Overall, the hotel was nice, clean and well-located, but not exactly high-end.
What really stood out, though, was the contrast in the staff’s attitude. Most of the front desk team weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, which was disappointing. However, there was one gentleman at the front desk (I think his name was Quentin or something similar) who was genuinely kind and welcoming, he made a real difference in my stay. Credits to him!
If you’re looking for a decent hotel in a good area, it’s a solid option, just don’t expect luxury level service.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Comfy bed, large bathroom, pretty view from the room and balcony. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff are truly amazing! From checkin to checkout they could not have been more helpful. Providing navigo transport cards for us to use was very welcome and made visiting the sights of Paris easy and convenient. The reception staff greeted us with a smile each time we left the hotel to go sightseeing and again on our return - always asking if there is anything we need. The breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful and the lady was very friendly and kind - it was a delight to see her each morning and enjoy breakfast in the lovely dining room. We had a very enjoyable stay and look forward to staying again. This was our first trip to Paris and it was made all the more special by choosing to stay here- everything was perfect!

Am avut o experienta fabuloasa la acest hotel din Paris!!!! Personalul extrem de amabil, mereu gata sa te ajute, mereu cu zambetul pe buze. Dna. Monica este o draguta!!! Locatia fantastica, camera curata, patul foarte confortabil. Ma bucur ca am ales acest hotel pentru sejurul nostru de o saptamana iar aniversarea mea a fost un vis datorita voua! Va multimim din suflet!!!!

Das Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral zwischen dem Arc de Triomphe und dem Eiffelturm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer für pariser Verhältnisse recht groß. Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend gestaltet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut und die Auswahl in Ordnung, wenn man bedenkt, dass in Frankreich einfach anders gefrühstückt wird. ||Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden das Hotel wieder buchen, wenn wir Paris besuchen.

Excellent location. Room was clean with everything we needed. Very good quality breakfast. Staff are friendly and super helpful. Really enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

Muy recomendable hotel urbano, muy céntrico, bien decorado, no es masivo, más bien íntimo y discreto, limpio, con personal muy atento. El desayuno no es muy variado pero muy correcto.

Das Hotel ist einfach zauberhaft. Komfortables gut ausgestattes und vor allem sauberes Zimmer mit hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! Gutes Frühstück, Tiefgarage und eine traumhafte Lage nur paar Gehminuten vom Arc de Triumph entfernt. Gute Restaurants und Cafés, sowie Bäckerei in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen lieben Dank an das ganze Hotelteam, ihr seid super!

L’hôtel est très bien situé, accueillant et chaleureux réception, nous avons trouvé la chambre propre, la salle de bain propre également mais besoin d’un peu rénovation…. Malgré l’élégance de la réception,Les couloirs est très obscure avec des murs sombre…

Run from this unsafe hotel! I stayed here during my last visit, and they stole two of my rings (Messika and Cartier)! No one entered the room except myself and the cleaners. When I spoke to the manager, she said, “You should put your valuable things in the safety box.”
How is that acceptable? Everything I own is valuable to me—should I put everything in the safety box? I, myself, am valuable—do I need to sleep in the safety box to feel secure? Moreover the hotel is very scary, I don’t recommend it at all from every aspect

Mon séjour à l'Hôtel Élysées Régincia était tout simplement parfait. Le personnel était accueillant et professionnel, l'ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié, un vrai régal pour commencer la journée.
Les chambres sont impeccables : propres, spacieuses et très confortables. De plus, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, à proximité de tout ce dont vous avez besoin.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen von Paris.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Zu Fuß sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut und schnell erreichbar.
Die Zimmer sind klein aber absolut in Ordnung. Betten sind sehr bequem. Sauberkeit ebenfalls absolut ok. Lage erscheint einem laut, in der Nacht aber sehr ruhig.
Der Service ist mega. Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Immer sofort zur Stelle. Check in und out schnell und problemlos.
Jeden Morgen frische Handtücher und Zimmer Service.
Frühstück absolut ausreichend. Frühstücksraum schön und sauber. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder wählen.

Such a nice hotel. The staff was so nice and was always in a good mood. The breakfast was nice and there were a lot of options. As for the rooms themselves, they were very spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable too. The views were stunning and the location was perfect. About 10 min walk from George V metro station and 12 min walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Lots of great places to eat around the hotel too. The only minor bad thing was that the walls are quite thin. You can hear conversations from some rooms and the hallways if they are loud and your room is quiet.

Die Lage ist top. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei uns war es leider sehr laut in der Nacht, aber sonst saubere zimmer.
