Magnifique hôtel très bien situé près des Champs Elysées. La suite est belle et spacieuse. Les cocktails et le service au bar sont excellents. Le restaurant est très bon.|Pour 3 nuits dans une suite à l'occasion de notre mariage, nous aurions cependant apprécié une petite attention particulière.

O hotel é muito charmoso, perfil clássico. No entanto o hotel está "cansado". Entendo que a propriedade está em reformas, e isso é muito necessário. O valor infelizmente não condiz com o produto entregue (pré-reforma quando fiquei), e vários detalhes apontam para melhorias importantes a serem feitas para poder se classificar como um verdadeiro hotel 5 estrelas. Posso dizer que o café da manhã é um espetáculo, e o atendimento de forma geral é bom. A localização perto do Arco do Triunfo é ótima. Espero poder visitar novamente para ter uma nova impressão. As fotos que envio são do quarto em que fiquei.

O hotel é lindo, o quarto é lindo, surpreendentemente amplo e muito confortável.
O serviço também é excepcional. Todos os funcionários são muito cordiais.
O café da manhã foi um dos melhores que experimentamos pela Europa, farto, variado e com produtos de alta qualidade.
O ponto negativo foi o terraço fechado, que jogou nossa experiência bem pra baixo da expectativa que tínhamos de conseguir uma bela visão de Paris e também a ênfase desnecessária em impedir que fizéssemos fotos pelo hotel.
A diária é realmente cara, então é difícil avaliar se voltaremos.

Absolute perfection, from you moment you walk in to the moment you walk out! Hotel you start to miss right before you leave it’s doors! Charm, class, old school professionalism. Es un gran hotel con una ubicación maravillosa.
Destacar el servicio en general y en especial el de Jaime que nos atendió en el bar.

La única pega es que no nos avisaron de que el rooftop estaba cerrado antes de llegar pero aún así nos dejaron verlo sin experiencia gourmet.

I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Raphaël. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant, where both the food and ambiance were outstanding. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, and the atmosphere added to a truly memorable dining experience. I would highly recommend Hotel Raphaël to anyone looking for a refined and enjoyable stay.

Stayed on 30th September for a night. From the helpful staff to the beautiful decor, It is simply an amazing place to stay. Treat yourself to a truly Parisian experience. This is a wonderful memory as we return from our European holiday

Large rooms, cured in all details, a flavour of classic old Paris in a modern and running world. Breakfast is good, all facilities in the room work properly, very friendly personnell; it is an old fashion hotel, nothing to do with modernity and technology, it has a unique flavour.

I booked this room for one night after making a mistake with my travel dates to Paris and realizing I was short a hotel for my first night. This hotel was very pricy- over 450 Euros for one night for one of the simpler rooms- but I figured hey, it’s just one night and why not. Check in was fast and easy, our room was ready right away. I thought the room would be bigger, but nonetheless it was nice and I loved the windows on either side. Unfortunately we were so tired from our overnight flight and the time change that we slept most of our stay. We were not able to see the rooftop or the dining area. The lobby of the hotel was very nice and clean, and I loved the clear glass elevator. The best part was that the Arc de Triumph was right down the block. When we finally woke up it was closed, but we were still able to walk around it which was nice. The Eiffel Tower and YSL museum are also within walking distance. I would say this is in a prime location for many activities and the staff is friendly and courteous.

Do not book events through the concierge! They upsell events that are not worth the price and don’t have your best interest in mind. After booking us a terribly expensive meal with absolutely no vegetarian options, they were totally unapologetic.

The 5-star reviews are clearly fake. Others in the hotel were also having problems when we were just there. I am truly aghast at how poor the service was at the hotel. People were extremely nice. But, there were so many issues, it is hard to understand how they still claim to be a 5-star hotel. I am quite certain that it is from some long time ago.

Apparently, they are going to renovate the hotel soon. From what I can tell, they simply do not feel the need to make any effort to produce good service before that time. Yet, they have many major physical or service issues. It is sad really. Beautify, old property in a good location. However, it is certainly not worth all the issues. We had broken doors. The shower was broken where the water came into the handle. No maid service one day. Poor service on other days (even after tipping the attendant directly). So many more problems. It simply ruined the trip.

