I booked an Eiffel Tower Suite here because I wanted the view (though was sceptical about what it would actually be) and also to explore this area more. I had been here a few times but never stayed. ||Everything was beyond expectations. The room was huge by Paris standards with two big windows overlooking the city and filling the room with light. And the view....truly magical! So good I for two nights I just sat at the window with dinner and wine watching the sunset over Paris. See the photos and judge for yourself.||The position of the hotel is 100/100 for exploring the area of Montmartre and the fascinating streets below. ||Also, the staff were all helpful and friendly, with a special thanks to Jeanne at reception. ||If you can afford a ET suite here, I could not recommend this more highly. Value wise it was exceptional too. ||Five stars from me!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. This hotel has exceeded all our expectations for our birthday trip to Paris, the rooms are beautiful and the rooftop bar is incredible. The staff are so incredibly helpful and lovely especially Jeanne and Paulina who have ensured our trip was the best it could be and have been very kind and supportive throughout our stay. Also Mike who was extremely helpful and supportive and maintained professionalism and provided reassurance when dealing with a missing item during our stay. Could not recommend this hotel more and it was perfect location for our trip of a lifetime.

I was absolutely amazed at this hotel. The size of the rooms were very large and beautiful. It’s probably one of the only hotels I have ever stayed in that had such good lighting. One of my biggest complaints about most hotels is that they do not have great lighting.. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and so accommodating. Whenever we needed something they would be there immediately. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in the perfect location, exceeded expectations in multiple ways every time we entered the building we were greeted by staff who were all amazing. Shout out to Jeanne and Paulina who checked us in on the first day, and answered all our questions they were both super friendly and patient with us, and shout out to Mike who was brilliant when I had a slight problem, he kept calm and helped to resolve the situation. Couldn't recommend this hotel more would definitely stay here again.

Our Eiffel-facing room was completely magical. Staff is wonderful and the rooftop is not to be missed. Would love to stay here again :)

Très accueillant et avenant, serviable et le décors tres sympathique surtout sur la vue sur la Tour Eiffel !!! Le vin était frais et bien servis, service dégustation au top. Le restau était succulent on reviendra pour sur. On vous le recommande

Fantastisk service, ypperlig lokalisering og utsikt. |Fikk et hjørnerom med perfekt utsikt, samtidig forbausende stille og rolig.|takterrasse med restaurant og bar var et stort pluss. Selv om rommet ikke var av de største fungerte det helt greit. Området Montmartre er sjarmerende og med nærhet til flere attraksjoner. Hit skal vi tilbake!

Montmartre er en perfekt lokasjon som utgangspunkt for opplevelser, restauranter og spaserturer i sjarmerende opplevelser. Flott utsikt, ikke så stor rom, men lyst og rent og inneholdt det vi trengte. Vi skal tilbake!

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo hotel. Bellissimo hotel stanze molto curate e belle. Qualche particolare nel servizio da migliorare.......il room service non può chiudere alle 22,30 in un hotel a Parigi e deve offrire gli stessi piatti serviti al ristorante.allo stesso modo non puoi chiedere un toast o cose simili alle 15 sulla terrazza del ristorante e ti rispondono che il servizio riparte alle 15,30 prima non possono fare nulla. Siamo in 4 stelle di Parigi o in un hotel di un paesino sconosciuto??? Anche il parcheggio pubblico era convenzionato e ti vidimavano il ticket e ci viene detto il giorno della partenza!(avremo risparmiato oltre 100 euro )Il personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile! Gentilissima anche la signora dell'accoglienza del ristorante e molto professionale (credo fosse la direttrice del ristorante). Nel complesso un buon hotel con diverse cose da migliorare per essere a Parigi!!!!

Lovley staff. Nice reception to relax with coffee. Looked at restaurant and bar. Didn’t use but looked good. Had a room right at the front. Lovley views. Although maybe noisy if traffic heavy. Defo worth going to churchyard right opposite hotel. Strangely relaxing.

Bästa hotellet. Supersmidig chatfunktion och vi fick precis det vi ville ha i rummet. Sängarna var sköna och toalettdelen var stor. Härligt med frukost och utsikt mot eiffeltornet. Vi är sååå nöjda. Kommer hit nästa gång vi besöker Paris.

During our time in France, we stayed at several hotels. Terrass Hotel was the nicest overall. Perfect location! We had the most beautiful, comfortable and spacious room with a wonderful view, with all of the comforts of home. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again in Montmartre, Paris! Five Stars!

