu le personnel qu’sos médecins allait arriver incessamment sous peu ; une dame très charmante lui a remis une bouteille d’eau par compassion et le message a été transmis à la personne suivante qui a pris son tour de garde.

par ailleurs, l’établissement est vraiment charmant et la localisation idéale.

Das Hotel war in Ordnung. Es war sauber allerdings wie in Frankreich üblich sehr eng. Ich fand das Frühstück leider nicht so toll. Ich wünschte mir eine Trennung der Tomaten& Gurken von der Fleischware. Der Auswahl war sehr gering. Die Parkplatz kosten sind auch etwas zu hoch allerdings hat man sonst wenig Möglichkeiten.

1 hôtel à Paris sur Montmartre, pas chose simple, nous avons choisi l'eden Montmartre car super bien placé pour arpenter Montmartre, chambre style à l'ancienne mais pourquoi pas et très confortable, accueil RAS, bonne adresse !

Pentru zona în care se află, zonă istorică, cu un anumit spațiu construit, hotelul oferă minimul necesar unui turist, care nu vrea să cheltuiască foarte mult pe cazare. Personal foarte amabil. Din echipă face parte și o româncă. Avantaj, micul dejun. Poți cumpăra de la recepție răcoritoare, dacă vrei. Se poate citi presa tipărită în holul de la recepție.

Toutes les personnes à l'accueil sont agréables et extrêmement serviables. Les chambres sont très propres et bien équipées.
Un petit côté rétro-chic dans l'esprit de Montmartre.
Le petit déjeuner est d'un rapport qualité prix imbattable à Paris.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, très proche du métro. Il y a de nombreux cafés et restaurants à proximité.

Estuvo malisisisisimo, dice que tiene estacionamiento y mentira no tiene, pague 60 euros mas por otro estacionamiento, no respetaron mi reserva, me cambiaron de hotel porque sobrevendieron :/ malisimo si pueden pagar otra opcion haganlo.

Very nice hotel with very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is in perfect location with lots of transports (bus, metro) around. A lot of cafes, bakeries and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Stella, the hotel manager at **Hotel Eden Montmartre**, is truly exceptional! Her kindness and hospitality made my stay unforgettable. Knowing that I had traveled from far and was fasting during the Holy month of Ramadan, she went above and beyond to accommodate me with an **early check-in at 10 AM** (even though standard check-in was at 2 PM).

Her warmth and attentiveness made me feel welcomed and cared for from the moment I arrived. It’s rare to find such genuine, thoughtful service, and Stella’s dedication truly sets this hotel apart.

Thank you, Stella, for your incredible hospitality—you made my stay so much more comfortable! I highly recommend **Hotel Eden Montmartre** to anyone visiting, especially because of amazing staff like her.

Soggiornato in questo grazioso hotel per 2 notti. Personale molto molto gentile; inoltre capiscono e parlano italiano. La mia stanza situata al quarto piano servito da ascensore l ho trovata molto comoda e accogliente; pur essendo affacciata sulla strada ho dormito benissimo dato che il rumore del traffico non si è percepito affatto. Nel prezzo prima colazione self-service. Posizione ottima, vicinissima fermata metro, supermercato, farmacia, banca. Consigliato!

We had to book this hotel last minute due to being stuck in Paris as a result of the Eurostar cancellations. I looked at online photos and reviews and was impressed with the hotel so happily booked this. The staff were friendly and the hotel is in a good location. We got the last available room, number 63 and it was tiny. The bathroom absolutely stank of urine, we reported this to the reception and unfortunately no one was available to clean it so we were provided with a UV cleaning device but it did not help. We bought air freshener and wore masks in the bathroom as the smell was so overwhelming. The bed was clean but the floor left our feet dirty. We did go to get the spare pillows out of the wardrobe and they were covered in hair and stains. I was very disappointed in this hotel as the pictures on their website do not reflect all of the rooms and our experience did not feel like that of a 3 star hotel.

Accueil un peu tristounet et le gros point noir arrive … je réserve un chambre marquée noir sur blanc avec lit queen size , j’arrive dans la chambre et me retrouve face à 3 lits de 90 cote à cote, je vais voir l’accueil pour demander un chambre avec un lit double comme attendu.
Désolé monsieur nous sommes complets , pas possible de changer … quand on fait 1m90 la nuit dans un lit de 90x190 est forcément plus compliqué.
Je suis désolé mais ce n’est pas professionnel !

