Hello,

I would like to formally complain about several situations that happened during the night shift yesterday and today.

Yesterday afternoon when I first contacted the hotel by phone to check availability for the current bookings I was very clear that the guests staying were not responsible for any sort of payments, therefore I've asked for payments links and put my card on hold.

But since the first check in yesterday night of guest **** he was asked several times about payment of his reservation, which the first night was paid. Today as he was going back to his room night shift at reception, again, asked for his payment, which is already fully paid. Also asked for payment of the second booking of **** and *****.

When I called to understand the situation the same night shift reception not only was extremely rude to me and the guest he also said he couldn't check if it was payed and when I asked if this could be resolved in the morning, since he also couldn't understand what as the issue, he started to scream at me on the phone and hang up without notice. And still made the guests pay a deposit.

This type of behaviour is unacceptable from any kind of hotel, especially one that has such high reviews. Besides expecting apologies for my guests and myself, I expect the money they paid to be returned.

I'm very disappointed this was the experience they initiated their stay at the hotel and fully hope it won't happen again.

The location is perfect, it’s a few steps away from a metro station and also a few meters from the arc of triomphe. The staff is wonderful, they were super welcoming and helpful, they were an absolute dream. The rooms are not the biggest, but they fit the three of us perfectly, the bathroom is a good size and very comfortable. I would 100% stay here again.

파리 방문에 있어 가장 잘못된 선택 이었습니다.
개선문 옆에있어 교통조건이 편리한것 이외에는 장점이 없습니다.
시설은 낡고, 방은 좁고... 화장실 비데도 없고..
다시 안갈것입니다...ㅠㅜ

We have had the most enjoyable stay at the Hotel Belfast Paris. The Hotel staff went out of their way to accomodate us from when we arrived until we departed. Emails were answered within a couple of hours to all our queries. The Hotel is In a perfect location with a metro station right outside the door. The Arch de Triomphe is next to the hotel - The Eiffel Tower is in walking distance and the Champs- Élysées is a very short walk. We booked a Superior room and as a bonus at no extra cost were given a superior room with a Balcony. The room & bathroom were in excellent condition and serviced daily. The Hotel organised our pick up and drop off back to the Airport. As our departing flight was leaving in the evening we were given the hotel room until 6pm at no extra charge. We can highly recommend this Hotel and for value of money. We cannot fault the Hotel and give it a 5star rating.|Paul & Mandy - Sydney - Australia.

Great location! Metro station is right outside the door, 2 min walk from the Arc and 5 min walk from Champa Elysees.

The rooms and hallways are very small, but it is a an antique hotel so thats expected. The rooms are a bit tight but very clean and well kept.

And the service was great, very helpful.

The hotel is very old and the room is so tight for a standard room, also the corridors so tight.
I would recommend this hotel for good location and everything is near by, but definitely would not stay here again.
The beds are very small even if you want a king size.
The pictures in the website and google map is a trap.

To be honest, the staff are welcoming and ready to help any time. Excellent hospitality ❤️

Charme surrané des vieux bâtiments et proche de l'Arc de Triomphe. Les étoiles s'arrêtent là. L'accueil proche de l'amateurisme, dans la chambre le minimum pour un 4 étoiles (juste un oreiller par personne par exemple et pas possibilité de régler le chauffage), pas d'aération dans les toilettes (ou en panne). Mais le summum fur quand même le petit déjeuner qui, avec un descriptif alléchant, m'avait fait choisir cet hôtel parmi tant d'autres. A notre arrivée dans la salle du petit déjeuner, pas de place (9h). On nous reçoit sans bonjour "asseyez-vous là, je vais débarrasser ", on dresse à l'arrache la table (on n'aura pas de serviettes) et on nous avertit qu'il faudra attendre 5min avant d'avoir du pain. Bref, on passe au buffet qui n'a rien d'extraordinaire. Pendant qu'on mangeait, le réceptionniste est venu prendre son poste et à noué sa cravate juste derrière nous. Mais le top fût quand même le moment où une dame du personnel a traversé la salle avec les poubelles...Alors 4 étoiles, on en parle ?