Finally, we asked to meet with the manager. Unfortunately, he did not have time for us, even though we were in one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel. So, we met with his assistant. We explained the problems throughout the stay. We gave pictures of the broken or non-working items. We explained that we told people each day, with the hope that hardware would be fixed, and quality of service would be corrected. But, it was a failure. She did recognize all the issues and was very apologetic, which was appreciated. But, after all of that, we were offered a 5% discount on the stay, which was just offensive. Moreover, nothing was corrected AFTER the conversation.

Clearly, they simply don’t care right now because of the pending renovation. They will get what they can, and deal with any fallout in a few years. If you are staying there before the end of 2024, then I would suggest changing hotels. Certainly, we could survive there, even with all the problems. But, at the prices they charge, why should we have to? We paid for services and a quality of hotel room that we did not get. I would say it is all broken there. Very, very sad.

A beautiful hotel in a great location. I booked a suite with my family, but I was shocked to find that the room was worn out and some of the furniture was broken. There were also issues with cleanliness.
The room service was very slow, and they didn’t even bring what I requested. Considering the price, I think there are better options available

So after visiting I think a lot of these reviews are fake. I have recently returned from our trip and although it was pleasant it is in no way representative of the true experience of the hotel. Firstly we tried to book an Eiffel Tower view room as it was my birthday, we were refused as we had a toddler with us which was fair enough, my husband tried to arrange a breakfast or birthday meal on the rooftop, they said no and to just come and use the rooftop when we were at the hotel (it’s the only reason we picked the hotel.) when we arrived on the Friday they said the rooftop was closed, it was a sunny pleasant day. On Saturday I asked and they said closed again and will not be opening for the rest of our stay, we explained we had emailed and the reason why we booked cos they ensured us we would be able to. We later read that the hotel rooftop has been closed for a while now, false advertising really. Anyway, the corridors are dark and eerie. The rooms, paint peeling off the walls, the mirrors stained and worn- there is a difference between old world Paris (we have stayed in many old beautiful hotels) and this hotel which is very worn. The appliances were old, cables crawling on the floor. The staff were however very friendly and professional and location was good.

Magnifique hôtel où l’accueil et le surclassement nous ont d’emblée séduits. Chambre très grande et propre. Malheureusement 2 nuits sur place et les 2 matins un bazar absolu dès 6h00 du matin pendant plus d’une heure, bruit majeur venant du dessous il semblait correspondant sans doute à notre proximité avec des locaux techniques des employés. Un gros grain de sable cette chambre 016 qui gâche la fin de nuit et qui transforme le séjour de confort absolu au regret de ne pas avoir dormi avec des boules quies… le reste est pour autant sublime, l’accueil du personnel, le petit déjeuner, la propreté… vraiment dommage, nous reviendrons sans doute en demandant par avance d’avoir une chambre calme !

Very attentive and friendly staff; fairly large room; excellent bed; excellent breakfast. Roof terrace is lovely, though didn't get to use in cool Sept. But this old lady needs some refurbishment. E.g., 1 chair had springs that were completely gone; couldn't sit in it. Two lights out on ceiling fixture. Biggest lack overall -- no real salon! Just a few chairs and couches facing the corridor on the rez-de-chaussee floor. I doubt that can be remedied without major reconstruction. Not quite enough value for lot of $$$.

The service, food is impecable, the rooms are a little out dated but general is great, the staff goes out of there way to please us, but the rooms need Al little TLC and get them to 2000. |I definitely think the location is amazing, the breakfast is splendid and delicious,

We went there for a romantic trip but it turned into a horrible trip. We checked in at 9:30 am and first the recepion man took an amount as a deposit but I never saw the amount (600€). After that, he told us to check in around 3pm but we waited until 3:20pm until the room was ready.
When finally we could get into our room (409) the shower was not working good, warm water turned into cold water and vice versa. Furthermore the water kept blocked into the shower and one towel was dirty. Also I had ordered flowers and a note for my girlfriend and it was not in the room. In adition, the room was super noisy.
Of course we claimed for this because it can not happens in a 5* hotel. They offer us to move to another room for one night, and then move again to our room. We agreed it. The room was so nice, with terrace and good views (5th floor). The next morning we moved to our room, we checked the shower and the problem was still there. There was no solution they told us. Of course we did not want to move anymore but it's not nice from the team. They should give you a solution.
It's a shame that our romantic trip became so complicated. Definately, I can not recommend this hotel. The service is not good.
