Absolutely love the services, the bathroom is a bit small but it's nice and clean

Wonderful location in the lovely Montmartre area. Easy to travel to all the main tourist sites by nearby metro. Loads of cafes, restaurants on the doorstep and also minutes from the Sacre Coeur and renowned Moulin Rouge. The hotel is tastefully decorated, nice art. Staff are very friendly & helpful. There’s free tea/coffee/soft drinks & cakes 3pm-11pm, an honesty bar for alcohol and unlimited access to filtered water. The room was clean, quiet and modern but very tiny, nowhere to set anything or leave luggage. We would however not hesitate to book again for a short stay.

We arrived early am after a long flight and were warmly welcomed. They offered us espressos and time to refresh and relax downstairs in the salon before heading out for the day. Later, when we returned from our day, we were issued our room keys and our luggage was already in rooms. Rooms and bathrooms were small, but we did fine. They were tastefully decorated and clean! Beds were comfortable and rooms were nicely made up each day. We took advantage of the free champagne one evening and their Honesty Bar. We opted for an express breakfast our morning of departure and it was convenient and good value. Front desk greeted us each entrance and wished us a good day or gave advice, if needed, when we left to explore. Great staff!|This hotel is in Montmartre neighborhood and is walkable to many restaurants and bars. We walked or took the metro everywhere after arriving from airport by taxi. (Street is one way on a hill) |For us, we wanted to immerse ourselves in a Parisian neighborhood with character and use it as a base to explore such a fantastic city. Would recommend this hotel and not hesitate to return!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. We only stayed for one night, and the room was small and bathroom even smaller. I don't think I could have stayed more than one night. Pillows were not comfortable and although in a great location in Montmartre, I would not choose this hotel again. I have stayed in small hotel rooms in many major cities, but this bathroom was smaller than a bathroom on most ships!

I am so glad I found this hotel! I knew I wanted to be in Montmartre but I couldn’t have imagined it would be as lovely as it was. The staff were beyond incredible- so friendly and helpful and thoughtful. The hotel itself was super clean and well decorated. I loved the lobby area and the breakfast/drinks room. I will 100% recommend this hotel and come back again! Merci!!

My husband Rob surprised me with a trip to Paris for my birthday this year! I'm into the arts so he wanted to book our hotel in the art district of Montmartre. We couldn't have been happier with his choice! Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by their manager Alessandra. As we had arrived before check-in, she offered us a freshly made expresso. We were impressed to hear her answer calls in three languages - French, Italian and English! She proceeded to check us in early and explained that our luggage would be in our room upon our arrival. Our room was nicely decorated, was spotless and had both bottled water and a coffee maker! We rested for an hour before starting to explore this beautiful city! We were happy to discover Hotel des Arts is within a walkable distance to Sacre Coeur Basilica, Renoir's House/Museum, The Wall of Love, Moulin Rouge and the Metro! Throughout the area we ate our delicious meals at sidewalk cafés and enjoyed a drink at night amongst the Parisiennes. While we were there, we had a problem with our credit card and weren't able to get a hold of the credit card company. Alessandra patiently called various numbers until we were able to resolve the issue. Then shortly before our scheduled visit to the Louvre and despite having prepaid 3 weeks in advance for our tickets, the ticket provider informed us that our tickets were no longer available. Another night manager - Christophe graciously helped us to get tickets for another day and actually saved us over $120 in the process! A piece of advice for you all - book all your tickets directly from the site! On the day of my birthday, we arrived back at our room that night only to discover they had decorated it with a Happy Birthday banner and had laid gifts on our bed for me! The staff at Hotel des Arts cared about every detail of our stay and we are forever grateful to them all. We hope to return one day, and they can be assured that we will always recommend them to our friends and family! Merci beaucoup!

Alles sehr stilvoll und wohltuend eingerichtet, eine tolle Mischung vom Zimmer über die Flure bis zum Fitnessraum. Das Team war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Tolle Lage im Montmartre, zentral und doch ruhig. Wir kommen sehr gern einmal wieder.

Krijg je geen spijt van bij het boeken van dit hotel. Zeer goed verzorgde kamers.
Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Geen vraag is teveel.
Hotel ligt niet ver van de Sacré-Coeur, gezellige restaurantjes en een fantastisch uitzicht over Parijs.
Zeker een aanrader.

Fantastic Hotel in Montmartre, the staff were lovely and the rooms were tres bien!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel des Artes! Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, and we had a nice view towards the Eiffel Tower from our window. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, the gave us some recommendations for which local cafes we should try, and they also made dinner reservations for us one night. We took advantage of the buffet breakfast a couple of times during our five night stay, the food was delicious and well prepared. We had a very good experience and would be happy to stay there again.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. The location is great. Within a short walk of Sacre Coeur, Metro lines, shopping and restaurants. The rooms are small as is typical of many European hotels, but roomy enough to move around for two people. The windows were of good quality so that they kept the room quiet even though we faced the street. The staff was wonderful; warm and accommodating.||When we arrived, several hours before check-in, we settled in a downstairs space which was comfortable with a bathroom available. The desk staff brought us coffee and croissants which was greatly appreciated. We were visiting Paris to celebrate my birthday and while we were out doing tourist stuff, the staff put up a happy birthday sign and left me a small gift of toiletries. What a nice surprise!||The breakfast area was small but light and airy. The food had sufficient variety with the typical European offerings: bread, croissants, eggs, pastry, etc. Self serve water, coffee, etc., was always available.||This was a very clean and artfully decorated hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Paris in the future.