Excellent small hotel situated just on the foothill of Montmartre, close to rue de abesses, lined with cafes and bars. It’s famous for its terrace restaurant and bar k. The seventh floor, with fine views and a cool vibe. The lobby has free tea a coffee for guests |My room faced a quiet courtyard and was a perfect space to wind down after a busy days walk!|The lobby staff were amazing and friendly. |Highly recommended

We have just returned from the most incredible 25th anniversary weekend in Paris. Terrass was perfectly located next to three metro stations and there were plenty of lovely restaurants and shops nearby. What really took our breath away however was the view of the Eiffel Tower from our Eiffel Artist Studio room. It was stunning, and even more so at night when it twinkled. We had requested a balcony a few days before we arrived and were delighted that the staff arranged this for us, along with a note and bottle of wine wishing us a happy anniversary. The restaurant was fabulous and, again, had incredible views, and I ate the best potatoes there that I’ve ever had in my life! The rooftop bar served delicious cocktails and the whole hotel just had a lovely atmosphere. We’re already planning when we can return!

We had an excellent stay — the perfect way to end our honeymoon. The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond, upgrading us to a beautiful suite with a view, along with wine and nibbles to welcome us. We loved the spacious room and enjoyed drinks on the rooftop, which had a great vibe and offered a sparkling view of the Eiffel Tower at night. The location was ideal for exploring Montmartre and the surrounding area. Everything about our experience was perfect. We’d highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to discover Montmartre!

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with directions to nearby supermarkets and arranging a scooter rental. The facilities were excellent, and while the rooms were small and compact, they had everything we needed.||The rooftop bar was a standout – great atmosphere, amazing staff, and stunning views. Drinks were a bit expensive, but worth it for the experience. The only downside was the bed, which was a little too firm and left us with some backache in the morning. We didn’t use the minibar, but the prices seemed reasonable if you were in need.||The location is ideal, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. We’d definitely stay again.

We are family of 3 and stayed in Terrass hotel for 5 nights, in a room with an Eiffel Tower view, and loved our experience. Room was spacious as for Paris, our daughter's bed was ready, bathroom was conveniently organized so toilet and shower cabins are separated by doors inside the bathroom area. All amenities are perfect; towels, bathrobes, cosmetics, dyson hairdryer – all is provided. Entire personnel are warm, welcoming, and really helpful.|There is a kettle and the coffee machine in the room, air conditioning works well, and though room doesn’t have balcony – French doors provide very good view on the Tower, making each evening magical with it’s light show. We knew that with our daughter we are limited in walking across different sights, and I specifically wanted a room where you can feel you’re in Paris at evenings, and that was very good choice for us. ||Cleaning was good, air conditioning quiet, selection of tea and coffee in the room is nice addition. We initially didn’t book a breakfast but were able to have it just by showing up, we didn’t need it every day of our stay. Breakfast has a decent cold cuts selection, good coffee, and tea, eggs dishes per request, we loved it. Restaurant has a lovely view on Paris.||Hotel has a kitchenette in a dedicated area, laundromat, and iron per request, and with child we sometimes use those. ||I noticed in some reviews comments about street noise and about view of not just Tower, but part of old Montmartre cemetery right across the street – personally we didn’t see any of it as part of any discomfort. It was quiet for Paris, morning started with birds singing, traffic is limited to one side street only, so I won’t make it stop anyone. Good location, 8 mins to metro, and entire Montmartre is open to you anytime, plenty of restaurants and brasserie to choose from. ||I booked directly through hotel’s website, and had few questions before arrival – all email cooperation was smooth and prompt. We loved our stay, and could not recommend this hotel more.

Stayed here for 5 nights with our 7 years old daughter, in a Eiffel Tower view room, and it was a good choice. Quite spacious room, with kettle and coffee machine, very good organized bathroom, clean and tidy. Generally, hotel is very pleasant, with very good service and extremely helpful staff.

Un emplacement idéal, un personnel extraordinaire et communicatif et un magnifique toit avec de la nourriture et des boissons excellentes.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment et l'hôtel était magnifique. Le seul point négatif est que notre chambre était située à côté de la route et nous avons donc passé la première nuit à écouter les voitures et la circulation. A part cela, je recommande vivement

Un hôtel qui se démarque de par sa localisation et sa décoration. Lorsqu’on regarde par la fenêtre on est émerveillés par la vue exceptionnelle sur tout Paris et sans aucun vis-à-vis ! ???? Le personnel est chaleureux et à l’écoute ???????? Je recommande aussi le rooftop, un endroit parfait pour déguster les cocktails signatures en bonne compagnie ????
