At first glance, the owner of this accommodation gives the impression of a polite and welcoming person who strives to create comfortable conditions for guests. However, over time, it becomes obvious that something unpleasant is hidden behind the external politeness...||The accommodation itself deserves 3.5 out of 5 - the conditions are average, without frills, but quite acceptable. However, interaction with the owner leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. There is an extreme interest in material gain, promises and reality often diverge. Alexis reacts to comments with irritation, which he tries unsuccessfully to hide.||Especially noticeable is the increased susceptibility to criticism - any disagreement with his position causes a sharp reaction in Alexis. Behind the outward politeness one senses a cold indifference.|As a result, the impression of staying here was spoiled. It would seem that the conditions are comfortable, but it is precisely because of the peculiarities of communication with the owner that the place does not deserve a rating higher than 1 point. If you care not only about the quality of accommodation, but also the atmosphere of interaction, it is better to consider other options.

Stayed with my family for a few days at Paris-Oasis. Overall, the repair and quality of household appliances can be rated at a solid 3.5 points. The apartments generally correspond to the description, but it is clear that they are not very carefully looked after: here and there are minor breakdowns, household appliances work, but not always perfectly. It is quite possible that with more attention to detail and the proper level of service, the place could be rated at a solid 4 points. In the case of Alexis, even 0 points is too high a rating.

It was these memories that prompted me to choose this guest house again without hesitation.||However, the reality left me deeply disappointed. Over the years, everything has changed beyond recognition. The former warmth has disappeared, replaced by cold formality. Paris-Oasis has lost its liveliness and charm, turning into a place devoid of sincerity and warmth. The new manager, Alexis, brought an unpleasant artificiality - the friendliness seemed forced, and the hospitality became superficial and businesslike. The homely atmosphere that was so attractive in the past has disappeared without a trace.||Instead of coziness and peace, I encountered a number of problems that spoiled my stay:||Excessive attention from Alexis. He would often come to my room under various pretexts, even if it was not necessary. Any question I asked on WhatsApp would become a reason for him to visit. It became so inconvenient that I avoided asking for help so as not to attract his attention. I came to relax alone, but instead of privacy, I was faced with constant intrusion that made me feel uncomfortable.||Poor level of cleaning. Dirt and dust were everywhere where it was not particularly noticeable. It gave the impression that some places had not been cleaned for months or even years.||Paris-Oasis has lost the soul that I once loved. It is now a place where formality and commercialism come first, rather than customer care. It is a shame to see how a once warm and unique place turns into such a disappointment.

Following this, the director's attitude shifted dramatically. His behavior became marked by hostility, condescension, and a clear lack of respect toward us, which was extremely disappointing and unacceptable for someone in the hospitality industry.
The most distressing aspect came after our departure when Alexis took actions that now force us to involve law enforcement to protect our rights and interests. This raises serious concerns not only about the director’s professionalism but also about the overall safety of the hotel’s guests.

После публикации обоснованного отрицательного отзыва на сайте бронирования я получил от Алексиса, владельца Paris-Oasis, крайне неприятное сообщение в WhatsApp. Его содержание было недопустимым и совершенно неуместным.|||2. При выезде Алексис сделал мне, на мой взгляд, оскорбительное и циничное предложение в обмен на положительный отзыв и высокую оценку. Подобное поведение отмечали и другие гости в своих отзывах. Такое впечатление, что он пытается скрыть правду и не хочет, чтобы потенциальные клиенты имели реалистичное представление о его апартаментах.|||3. Алексис, владелец и менеджер Paris-Oasis, может обмануть своих гостей, как это произошло в моем случае. Я заранее предупредил его о своей аллергии на пыль (включая пылевых клещей и частицы пыли) и попросил тщательно убрать номер, особенно под кроватями и в труднодоступных местах. Алексис заверил, что апартаменты будут идеально чистыми.|У него было достаточно времени для уборки, так как я заселился только после 23:00, дав минимум 8 часов на подготовку номера. Однако уборка оказалась поверхностной. Пыль и грязь оставались везде, где это не бросалось в глаза: под кроватью, на кухонной мебели, на рамках картин, лампах и плинтусах. Некоторые поверхности выглядели так, будто их не чистили годами.|Такое пренебрежение к моей просьбе, особенно учитывая мою инвалидность, привело к резкому ухудшению моего состояния. В итоге я потерял полтора дня отпуска: пятничный вечер пришлось провести в номере, а весь субботний день – в аэропорту, ожидая позднего вылета, вместо того чтобы наслаждаться последними днями осеннего Парижа.|||4. В целом апартаменты выглядят довольно изношенными. Изголовья кроватей поцарапаны и облезли. Подушки – перьевые, и я сомневаюсь, что их когда-либо стирают. Наволочки на подушках оказались порванными, а сами подушки слишком мягкими для комфортного сна.