Lovely boutique hotel next to the arc de triomphe. It feels like a culturally immersive experience walking into the lobby and enjoying the beautiful architecture and wainscoting. The room I had was really pretty and the bathroom had a deep soaking tub. Excellent location near the Champs Elysees and metro as well as the RER. 20-30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The front desk staff were all wonderful and friendly, providing recommendations and detailed directions. They truly went above and beyond. Plenty of great bistros nearby. The hotel was very accommodating to our requests. I would love to stay here again on a future visit to Paris.

Amazing location, helpful stuff, great accommodations.|If you are going to Paris, I really recommended this Hotel.|The Room is not so big but there is a Very nice balcony and a really nice bath.| We didn't try breakfast.|I forgot the name of the person that gave us instructions, but he was super nice and helpful.

Charming hotel in great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very clean; I have stayed at luxury hotel in Paris but this was much cleaner and seems newly renovated. Good breakfast and nice bed. I will definitly come back!

Emplacement impeccable. Très bien situé et très calme. Le parking sous terrain est à 50m , ce qui est très agréable .
Cependant , en ce qui concerne le personnel … L’agent d’accueil est très sympathique , par contre j’ai été choquée par le comportement de l’une des femmes de chambre à notre arrivée .. à croire que l’on dérangeait .
De plus , j’ai simplement demandé deux cafés à 8h , cette même dame a tambouriné à notre porte deux fois à 5 sec d’intervalle car je n’allais pas assez vite .. pas un bonjour et aussi agréable qu’une porte de prison , chouette réveil :) bien dommage …
Je conseille cet hôtel pour une nuit ( seul , ou couple) mais attention peu d’intimité dans les chambres .

我去年10月預訂凱旋門景觀房，飯店有充分時間告知我：隔壁棟在維修遮蔽了景觀，或是在我入住時就要告知我房間看不到景觀，我可以當下決定是否要不要接受，但完全沒有（收了景觀房費用卻看不到景觀）入住時給我二樓房間等我入房後又告知我，廁所需要維修要讓他們修10分鐘（我們只有兩個女生，怎麼可能讓他進來維修）我們不願意又讓我們換房間到五樓，他們飯店電梯小到只能兩個人搭，我們自己上上下下3-4趟，整個過程讓人很不舒服，飯店沒有一句道歉。這個飯店主管態度高傲，還謊稱有mail告知，明顯詐騙客人；Trip平台很願意幫忙有幫我申訴，也願意負責任，希望平台能夠更用心幫我們摘選優良的飯店，像這樣的飯店請大家多多考慮

住到跟事實不符合的飯店，飯店不應該賣這房間，讓客人旅程心情非常不好，我不需要飯店的道歉，因為道歉也無法彌補我搭飛機12小時來巴黎，為了住在可以看到凱旋門景觀的心情

這樣的飯店服務態度，只能配上一顆星
推薦大家最近都不要入住這家酒店直到他們遮蔽物拆除

Really enjoyed staying here. Reception is super nice & allow me for early checkin. Metro is few steps away & a lot of good restaurants at surrounding area. 1 less star because I stayed during the next door’s renovation & blocked the view from Arc de Triomphe. Definitely will come back (after the renovation is done).

旁邊在維修，也許這並不是酒店問題，但真的太失望了！今天是12.31日！我期待一年的煙火景觀是沒有了

很可惜我沒有得到聯絡通知凱旋門會被遮擋，但酒店回覆如下，我預訂時曾經查詢可否看到凱旋門並得到肯定，最後結果是完全遮擋，除非酒店有通知紀錄證明聯絡我而不被查看，否則我不接受，這是欺騙

We are disappointed that there is instruction next to the hotel, the view of the Arc de Triomphe is totally blocked. Also, strong smell of **** in the hotel room from our next door during our stay. However, the reception was helpful enough to help us arranging airport shuttle during peak times.

I stayed at the Belfast Hotel to count down the New Year and loved it. The Arc de Triomphe is right in front of us and the subway station is right next to the hotel, making it perfect for sightseeing in Paris. The room has an antique atmosphere that fits well with the Parisian vibe and was well maintained. Above all, the staff are friendly. I would love to visit again.

Sempre és agradable tornar a llocs tant emblemàtics i entranyables. Aquí, fa 100 anys van estar els deixebles de Gurdjieff quan estava a Rue des colonels Renard, molt a la vora del Belfast. La decoració restaurada, és la mateixa de l'època.
