Hôtel très bruyant (beaucoup de bruits venant des couloirs).
Emplacement dans un quartier où il est inquiétant de circuler à pieds.
Petit déjeuner très léger, pas de jus d'orange, pas de pains au chocolat, une seule charcuterie...

The worst experience - Outer Mongolia would be a better option !!! Staff couldn't care less and Booking.com agreed to refund and then the hotel blocked it. I took loads of photos but you can't post them on here !!

It's a typical 2 star hotel with makeshift WC en badkamer. The basin is in the room. The room can accommodate 2 people and not more than that. Location is too good to be true as the nearest bus stop is at walking distance for bus no. 95 and 60.
I was not expecting room cleaning and towel change everyday but that happened, and came as a surprise.

Salle petit déjeuner avec fuite d'eau, hôtesse d'accueil faisant beaucoup de bruit avec les chaises de bon matin au petit déjeuner, ascenseur pas propre.

I really wish we could say we had a good stay but it was awful.

Good: Service was ok mainly. We didn’t come across any rude staff or anything. Decent transport connections in the area.

Cons: The hotel is quite rundown. Rooms did not have enough lighting. Very few sockets which made it very difficult for us to charge our devices and use electronics. Toilet was smelly and had no lid. The sink was all the way to the other side of the room. No AC even if it was advertised with it. We asked reception about it and we got handed a fan to carry up to our room (not enough sockets in the first place, so that wasn’t easy either).No extension cords too.

There’s a lot of poverty in the surrounding area. A lot of homeless people. You may have to walk by a part of the street where there are people living out of their cars. The homeless never did anything to us while walking but we have experienced some catcalling while around the area. Doesn’t feel safe to walk at night. We were all girls, so we had the urge to jog/walk very fast to get to the hotel quickly or walk on the other side of the road.

We managed our expectations considering it’s a budget hotel, but even then, our expectations were not met. I have stayed in a lot of hostels where I have had a better experience. Also, this particular Ibis may not be the best idea if you are a woman traveling solo/ group of girls.

De kamers waren schoon, en het ontbijt matig. Maar dat is te verwachten met die prijs. Maar de buurt is echt verschrikkelijk. Heel Parijs is achteruit gegaan de afgelopen jaren, maar deze straat/ buurt is echt het diepst waar we in europa naar toe kunnen afzinken. Hoe kan Frankrijk dit laten gebeuren????

Ich kann mich der ausführlichen Beschreibung von Robert Denner nur anschließen. Gebe aber wegen dem Standort einen Stern weniger. Wir hatten zwei Übernachtungen, am ersten Tag war es sehr warm, 32 Grad. Da roch es im Aussenbereich des Hotels extrem nach Urin und man konnte noch nicht einmal ein Fenster öffnen um zu lüften. Am 2 Tag bei 19 Grad ging es einigermaßen. Zum Punkto Sicherheit hatten wir im Aussenbereich erst ein mulmiges Gefühl was aber nicht berechtigt war. Und es ist nicht nur ein Flohmarkt. Einige Leute leben da auf der Strasse

Hôtel bien entretenu, calme. Nous étions à l arrière, nous avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte sans etre incommodés par le bruit, mes beau-frère et belle-soeur qui etaient côté périphérique n ont pas entendu la circulation avec la fenêtre fermee. Les chambres sont propres. Le petit déjeuner est basique mais avec des produits frais . Malgré la rue qui n est pas très attrayante, nous n avons eu aucun soucis à l extérieur même en rentrant tard le soir. Nous avions loué une place de parking au zen park qui est accolé à l hôtel ( bien pratique), le petit bemol venait de l ascenseur du parking qui était en panne aussi nous avons dû porter les valises sur 2 étages

As I have mentioned in the complaint, the three nights of our stay made this trip the worst I've ever had. Not only didn't we get any sleep because of the uncivilised behaviour of the people during the sleeping hours from them screaming like vandals around, but also them trashing the doors every 2 seconds and I'm not even exaggerating as even the curtains would move. The reception wouldn't get our calls and only the day before our departure would the security man come to complain to the hooligans around (5 people in a room). This aside, the first impression of the room was that thre were no wardrobes nor any boxes to put the clothes. The shower was in another compartment separated from the toilet and the sink was in the main room... Not only this, but the walls of thes spaces were made from plastic, literally like a low cost airplane toilet... The first time we turned the hot water on, it took 10 minutes to flow. Then the rest of the stay, we'd ONLU get hot water. This is either black or white. On top of this, there was no AC and the weather was pretty hot so we had to melt at night. Now, talking about beds...the bed sheets were yellow, smelled strange and were turned around in any possible way. The towels were creased and had hairs on them. Were they even changed? Not quite sure as just when we arrived, the cleaning lady called on the door asking in French to come and see the room. I didn't quite get what she said and then spoke to her colleague, after which she quit the conversation... okay... Finally (or maybe not), the wall of the room had a mysterious door to the neighbour's room, which thank god was closed but had also been forced.

Regarding the neighbourhood...this is a complete ghetto and we didn't feel secure at any point of our stay.

The receptionist who did our check in was extremely rude, ...who hurt him? Just the security man and the receptionist who managed my complaint the last day of our stay empathised with this situation and apologised for the inconveniences. The first receptionist wouldn't even try to ask what was going on or try to change our room.

