Avis HÔTEL REGYN'S MONTMARTRE Paris

Très bon hôtel, emplacement idéal.
Excellent petit déjeuner avec pain et croissant frais, café Nespresso, yaourt....
Petites choses à améliorer :
Que la personne qui fait le ménage n'oublie pas de remettre le tapis de bain, et ne jette pas systématiquement les sacs vides en papier qui ne sont pas dans poubelle. (On en avait besoin pour transporter des choses).

Très bonne isolation phonique avec la rue, beaucoup moins bien entre les chambres.

Sinon, à part ces détails, très bon séjour pour un prix correct et une vue sur la tour Eiffel.

Located in the heart of Montmartre, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The hotel is small, but cosy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is self-serve with a good assortment of food and drink. The gentleman who looks after breakfast is very helpful, always smiling and gives you a "bon appetit". I recommend breakfast there, you will struggle to find the same value in Montmartre.|A little warning, the lift is very small, but at least there is one. Not all hotels in Paris have lifts.

I stayed here in 2021 and 2025 because the price is so reasonable for the most spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The WiFi works well (it didn’t in 2021). The rooms were very clean. So convenient to have the metro right outside. Wonderful shops and restaurants around too. In December there was a small Christmas market right in front of the hotel, on Sunday in May they had a vintage market outside too. The elevator is very small; I was able to fit my large suitcase, carry-on, and myself in there, but that filled the entire space. The walls were Parisian thin, so I was awoken some nights to my neighbors snoring or their conversations. It was relatively quiet otherwise, not much noise from outside at night. They had a fan in the room too because it was a bit warm at times. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Paris!

The staff/receptionist was very helpful. Rooms are very tired and in need of re decorating. Bed was clean & comfortable. Situated along the main road in Montmarte where restaurants and shops are. Very busy. No aircon, so if you need to leave the window open it is very difficult to sleep due to noise.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming little hotel tucked away in beautiful Montmartre. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from cafés, artists’ corners, and quiet, winding streets, yet still peaceful and relaxing. It really felt like we were experiencing the true soul of Paris.

Our room was full of character and warmth—but the real highlight was the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower right from our window. Waking up to that iconic sight each morning felt like something out of a dream.

What truly made our stay unforgettable was the owner, Eric. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. His recommendations and warmth added a personal touch that made us feel right at home.

If you’re looking for a unique and heartwarming stay in Paris, this little gem in Montmartre is it. We can’t wait to return!

Bardzo skromny ale bardzo dobry hotel. Małe pokoje wystarczają dla 2 osób na tydzień wypadu do Paryża. Jedno czego brak to czajnika i kubków w pokoju. Jest możliwość zamówienia śniadania. Bardzo dobre połączenie metra (12) i autobusu (40). Polecam gorąco.

Nettes kleines Hotel in perfekter Lage mit Traumaussicht. Freundliches Personal. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert für einen Städtetrip. Preis/Leistung passt!

Lovely location but that’s where it stopped for us. The room is tiny, the bathroom functional but no hooks to hang any towels or turn around. A kettle is in the room but no cups…why?
The walls are paper thin, our neighbour had late night phone conversations where we could even hear the other person on the phone.
I would not come back to this hotel.

Merci pour ce merveilleux moment, la position de l’hôtel est juste exceptionnelle, juste sur la place des Abbesses, parfait pour tout faire à pied. Vous êtes à proximité de Pigalle, de Montmartre, des Grands Magasins et de l’Opéra Garnier. Les chambres sont charmantes et le personnel très sympathique. Mention très bien sur les croissants au petit-déjeuner que j’ai beaucoup aimé. Merci encore, je recommande !

Hotel encantador en una ubicación privilegiada, en el corazón de Montmartre. Es cierto que la habitación es pequeña, pero suficiente para pasar unos días. La cama es muy cómoda y todo estaba muy limpio. Desde nuestra ventana veíamos una esquina del Sacré Coeur. El desayuno también nos encantó, con baguettes y croissants recién hechos. Relación calidad-precio muy buena. Además, el personal es súper amable. Definitivamente volveríamos!

