Die Zimmer sind wirklich Oberklasse aber der Standort hat überhaupt nicht meinen Geschmack getroffen. Leider muss man immer durch soziale Brennpunkte durch um von der Metro zum Hostel zu kommen. Da fühlt man sich nachtd echt nicht gut dabei.

Bien ça était pour moi de dormir dans la chambre n°222 à auberge jeunesse Yves Robert à Paris dans le 18ème arrondissement pour aller on a pris le métro ligne 12 jusqu'à Marx Dormoy.

Je vous déconseille de dormir là-bas car les lits sont sales on plus l' Oreiller avec une grande tâche jeûne et ça sent mauvais, personne ne répond à vos questions ,premier contact avec la responsable de l'accueil pas gentille, on dis bonjour le mec a côté je pense que l'agent de sécurité a manqué de nous on se sent choquer rien rien de rien on a été mal traité comme si on est pas des humains même le petit déjeuner on n'a pas bien mangé car on vous demande de prendre une seule fruits pas plus, dormir mal manger mal c'est mal on a même quitté sans dormir là-bas car c'est contre le confort humain et le respect ,mauvaise expérience.
Je gratte mon corps à cause de lit même mes amis je ne sais pas si il y a un responsable qui va nos écouter pour changer la situation.

Je suis très déçu de cette endroit nous nous sentons pas en sécurité du tout pas d'accès pour le bus. Les chambres on pourrait se croire en prison. Les douches nous allons pas en parler de la catastrophe. Le service est peu agréable. Le déjeuner pas mauvais c'était cool un peu de positif. Les douches restent le plus gros soucis sans oublier le repas du soir j'espère que vous avez pas trop faim ou que vous pensez arriver dans quelque chose de chic. Bref

Clean room, very accomodating desk staff and no hassle during check in until our check out,breakfast was good, too! Located at a very quiet neighborhood, near La Chapelle Train Station (M6 & M2). I would recommend this hostel to my friends and family.

Les chambres sont propres mais le confort est très spartiate, il y a une cabine de douche , mais rien pour poser ses affaires de toilettes ou ses vêtements. Pas de savon non plus...
Les toilettes sont dans le couloir, il y a en plusieurs et c'est assez propre.
L'accueil est agréable , en revanche le petit déjeuner n'est servi qu'à partir de 7h , ce qui peut être embêtant quand on part tôt, aucune compensation n'est prévue quand on part sans prendre le petit déjeuner.
Enfin, le quartier est carrément mal fréquenté, si vous voulez sortir le soir, vous rentrez la peur au ventre.
Dernier détail, la voie ferrée passe juste derrière.

Tout s’est très bien passé. L’auberge est propre : chambre et sanitaires. Les personnels sont aimables et serviables.
Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et complet.
Je voyageais seule et me suis sentie en sécurité. Prévoir sa serviette de toilette et son cadenas pour l’armoire.
Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande.

This review is broken down to make your stay a little less confusing lol

Checkin - When you checkin your private room won’t be active until 3pm. (unless you are in a shared hostel room) and you can leave you luggage in a storage room that’s monitored by a camera.

Breakfast - You have a limited amount of food in which you can grab listed on a piece of paper in the downstairs restaurant. Although it’s free, it’s not a buffet. I do feel that the portions in which you are allowed to take can be rather filling though.

Kitchen - You must ask reception for a keycard that unlocks the kitchen. The cards that you are provided with for your room will not unlock the kitchen. Once you are finished using the kitchen keycard be sure to return it. There is also a fridge that you can keep your food in but I personally wouldn’t recommend it (it stunk inside)

Service/Reception - Most spoke both french and english. Some better than others but overall the reception does speak both. The taller girl was very sweet and helpful when we had an issue with our room as well.

Rooms - Our private room was small but nice. The family size private room comes with a full size mattress and bunk beds. Much more spacious and nicer with better heating and a fan. Also to turn on the main switch for the entire room you must plug in your keycard in a card slot next to the door (looks like an upside down credit card reader) to activate the electricity to the room for your lights to work. They also have a quiet zone on floors 1 - 2 where rooms are located. This is so that people are loud in the hallways or partying in their rooms which makes this place very quiet and excellently sound proofed.

Location - This spot is great if you want to be close to Gare Du Nord station. This made it easy for us to checkout and walk to the train station to head up to the airport. A lot of people mention this place is sketchy but in my opinion it just seems like the area is a bit more run down. We still seen school field trips, parents teaching their kids how to ride bikes, groups of older people dancing in front of the building (dancing in a way that’s good for your health) and truly nothing that concerned us. I would say if you are a single female staying here then maybe consider taking the taxis when leaving or finding another place that makes you feel safer.

Showers/water - The shower design is a bit odd to us because you have to press a button to temporarily run the shower till it stops then do it again. Makes the shower a bit tedious but i think this place is all about conserving energy and reducing costs in efficient ways and it’s a brilliant idea but weird to get used too lol. The sinks act in a similar way too.

Checkout - Sheets, Blanket, and pillow cases go in marked hampers in hallways when leaving to drop off kay cards to reception.

My Final Thoughts - Would I stay here again? Yes, if i was looking for a private room i totally would. The price is very good and so is the location (in my opinion lol) As far as looks the green floor is just too much lmao. But aside from green floor, the fresh wood look and the building itself is gorgeous. With great and friendly staff this place is definitely a place i’d revisit again and would recommend.

Fr :J'ai été extrêmement déçu par cet hébergement à Paris. La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer, avec des taches sur les draps et des cheveux dans la salle de bain à mon arrivée. De plus, le bruit provenant de la rue était insupportable, rendant difficile toute tentative de sommeil paisible. Le personnel semblait peu concerné par nos préoccupations et n'a pas fait grand-chose pour améliorer notre séjour. Je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit à quiconque recherche un séjour agréable à Paris.

Eng: I was extremely disappointed with this accommodation in Paris. The cleanliness was severely lacking, with stains on the sheets and hair in the bathroom upon my arrival. Additionally, the noise from the street was unbearable, making it difficult to get any decent sleep. The staff seemed unconcerned with our concerns and didn't do much to improve our stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Paris.

Spn: Quedé extremadamente decepcionado con este alojamiento en París. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, con manchas en las sábanas y cabellos en el baño cuando llegué. Además, el ruido de la calle era insoportable, dificultando cualquier intento de dormir tranquilamente. El personal parecía poco preocupado por nuestras inquietudes y no hizo mucho para mejorar nuestra estancia. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie que busque una estancia agradable en París."

The staff was friendly, but the room was quite small and the furnishings were too spartan (the bed was very small and hard, and the pillows were akin to rocks). The window could only be opened a little. Breakfast and dinner were sufficient but could be improved. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there were compromises in terms of comfort and dining.

Es un lugar ideal para pasar unos días en París con tu familia. El desayuno excelente. Bien comunicado con dos paradas de metro a 4 minutos.

J'ai pris une douche et j'ai dormi. Des fois je prends pas de douche. Mais après je suis sale donc je prends une douche. Des fois je dors. Souvent. Voilà. Ça va vous ?

Un hostel normal y corriente, evidentemente no tiene ni los servicios ni las comodidades extra que pagas en un hotel. Las habitaciones bien, duchas tanto en la habitación como en el pasillo, el desayuno que viene incluido (raro en hostels) muy bien también

Auberge de jeunesse bien situé à 15min à pieds de la gare du nord. L'auberge date de 2013 elle est propre avec un bar sympa. Le petit déjeuner est bien, classique, malheureusement rien de salé. L'endroit est idéal pour un séjour sur Paris.
