Toujours pénible d'avoir une panne, mais avec l'équipe des Cyclistes Branchés, elle est prise en charge (octobre 2022).
Encore une panne... normal, je suis un gros utilisateur... et par tous les temps... Le chemin de croix pour trouver la panne et les pièces détachées ? c'est Cyril qui s'y colle et moi qui roule (février 2024).
Le SAV et l'entretien-réparation, c'est l'essentiel de votre achat.

Indeed you do not sell racing bikes, but you made me wait with my racing bike in your shop and when your assistant kindly came to me for help, you just refused to come talk to me, and you did not explain to me the reasons for refusing fixing my bike. I had to leave your store without any explanations on the reasons of your refusal. And you clearly showed that I was not welcome in your store.
The only positive note of this experience was your assistant, who advised me to go on you tube to fix my bike myself.
I will go to another store to have my bike fixed, that is OK.
That is a pity. I live right next to your store and could have considered coming back to purchase an e bike.
Customer service is key.

Hello Sir and thank you for your message. We're sorry but it has nothing to do with the weather. You came this Saturday morning with a beautiful racing bike indicating noises on your bike when pedaling. Racing cycling is not absolutely our field of action; as you can see, we specialize in urban electric bikes. We only work in this context and on the bikes sold to our customers, which allows us to have a certain technical mastery.
Penalizing us with a 1-star review for this is a bit harsh, isn't it?