C est la 2ème fois que nous sejournons dans cet hôtel et vraiment tout est très bien. Le personnel à la réception est charmant et très accueillant. La chambre est très agréable, il y a tout ce qu il faut et vraiment l endroit est parfait, juste au pied de Montmartre.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Apaixonado pela vista do meu quarto: a torre Eiffel. O quarto é do lado do Muro do "je t'aime". Amo Montmartre!!! O quarto foi confortável e agradável. Maior do que eu esperava pelas fotos. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar no mesmo hotel e quarto no inverno. Tem aquecedor, mas não vi ar condicionado. Perfeito pro frio.

Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, sia per la posizione che per la gentilezza del personale, soprattutto di Marie: è riuscita a darci, anche se per una sola notte, la camera con vista Torre Eiffel che desideravamo tanto. È stata sempre super disponibile e pronta ad aiutarci per qualsiasi emergenza. La posizione ottima, in uno dei quartieri più belli di Parigi e l’hotel è ben collegato con la metro. Camere in stile parigino che hanno tutte una vista bellissima.

The major selling point for the Regyn is its location - right in the heart of Montmartre next to the Metro with cafes, restaurants and shops all around - alongside it's very reasonable price. Rooms are basic and the beds in our experience are comfortable. Rooms are made up every day. The staff are excellent and super friendly. So much so, having left a jersey behind and not having noticed ourselves, they contacted us to let us know and made arrangements to return it to us. A great service from all there.

ATENCIÓN: REGULAR-MALA, son amables pero 1 señora de recepción se molesta y me regaña porque no le dije buenos días, no entiendo porque se molesta si le hablo en inglés y no entiende o ni contestan, entonces para que saludo? se hace la que no entiende, trabaja en un lugar turístico, debe hablar inglés, si no que lo aprenda. Después porque mi tarjeta de acceso dejo de funcionar le pedí ayuda y se enoja, al final ese es su trabajo y debe dar buena atención Así pase 5 veces. Tampoco respetan su propio letrero de no molestar en la habitación, entraban a hacer limpieza y mover mis cosas.
HABITACIÓN: MUY pequeña, vieja. Reserve para 2 personas, con 2 carryon y 2 backpack Apenas y cabíamos, solo tiene una mesa de noche que gran parte la ocupa la lámpara, otra mesa secundaria que igualmente ocupa gran espacio el ventilador sucio. Si llevas más maletas o más grandes mejor piénsale antes de reservar aquí. LIMPIEZA: Regular, al menos lo visible. BAÑO: Muy pequeño, el WC con filtración en la base, todo el tiempo había agua.
LOBBY: Nada que destaque, todo es chiquito. DESAYUNO: No lo incluí en mi reserva pero por lo que vi no tiene variedad, solo vi cereales y pan.
INSTALACIONES: Viejas, descuidadas, alfombras rotas, sucias ELEVADOR CHIQUITO, apenas y entran 2 con maleta carryon y backpack. Subes a tu piso donde está tu habitación y luego tienes que bajar o subir escaleras para llegar a tu habitación.Se escucha todo de la otras habitaciones, hasta si estornudan por si tienes sueño ligero o quieres dormir un poco más por la mañana. Si no te despierta el vecino lo hace el personal de limpieza.
UBICACIÓN: Es lo único rescatable, literal saliendo del hotel hay estacion de metro y a 6min caminando está la otra, En la zona tienes muchos restaurantes.
CONCLUSIÓN: Para lo que pagué, definitivamente no vale la pena, si me hubiera salido más barato entonces si lo recomendaría ya que al final pagas por lo que vas a recibir. Lo único que tiene de bueno es la ubicación.

Дуже задоволена готелем. На свої гроші він точно вартий. Найголовніше, на мою думку це локація. 1-2 хвилини до метро. Пішки можна дістатися до центру і багатьох туристичних місць.

Hôtel charmant.
Situé Place des Abbesses,il permet de découvrir le quartier Montmartre très facilement.Le Sacré Cœur se trouve à quelques minutes à pieds…
La gérante est très gentille et serviable,(dommage qu’il n’en soit pas de même du personnel de nuit)
Le tarif est tout à fait raisonnable.
Métro à 2 pas pour se diriger vers la Gare Montparnasse.

