We stayed in an 1 bedroom apartment (2 adults & 2 kids), and it was a great experience. Very clean, with all the amenities you can think at. Also the bed and pillows was very comfortable.||The location is very good, near restaurants, bakery and supermarkets. Staff was very helpful. We will come back.

Arrive a l entrée une super accueil !!!!||Entrer dans la chambre nous sommes très satisfait c’était propre, beau et simple tout ce que j adore!! Rien a dire a part super. Il est bien placé des restaurants sont à côté mais on avait une cuisine dans la chambre et on pouvait commander encore une fois rien a dire !!! ????

The location is excellent. Walking distance to all touristic places. The team is very polite and helpful. The accommodation was far better than I hoped for. We know where we are going to stay again next time we are in Paris

Nous avons passé 4 jours à la résidence Alma Marceau et tout était absolument parfait. L’appartement était très spacieux et très bien équipé. L’équipe à l’accueil adorable, serviable et de très bon conseil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet établissement et le recommandons.

Our apartment was like penthouse.. for Paris.. Alma Marceau is Perfect ... location so close to any where, mini market just few meter from apartment and supermarket only about 3 menits walk. and a lot nice restaurant around this apartment . One more thing it must be mention is they service.. from house keeper ( apartment so clean.. spotless ) front desk person is really helpful..its like home. sure we will back again.and thank you that you and your company offer us 2 times more large and comfortable apparthnent that i booked.

Les appartements sont très luxueux et décorés avec soin. Tout le nécessaire y est présent. Le personnel est aux petits soins et d'une grande gentillesse.
Les appartements sont situés au pied de l'Arc de Triomphe, mais dans une rue très calme.
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour.

My family has been staying at Residence Alma Marceau since 2018 and the hospitality, location, rooms and amenities are always top notch. Just down the street from famous restaurants and the Champs-Élysées as well as walkable to monuments like the Eternal Flame, Place de Concorde, the Louvre, and the Eiffel Tower but still with the quietness at night of being in a posh and comfortable neighborhood. Highly recommend!

離凱旋門不遠，走路可到。工作人員全部都非常友善！從櫃檯人員到清潔人員都是！室內乾淨整潔，廚房用品和功能都很齊全，收納空間充足，床也夠大，非常適合有幼兒同行的家庭，畢竟小孩子睡覺太會滾了????最棒的是臥室窗戶外有鐵捲門可以拉下阻擋陽光，非常貼心！

真的要說缺點，大概就是洗衣機和洗碗精內香精味太重，這和他們提供的洗衣精和洗碗錠有關。我們有自備無香洗衣精和洗碗錠，但到我們退房為止香精味都還是很濃郁，也會沾染到衣物和餐具上，所以我們不得不手洗特別容易沾染氣味的矽膠餐具。

另一點屬於個人偏好——很可惜沒有免治馬桶，但全歐洲除了荷蘭阿姆斯特丹的Okura之外，確實沒看過有任何hotel或serviced apartment有提供免治馬桶，所以算不上缺點。

整體還是很好的體驗，在小孩能住飯店之前，我在巴黎只會住在這裡。

The right place…||A wonderful stay in this upscale place.. I strongly recommend the accommodation. The place is spacious and clean, cleaned daily, and there is an outdoor balcony. The place is very safe and close to everything, many restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, as well as a supermarket. And a fruit shop. In short, the place is very wonderful and suitable for families. Thanks to the director supervising the administration, Dominique Ottiger, as well as Mr. Yassin.

انصح وبقووووة للعوائل ولانه أمن جداً مريح واااااااسع المكان ايوجد أعزكم الله ( شطافات بدورات المياة). خذ وانت مطمئن قربه من كل المواقع والمطاعم والمقاهي المشهورة وقربه من برج ايفل كل ذلك لايتجاوز مشياً على الأقدام ١٠ دقائق.

We had a great stay in the three bedroom duplex apartment here. There were 6 of us and plenty of space for our 3 night stay. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook, just for quick breakfasts but it was well equipped, the dining area was roomy and the apartment had everything we needed. We were able to leave our cases after check out so we could sight see before our taxi to Gare du Nord.

The location was wonderful, we walked everywhere we needed to but there is a metro station nearby. There are plenty of shops including a convenience store, greengrocers and bakeries very close and plenty of restaurants and places to eat.

The only issue we had was no hot water in the en suite, we did report it but it wasn’t fixed for our last night and then we left to come home.

أسوأ فندق في التعامل مع العملاء

لا انصح بالفندق اطلاقاً !!

فندق يحمل عنصرية بشكل وقح ( للخليجين و العرب )

غير متعاون ! اذا العدد 6 تبي تدفع للشخص السابع يقولك ما يدخل الحجز لسته بس !! حتى لو الغرف تكفي لستين الف شخص !! يتبع المكتوب فقط !!

و فوق هذا كله وصلناها الى المدير و المالك و المدير نفسه و اتفاقيه مع المالك !! اذا تناقشتو معهم زياده بيطردك من الفندق بشكل اجباري !! و بجيبون لك الشرطه !!

نصيحتي اذا انت خليجي او عربي اوعا تفكر تسكن فيه

Dominique, Yaseen and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful. They were very helpful with directions to the markets, metro etc. Will defiinitely return to this residence on our next trip to Paris!

Wow, this place is INCREDIBLE. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating; the apartment we stayed in was clean, large, and decorated impeccably; and the property is basically halfway between the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. They offered us a free upgrade to a larger unit, which we really appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I'm definitely staying here again next time I'm in Paris.
