Wonderful team made our stay easy and relaxing. Especially appreciate the ease that they accommodated our many suitcases and dog.

I booked a double twin room on their website.

After receiving a booking confirmation, they said the room will be a Twin OR Double, which was the first mention it could be a double bed.

I emailed them within 30 minutes of making the booking to clarify this, but they said they had no twin rooms left. I asked them to cancel my booking but they refused to refund me.

I have tried contacting their customer service who are incredibly rude.

Avoid at all costs!

I stayed 3 nights for a conference. The Hotel can be easily reached from the airport by public transport.
For those who want to run (as in my case) you can do it along the Seine (3km to the Tour Eiffel) or in the nearby large park Le Bois de Boulogne.
Water and coffee are always available in the hotel hall. Very kind staff.

Very comfortable stay the staff & atmosphere was incredible & the proximity to everywhere is a gift. These are beautiful, cafes & restaurants all around & one couldn’t ask for more diversity in the demographics of people. The only “little” drawback for me is the size of the shower, which is still adequate for one but it’s a bit cramped. I also wished that there was a bigger desk in the room, as I needed one to work on my computer but there’s ample space for the purpose in the lobby downstairs. This isn’t a luxury hotel but still very comfortable