Das Hotel ist durch seine Lage und vor allem seine Aussicht unbezahlbar!

Wir hatten im 5. Stock aus dem Bett heraus beim Aufwachen und Einschlafen die perfekte Sicht auf Paris und dem Eiffelturm.
Alle MitarbeiterInnen waren sehr freundlich, wenn man Ihnen ebenfalls freundlich begegnet ;) (kann die negativen Bewertungen somit nicht nachvollziehen) Wir konnten uns teils auf gebrochenem Schul-französisch und teils auf englisch gut verständigen!
Die Metro-Station “Abbesses” ist keine Gehminute vom Hotel entfernt und führt ggf. mit umsteigen direkt ins Zentrum.
Ja, das Bad und das Zimmer sind klein aber fein und vor allem das Bad lässt zu wünschen übrig. Auch das Treppenhaus ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür gibt es einen sehr kleinen Aufzug, der 2 Personen inkl. Gepäck transportieren kann :)) Man ist aber ja nicht im Hotel für das Treppenhaus.

Für die nette Behandlung, den wunderschönen Blick und die fantastische Lage finde ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall perfekt!!

Chambre et salle de bain vieillottes. Joints de baignoire et pommeau de douche sales, vmc qui ne fonctionne pas, eau chaude juste 2 minutes. Bruyant. Je regrette ce séjour.

Posizione ottima, vicino alla mentre è nel cuore di Montmartre quindi pieno zeppo di locali dove pranzare e cenare. Camera pulita e essenziale peccato la la moquette un po’ sporca, un po’ difficile muoversi all’interno della stanza ma in vacanza non si rimane in camera ma si esce quindi come punto d’appoggio serale considero la struttura un’ottima opzione. Personale gentile e preparato.

Stayed with friends in December. And wow, was service the rudest I have experienced!
They have a kettle in the room (and no coffee or tea or cups).
So what would a normal person do? Go downstairs to ask for a couple of tea bags. The guy at the reception was not happy.

After coming upstairs to the room, I realised we had no mugs. When I asked him for mugs so we can have tea, he got frustrated and said and i quote “you can only have one mug for free. Otherwise it’s €2.50 for each mug”.

And the guy was serious. So yeah, this is the type of service you should expect from this place.

Chauffage en décembre ok. Propreté ok. Amabilité ok. Nous sommes arrivés une heure avant l'enregistrement et ils ne nous ont rien fait payer. Emplacement parfait, du quatrième étage on voit la tour Eiffel et le prix est imbattable. C'est super.

C'est un hôtel 2 étoiles, certes, mais c'est exactement ce à quoi on peut s'attendre pour le prix. Il s'agit d'une jolie chambre parisienne classique pour un budget limité. L'emplacement est fantastique, à proximité du métro, des cafés et des restaurants. Le lit était plus confortable que ce à quoi je m'attendais.

Mauvaise qualité, réveillé par la voisine qui avait l'orgasme de sa vie. Grâce à la très mauvaise insonorisation, on entendait tout. La douche était pleine de moisissures, les rideaux n'ont jamais été lavés. Les tapis au sol n'avaient pas l'air d'avoir été nettoyés et il y avait beaucoup de poussière sous le lit. À 5 heures du matin, vous êtes réveillé par le métro qui passe toutes les 2 ou 3 minutes. Tapis décollés dans les escaliers, pas d'issue de secours correcte, etc. Voir les photos de sous le lit et le long des murs.

Tout simplement le pire hôtel que j'ai fréquenté à Paris.
attention si vous réservez une chambre avec vue sur Eiffel, ils m'ont donné l'autre côté et ont refusé de changer de chambre dès le début en me disant qu'ils l'avaient déjà donnée à quelqu'un d'autre et que j'avais utilisé ma chambre, que j'étais à l'intérieur pendant 10 secondes pour vérifier la vue d'abord. Ils ont continué à parler uniquement en français pour créer une confusion sur la situation et ne pas changer les chambres.
La salle de bain est également cassée, l'entretien laisse à désirer. C'est dommage car la vue sur Paris est bonne si le personnel ne vous fait pas perdre votre temps.

La prestation de prix est déjà correcte. Mais la vue sur la tour Eiffel n'a en fait pas de prix.