So, the summary of our stay is that we ended up being stressed and sleep deprived after 3 days.

L’hôtel se trouve dans un endroit sale et peu rassurant. Le parking est payant : 23€ les 24 heures. Si seulement il était propre ! Une odeur nauséabonde d’urine et d’égout embaume les lieux. L’hôtel en lui même est passable. Le personnel fait le job mais est peu accueillant. La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle mais très mal insonorisée. Au sein de la chambre les portes grincent très fort, pas pratique pour les pipis nocturne.
Ne surtout pas prendre l’option petit déjeuné ! Les couverts sont sales, mal lavés, les plateaux sont gras, les tasses laissent un arrière goût. Le choix en nourriture est pauvre et peu savoureux. Les boissons chaudes sont de mauvaises qualités.
La prochaine fois je prendrai un hôtel un peu plus cher car le rapport qualité prix n’est pas au rendez-vous !

J'ai bien dormi la chambre était propre mais le personnel désobligeant et le déjeuner il m'ont servit une salade de fruit périmé

Çok iyi diyemem ama çok ta kötü de diyemem. Odalar biraz kucuk ama idare eder.personel gayet iyiydi.temiz ama cok yeni bir otel degil. Geçiş guzergahi icin kullanilabilir biz eyfele gitmek icin kaldik.ertesi gun eyfele gittik.aracimizi otoparka biraktik.Ama kahvaltisi şahane herseyiyle mevcut yeterli lezzetli ve guzeldi.

Habitación para 3pax y la cama litera no está hecha, unonse la ha de hacer desde que llega y nunca te hacen esa cama de arriba. Muy ruidoso, barrio que subiendo dos calles parece ya zona decente pero a la puerta del hotel, mercado en el suelo de venta ambulante de gente con poca sensación de confianza. A la madrugada unos huéspedes no les funcionaba la puerta, el de mantenimiento dando golpes como loco para comprobar si iba o no la contraseña. Pedimos un ventilador, hacía calor, y de fianza me pidieron 50eur! Lo devolví antes de usarlo no fuera que tuviera que "comerme" el desperfecto que tuviera por ventilador de chino que no llega ni a 15eur. Basura alrededor de la calle, entonces corrían ratas, todo esto a una calle del hotel... nada recomendable almenos el de esta zona.

Buena ubicación y de fácil acceso en transporte público, me moví en bus y en metro y todo funcionó bastante bien con la ubicación. La habitación tiene una distribución extraña de inodoro-ducha-lavamanos y es bastante pequeña, sin embargo, cumple su función en unas vacaciones que contemplan poco tiempo en el hotel. La atención en recepción fue bastante indiferente, nos dieron información a medias y había que sacarle las palabras de la boca, fue lo único desagradable del hotel.

Solo deberían mejorar la recepción un poco más cordial. Todo bien nada amables

Habitaciones limpias, pequeñas, sin lugar de guardado.
La cama litera nunca la armaron, debes hacértela vos mismo.
El servicio de conserjería malo.
La distancia al centro es lejos.
El barrio lleno de homeless y ratas

No volveria a reservar aqui, la zona es bastante fea, tiene un mercado durante el dia que no tiene buen aspecto y homeless muy cerca del espacio, no tengo idea si son inofensivos o no pero no es una experiencia que me traiga seguridad. Ademas es lejos del centro y hay que caminar varios minutos hacia la estacion de metro mas cercana

Вполне нормальный отель для ночлега. Минус, то что негде взять горячей воды! Нет чайника ни в номере, ни на ресепшене - предложили холодную воду в микроволновке греть ????????‍♀️

Propre et securitaire, ce qu'on attend d'un ibis budget

Had two rooms. Room on the side of the highway was very stuffy/hot without the window open, and unbearably noisy with it open. Room on the other side also needed window open, but noise level was OK with earplugs. Curtain was set up so you couldn't have the window open and the curtain closed. Overall the hotel could use air conditioning but at the very least needs fans. And this was when it was 18C outside in May. Had an adjoining room with people we didn't know, and they were very noisy: the adjoining doors hardly blocked sound at all. The location is quite good for adults, a bit far from metro stations with kids, but it is right next to an camp site or something for homeless Africans, so women and kids might not feel safe alone. Overall it was fine for the cheap price but expect it would be intolerable in the summer.

Parfaite localisation über à proximité et pas cher toujours disponible quasi instantanément. Beaucoup de restauration en périphérie. Dans le hall d'entrée self avec produit snack assez varié ou commande de uber via une borne.

Si tu presupuesto el limitado, es un buen hostal (no diría hotel) para hospedarse.
-Habitaciones: bien (limpieza cada día)
-Baños: mas o menos (en mi planta olían algo mal pero pasable)
-Desayuno: simple, pero te ahora el gastar fuera mucho mas.
-Ubicación: esta en el limite de las afueras, puedes ver campas de vagabundos a la pasada, pero no sentí ningún peligro al pasar.
No te asustes por la ubicación esta bien, cerca de parada de bus y linea 13 de metro.

Chambre petite mais convenable et métro plus ou moins à 15 min à pied. Alentour très bruyant.