После публикации моего негативного отзыва на Booking.com, о моем опыте пребывания в Paris-Oasis, Алексис в этот же день написал мне сообщение в WatsApp.

Это было крайне агрессивное сообщение с использованием отвратительной обсценной лексики, гадких унижений, грубых оскорблений в мой адрес, попытками оклеветать, дискредитировать меня и разного рода грязными сравнениями и негативными пожеланиями.

Если убрать всю "грязь", то некоторые "приличные" термины я не могу озвучить, потому что такие отзывы не пропускают ни автоматические системы, ни модераторы, поскольку Алексис перешёл в плоскость социально-политического контекста и основ жизни.
Отсылки лексических оборотов Алексиса, например, можно найти в законе Годвина.
Или к примеру одно его пожелание касалось перехода из жизни физической "мирской" в иной мир, который я должен был осуществить собственноручно (для этого перехода существует специальный термин). Он даже указал способ с помощью которого я должен совершить такой переход.

Если подытожить - все сообщение Алексиса было пропитано ненавистью, агрессией, жестокостью и цинизмом, которые он ярко выражал в своих низких личностных нападках, отвратительных оскорблениях, клевете и дискредитации.
От былой напускной доброжелательности и вежливости, с которыми он пытался обращаться ко мне на этапе моего пребывания в Paris-Oasis, не осталось ни следа.

Алексис проявил свое истинное отношение к клиентам - циничное и исключительно меркантильное. Отношение, которое не терпит возражений, конструктивных замечаний или оправданного недовольства.

Endroit incroyable à visiter je vous le recommande vivement !

1.При выезде, перед тем как попрощаться он предлагает низкосортную и циничную сделку, с целью получить оценку в 10 баллов (об этом также пишут другие люди в отзывах).
Алексис не хочет, чтобы люди знали правду и получили реалистичное представление о его аппартаментах.

2. Алексис (менеджер и хозяин Paris-Oasis) может обмануть вас, как он это сделал со мной.
Я предупредил Алексиса о том, что у меня есть аллергия на пыль (пылевых клещей и частицы пыли) и попросил тщательно провести уборку номера, особенно под кроватями и в "трудно доступных местах". Алексис пообещал, что номер будет иделаьно чистым.
У Алексиса было достаточно времени для уборки. Я приехал в номер лишь после 11 00 вечера. Т.е. всего у Алексиса было минимум 8 часов для того, чтобы привести номер в порядок.
Но в результате я нашёл под кроватью пыль, а некоторые поверхности вероятно не протирались годами, настолько чёрным там был налёт пыли.
В результате у меня обострилась аллергия со всеми вытекающими последствиями для здоровья и качества отдыха.

3. В целом номер достаточно "изношенный". Быльца кроватей поцарапанные и облезлые. Подушки перьевые (я не знаю стирает ли он их иногда или нет), чехлы в которые они одеты - порванные. Сами подушки очень мягкие.

4. Я должен был заплатить городской сбор и передал Алексису большую сумму (меньше купюры не было).
Алексис не вернул мне сдачу.

5. Алексис точно заходит в отсутствии клиентов в номер, без весских причин (уборка, поменять белье или полотенца и т.д.) и неизвестно что он при этом делает в номере. Видимо у него есть какие-то свои мотивы. Я не знаю происходило ли это каждый день, но за время моего пребывания один раз он точно заходил во время моего отсутствия.

Ein wunderbarer Ort, mitten in Paris Montmartre. Alexis ist ein ständig hilfsbereiter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der einen jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wenn nochmal Paris angesteuert wird, dann jederzeit wieder dort.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile al Paris Oasis, un vero rifugio nel cuore di Montmartre. La posizione è perfetta: vicina a tutto, ma con la sensazione di essere lontani dal caos della città, immersi in un’oasi di tranquillità. Il cottage, situato in un giardino incantevole, è un angolo di paradiso inaspettato in una città come Parigi. Confortevole, curato nei minimi dettagli, è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazione.

Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Alexis, l’host, sempre attento e premuroso, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza dei suoi ospiti. La sua ospitalità ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Se cercate un luogo magico dove sentirvi a casa pur essendo in una delle città più belle del mondo, Paris Oasis è la scelta perfetta!

Avec un hôte adorable..

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans appartement très bien équipé, à la propreté irréprochable, en cœur d’îlot au calme.
Merci à Alexis de nous avoir ouvert son Oasis avec passion et gentillesse, il nous a fait bénéficier gracieusement d’un départ tardif qui nous a permis de bien profiter de la capitale.