Local maravilhoso, tem as melhores boulangerie de Paris, é mais raiz, por isso é mais gostoso para comer pelo bairro.
O elevador é padrão prédio antigo de Paris, cabe apenas uma pessoa e a mala que estiver com ela.
Cama: confortável , lençóis razoáveis . Fiquei uma noite e ficaria no máximo 3 noites nesse hotel, pelo bairro, pq ele não é tão agradável para muito tempo, achei pequeno para muitos dias.
A recepção do dia foi boa, falava inglês o da noite só falava francês ( segundo ele), isso foi engraçado, mas ele me ajudou a pegar um táxi.
O Aquecedor foi um problema pra mim, mal esquentava em pleno Dezembro, passei frio.
A vista para rua foi o charme, isso curti, apesar de tudo eu recomendo ele, em uma data não tão fria e para poucos dias.

Une surprise.
Choisir les petits hôtels dans Paris est toujours une sorte de roulette russe… on a souvent de grosses déceptions.

Et ben la, la surprise est bonne.
Équipe serviable et accueillante.
Chambre calme, bonne literie et sdb propre.
Un défaut ? Bon Le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas exceptionnel mais il fait largement la blague.

Donc bonne expérience pour ce petit hôtel bien situé et facilement accessible dans Paris.

Very bad experience. The staff is not able to comunicate properly with the guests, disrespectful attitude. The rooms are small, it’s a specific smell, everything seems old, very cold in the room, no AC, the bathrooms looks too used: the mirror, the sink.. present sings of excessive use. Also the sheets were ripped… The location was ok because of its proximity to the metro sation. Due to the fact that my trip was business related, I didn’t spend so much time in the room (which was a good thing). I asked for invoice, they put the wrong details on it and blamed it on me, refusing to righten their wrong. But the main incovinience is the staff attitude… I wouldn’t repeat the experience

Emplacement très approprié. Bons restaurants et bars à proximité. Accueil cordial.
Petit-déjeuner sans grande imagination, minimaliste, mais acceptable
Liaison internet catastrophique, de façon chronique, malgré de nombreuses réclamations depuis plusieurs années. Ne permettant absolument pas une activité professionnelle en visioconférence, surtout si l’on a été logé dans les étages supérieurs.
Reception TV identique, dépendant probablement du même réseau internet anémique
Grande marge de progression possible (?) et certainement souhaitable - dans le domaine de la communication

Hôtel particulièrement bien placé au pied de Montmartre, des chambres agréables et un petit-déjeuner au top. Un petit frein sur le ton un peu incisif de la personne à l'accueil.

I stayed from 8th-16th August( many days to understand if the hotel is good) and I want to say with pleasure that it was the best hotel I have stayed in Paris. The only problem is that the rooms are not so big but this is a problem through the hole city. But you can book the rooms on the 5th or 6th floor where there are more spacious. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also the bathroom was all the time clear and every day the stuff was giving us new towels. There is also breakfast in the hotel 7 or 8€ per day which is quite good for Paris prices. The staff is very friendly and polite and they all speak good English so the communication for the foreigners is eas. The hotel also provides if you want a mini bus for the transfer to and from the airports and the price for this is also reasonable

I booked this hotel through Booking.com, but unfortunately, we had to request a cancellation one day before our departure due to an urgent issue. Initially, the hotel agreed to cancel via email, but later they refused to waive the cancellation fee, despite their earlier agreement. On top of that, the lady receptionist I spoke to was rude and ended the call abruptly despite the fact that her colleague tried to solve it and he agreed at first. The customer service at this hotel is extremely disappointing.

Pas arrangeant du tout, j'ai réservé pour la nuit du réveillon dans cet hotel après avoir regardé les avis (Négatifs et positifs) et en me décidant à réserver via la plateforme AGODA, celle-ci à enregistré ma réservation pour la nuit même alors que j'avais opté pour la nuit du 24. Je m'en suis rendu compte aujourd'hui, j'ai appelé l'hotel pour tenter de voir ce que je pouvais faire, je ne vous dis pas l'amateurisme dans le traitement d'une telle situation, alors qu'il leur restait des chambres, bref j'ai réservé à la concurrence, moins cher avec petit dej, à bon entendeur !

Our favorite place to stay in Paris! Such a wonderful location with nearby restaurants, metro station and Monoprix. We’ve stayed at Hotel Eden since 2009 and look forward to future visits. It is very clean and safe. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a great value and a perfect way to start the day.

Petit hôtel idéalement situé au pied de Montmartre. Quartier vivant avec beaucoup de commerces et accès très proche aux transports en commun. Chambre agréable, literie confortable, ménage fait avec rigueur. Accueil chaleureux, mention spéciale pour le buffet du petit déjeuner à volonté et très diversifié… on reviendra !

Accueil très sympathique, la réceptionniste est vraiment adorable. Les chambres sont propres et la literie confortable. Je serais resté quelques nuits de plus avec plaisir.
