At first sight we couldnt see the bathroom, due to its closet like doors.we stayed at the 4 floor i recommend staying high because of some noise from local bars. But we didnt notice it much. The elevator is tiny. So if you are claustofobic, big or not ready to walk up stairs then this hotel may not be for you. This hotel is close to an african part of Paris so its a different vibe when you walk out of the metro with barbecue, nuts and braid sellers. But it feels safe and open. There are some homeless people and i
Am sure some crime. But still I felt much safer then some other places in Paris. Its close to metro and all montemarte has to offer. And its affordable. We loved it, staff is nice, bed is good its clean and have a simple but fresh breakfast. But as most of Paris its cramped, you have no personal space whatsoever????.But i am Norwegian so that could be just my perspective???? If you want something cheap but still good enough this is the place to go.
We stayed at Hotel Boronali in April and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is truly outstanding – just a short walk to Sacré-Cœur, with quick access to metro stations and the city center. Perfect for exploring Paris.
The room was tastefully decorated, always clean, and spacious enough for three people. A special thank you to the reception team, especially Aurora and Ibrahim, who were always helpful, kind, and professional. :) (Merci beaucoup Aurora, pour ton aide)
We were actually among the first guests after the hotel reopened on April 1st, which might explain some of the technical challenges. The water in the shower was only warm on the first two days, and stayed cold for the rest of our time there. We informed the reception several times – the staff was friendly and tried to fix it, but unfortunately the issue remained.
There was also a problem with the elevator, which was out of service during most of our stay. At one point, I even got briefly stuck inside, but luckily the situation was handled quickly and professionally.
For breakfast, I would actually recommend visiting one of the many charming cafés nearby – it’s a great way to enjoy the true Parisian vibe.
Bottom line: The hotel scores with its excellent location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. However, there’s room for improvement when it comes to comfort and technical facilities.
If you're mainly looking for a simple place to sleep with a great location, this hotel is a solid choice.
Chambres confortables
Important note: this hotel is not for you if you are claustrophobic. The elevator is super tiny and scary. Rooms are quite spacious but the corridors are really narrow.
