Tout a bien commencé. Puis la baignoire a eu du mal a s’ecouler et le robinet m’est resté dans les mains. Puis des éclats de voix de plus en plus forts a partir de 22 heures et cela n’a plus cessé jusqu’a quatre heures du matin des portes qui claquent bruyamment un homme et des femmes qui se disputent violemment et continuellement. J’ai essayé d’appeler la réception en vain. Je n’ai entendu personne intervenir j’ai failli appeler la police tellement j’ai eu peur! On ne m’y reprendra plus. Jamais.

How can I rate this hotel lower? Dirty dark and horrible front desk. Messed up our reservation, dirty, old rooms. Hallways that were painted black and the lights always switched off. After my third visit to the front desk after my refrigerator failed, he cussed at me in French. Jordan, the manager promised to help, then disappeared and never called me back after four days of requesting it. Stay away from this dump run by rude unhelpful front desk staff. The only nice people at the hotel are the maids.

Je recommande cet hôtel à 100%!
Situation géographique incroyable, à quelques pas des Champs Élysées, tout en restant tout de même très calme. Accueil plus que chaleureux par Jordan le directeur, avec café et gâteaux, comme à la maison! Nous avons logé dans une chambre triple très propre, spacieuse, avec une grande salle de bain et une excellente literie.
Merci Jordan pour ce beau séjour en famille.

Hotel que segue o roteiro parisiense. Quarto pequeno, pra quem quer usar unicamente para dormir. Staff prestativo. Boa localização, rua silenciosa. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções, não vale o que cobra. Por 15€ é indiscutível o custo beneficio de comer fora do hotel.

Excellent service… during my 3-night stay, every single member of staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. A big thank you to such a wonderful team!

The rooms came with complimentary bottles of water, coffee/tea and biscuits. You can also use the drinks machine in the lobby too, if you didn’t want to make your own.

Very convenient location, only a 5 minute walk from the Louis Vuitton store at Champs Elysees.

I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a few days break in Paris!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Chambellan Morgane. L’établissement est charmant, élégant et parfaitement situé. Les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues. Mention spéciale aux réceptionnistes, qui sont d’une gentillesse remarquable et toujours disponibles pour répondre aux besoins des clients. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour agréable

Super séjour dans cet hôtel. Situation géographique au top. Accueil chaleureux par Jordan le Directeur. Ses pâtisseries sont succulentes et il prête attention à la clientèle. Mérite 1 étoile supplémentaire. Je recommande vivement . Proche Champs Elysee, tour Eiffel, Trocadero ...

Le camere sono piccole, la macchinetta del te non si poteva usare, l'ascensore è piccolo e scomode e le scale sono buie e si rischia di cadere.

Albergo decente per posizione e offerta, pessima e truffaldina per il personale. Siamo stati per svariati notti e tutto più o meno bene. Al check out, il buon Sebastain cui ho chiesto espressamente un taxi per andare in aeroporto, chiama invece un tizio che alla fine ci chiede esattamente il doppio di una corsa taxi. Ok, ci sta la fregatura, ci siamo abituati. Parigi è bella, paghiamo pure la cifra. Però evidentemente il duo non è soddisfatto. Ecco che il buon Sebastian ci richiama dicendo che dobbiamo pagare altri soldi. Ci ha proprio provato a tirare il pacco! Brutte situazioni per cui non fidatevi di questi personaggi e strutture.

Je n’ai pas pu rejoindre un ami dans sa chambre car le réceptionniste m’a expliqué qu’il avait des instructions. J’ai demandé sur quel cadre légal on s’appuyait. Je reste encore dans l’attente d’une réponse. J’essaie de comprendre, je n’y arrive toujours pas. Est-on en dictature ?

It is not fancy but enough overall. Location is very good. Breakfast is so so. They give you one small bottle of water for once :) so if you want more charges you extra 3 €. Other than that it's ok

Die Lage ist in Ordnung, aber wir gehen davon aus, dass in dem Zimmer vor uns jemand geraucht hat, weil es stank extrem. Die Bettwäsche, Kissen, Handtücher und Gardinenrochen extremst unangenehm. Wir haben so unangenehm gefühlt, dass wir früher aus gecheckt sind.

The most amazing management i’ve met in Paris: Sebastien and Sarah truly welcomed me with the most professional hospitality and respect. Sebastien went out of his way to make my stay here remarkable, and Sarah was absolutely amazing on all aspects. I definitely recommend this hotel based on my experience, will definitely come back multiple times this year

I will leave my reference of this hotel, Greetings from Mexico

I booked 5 days here recently and everything was excellent, everything was perfect!
He highlighted 100% the attention of his staff, they are very cordial, polite, friendly and helpful. In my family we were super satisfied with the attention.
The hotel is super nice, it meets everything you need, a hotel with a bathtub, very clean, the rooms are very comfortable, breakfast service, the reception is super good, and I loved the style of the hotel.
Another of its strong points is how central it is! About 3 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe, and also close to the Eiffel Tower, about 15 minutes. You have all the necessary services super close, banks, attractions, places to eat, the subway.

I can say that we were impressed with absolutely everything.
And very grateful to each and every one of their employees.
The 3 people I saw at reception were wonderful. A special thanks to Ahmed (I hope I wrote it correctly) who was super cool and helpful.
Also for the 2 boys that I had to see in the breakfast service. Wonderful!
The maids also always did their job very well and were friendly.

Everything was perfect! I swear and I highly recommend it if you plan to stay at this hotel, don't think about it, its quality and treatment with the guest is a guarantee ????????

Top Hotel in super zentrale Lage in Paris.|Sehr nettes Personal.|Zimmer sauber und sehr komfortabel.|Badezimmer nicht sooo neu aber sauber und auch dementsprechend groß für die Größe der Zimmer.|Obwohl das Zimmer klein ist genügt es absolut.

На цих вихідних ми побували в Парижі. Нам дуже пощастило потрапити в цей готель. Приїхали ми раніше часу заселення але нам дозволили заселитися раніше. Готель чистий та охайний, невеличкий. В номері також все було на вищому рівні. Вранці ми побували на сніданку (невеликий, але все дуже смачне та в достатній кількості: є краусани, сири та ковбаси, кава соки та чай ). На рецепції нас зустрів привітний адміністратор. Після виселення з готелю нам також безкоштовно дозволили залишити свій багаж на цілий день. Нам дуже сподобалося, рекомендуємо .

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est un des points forts.
Le personnel est très sympathique et aux petits soins.
Concernant la chambre, tout était propre, très bon rapport qualité prix.
Nous reviendrons pour notre prochain séjour à Paris !
