Pour 3 nuits dans une suite à l'occasion de notre mariage, nous aurions cependant apprécié une petite attention particulière.
O serviço também é excepcional. Todos os funcionários são muito cordiais.
O café da manhã foi um dos melhores que experimentamos pela Europa, farto, variado e com produtos de alta qualidade.
O ponto negativo foi o terraço fechado, que jogou nossa experiência bem pra baixo da expectativa que tínhamos de conseguir uma bela visão de Paris e também a ênfase desnecessária em impedir que fizéssemos fotos pelo hotel.
A diária é realmente cara, então é difícil avaliar se voltaremos.
Destacar el servicio en general y en especial el de Jaime que nos atendió en el bar.
La única pega es que no nos avisaron de que el rooftop estaba cerrado antes de llegar pero aún así nos dejaron verlo sin experiencia gourmet.
The service at Hotel Raphael embodies this seamless elegance. It’s as though the staff have mastered the art of anticipation, meeting every need before it’s even expressed, much like a perfectly choreographed dance. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth make you feel not just welcomed but truly valued, just as hospitality should be.

Huge suites, needs a little care
Apparently, they are going to renovate the hotel soon. From what I can tell, they simply do not feel the need to make any effort to produce good service before that time. Yet, they have many major physical or service issues. It is sad really. Beautify, old property in a good location. However, it is certainly not worth all the issues. We had broken doors. The shower was broken where the water came into the handle. No maid service one day. Poor service on other days (even after tipping the attendant directly). So many more problems. It simply ruined the trip.
Finally, we asked to meet with the manager. Unfortunately, he did not have time for us, even though we were in one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel. So, we met with his assistant. We explained the problems throughout the stay. We gave pictures of the broken or non-working items. We explained that we told people each day, with the hope that hardware would be fixed, and quality of service would be corrected. But, it was a failure. She did recognize all the issues and was very apologetic, which was appreciated. But, after all of that, we were offered a 5% discount on the stay, which was just offensive. Moreover, nothing was corrected AFTER the conversation.
Clearly, they simply don’t care right now because of the pending renovation. They will get what they can, and deal with any fallout in a few years. If you are staying there before the end of 2024, then I would suggest changing hotels. Certainly, we could survive there, even with all the problems. But, at the prices they charge, why should we have to? We paid for services and a quality of hotel room that we did not get. I would say it is all broken there. Very, very sad.
The room service was very slow, and they didn’t even bring what I requested. Considering the price, I think there are better options available
Et le cadre mériterait d'être un peu allégé et modernisé.
When finally we could get into our room (409) the shower was not working good, warm water turned into cold water and vice versa. Furthermore the water kept blocked into the shower and one towel was dirty. Also I had ordered flowers and a note for my girlfriend and it was not in the room. In adition, the room was super noisy.
Of course we claimed for this because it can not happens in a 5* hotel. They offer us to move to another room for one night, and then move again to our room. We agreed it. The room was so nice, with terrace and good views (5th floor). The next morning we moved to our room, we checked the shower and the problem was still there. There was no solution they told us. Of course we did not want to move anymore but it's not nice from the team. They should give you a solution.
It's a shame that our romantic trip became so complicated. Definately, I can not recommend this hotel. The service is not good.