Der Standort ist einfach perfekt und das Personal unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem super stylisch und sauber! Klare Empfehlung und wir kommen gerne wieder. Auf den Zimmern gibt es Kaffee und ganztägig kalte Getränke kostenfrei.

Die Lage, das Ambiente, das Personal, das Frühstück sind einfach fantastisch. |Auch, dass man von 15:00 bis 23:00 im Frühstückszimmer kostenlos Kaffee, Kuchen und Getränke (Alkoholisches muss man bezahlen der Preis ist aber sehr fair) bekommt haben wir genossen.|Mal noch schnell ein kleiner Snack vor dem Nachmittagstrip, mal noch ein Absacker. Einfach perfekt.

Exceptional hotel in great location with the loveliest most helpful staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. Comfortable, clean and colourful quiet rooms. Looked after from arrival to departure. Lots to do around area including places to eat from breakfast to dinner. Bakers to patisserie and the cutest cafes for coffee, drinks, or a little glass or two.

Unsere 1. Wahl in Paris. In diesem Hotel kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Wir waren wieder begeistert von der Freundlichkeit und dem exzellenten Service. Dazu noch die perfekte Lage und die schönen, ruhigen Zimmer. Wir kommen wieder und lassen uns den Begrüßungs-Champagner schmecken!

My wife and I were on a brief holiday in Paris and decided to stay at Hôtel des Arts, primarily due to its location in a wonderful neighborhood in Montmartre, close to the Metro and a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and cafes. The hotel itself is terrific. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and inviting; the room was immaculate; the decor throughout the hotel was well thought out; and the express breakfast was delicious. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a slightly more quiet but still lively and walkable neighborhood

Such a great hotel. The staff were all delightful and nothing was too much trouble for them.|The location was also really convenient meaning you can walk to many tourist attractions easily.|In the afternoons you can help yourself to free soft drinks which is a really nice touch.

Excellent location close to restaurants and shops.||Lovely friendly staff with attention to detail such as check in via WhatsApp prior to arriving and details of nearest metros.||Nice buffet breakfast although like the rest of Paris, due to space being at a premium tables are rather close, but something you get used to!||Great room in the courtyard that we booked early which was quiet with a very nice spacious en-suite. Even a table and chairs in the courtyard to enjoy the local pastries.||Would definitely recommend and return.

We stayed last August with a group of friends and we knew them that if we came back to|Paris we would not stay anywhere else. This beautiful little Hotel is in the perfect location in a quiet Street close to gorgeous restaurants and bars. The staff are all truly lovely and do their upmost to make their guests have a great stay in this wonderful City. We loved the honesty bar and met like minded travellers from all around the world in there. Spotlessly clean and stylish. Also loved the Loccitane toileteries .

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect and the service is excellent.

L'accueil de cet établissement, très bien situé à Montmartre, est excellent. Tout le personnel est au petits soin. Mention spéciale pour les petits déjeuners variés et complets avec une sélection des meilleurs commerces de bouche du quartier. Je reviendrais!

Super accueil personnalisé belle deco et hyper bien situé à Montmartre. Nous avons passé 2 nuits comme à la maison.|La vie du quartier est très agréable, petites boutiques, bon restaurants avec une boulangerie qui fait de très bons petits déjeuners.

Kleines Bad aber nettes kleines Zimmer. Sehr netter Service, gutes WLAN. Wir würden auch wieder buchen.

Zimmer sind klein (typisch Großstadt) aber sehr schön, Bett ist leider auch nur typisch französisch 140cm Breit. Steht aber Alles sauber in der Beschreibung bei der Buchung. Zimmer sind sehr sauber, Bad war im Verhältnis zum Zimmer groß. Wir hatten das Glück im Erdgeschoss untergebracht zu werden mit einem kleinen Tisch und 2 Stühlen in einem Hinterhof (Zimmer 6).
Sehr netter Service. Internet (WLAN) Geschwindigkeit super.
Viertel ist Klasse, mit vielen Essen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe. Metro ca. 350 Meter.
Spa, Fitness und Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir würden das Hotel in Paris Montmartre wieder buchen.

This hotel was an absolute gem in the heart of Montmartre! From the warm welcome to the chic Parisian decor, it really made my stay quite memorable. Staff was fantastic, beds/rooms were comfy and quiet, and location is superb, easy to hit the Blanche metropolitan stop right by Moulin Rouge. If you are looking for something quaint yet in the hustle and bustle of Montmartre, you have to check this place out :) Thank you for making my first time in Paris amazing!

We had a great 10 night stay here and absolutely would return. The staff was so kind and made us feel at home. The honesty bar in the afternoon/evening was very nice. I especially enjoyed the water pitcher in the room that could be refilled with still or sparkling water. It was always nice to come back after a long day walking and sightseeing and have a carafe of water waiting in our room. We received a sweet gift of a candle (now our home can smell as wonderful as this hotel!) and a beret when we reached a full week stay and received a few extra parting gifts on our way out. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!

The most amazing stay. The hotel is perfectly located, the room is a great size, beautiful toiletries and immaculately clean, but the main plus is how friendly and accommodating the staff are. So helpful and cheery. Thank you for making our stay so special.
