Pokoje są wygodne, czyste i zadbane.

Super hotel, très calme en plein coeur de paris! La literie est top, la déco assez girly mais de bon goût! le petit dej fantastique! ascenceur, le petit bistro en bas de la rue fait des brunch les samedi et dimanche matin, une superbe adresse. attention pour les lève-tard, les poubelles, c'est le lundi matin! mini bémol, une seule bouteille d'eau pour deux personnes, et la douche pas très haute dans la 45. Sinon, tout était parfait <3

Hotel sympathique pour une ou deux nuits. Très bien situé et facile d'accès depuis la gare.

It was a nice hotel and the front staff was very friendly. We liked the open closet as well as the shower with 2 heads. It is located near the effiel tower and the Arc de Triomphe. We liked that it was about 1 block away from a small grocery store.

This hotel is most certainly a 3 star hotel. While the room is small and is expected in Paris, the BATHROOM is not meant for anyone over 5ft tall. I've stayed in many hotels all over the world and was shocked to see how small the bathroom is. I could barely get out of the shower without hurting myself. I understand that leaving your key at the front desk was for security purposes but it was extremely annoying. We got back late from being out on NYE and had to wait for the front desk to come by to let us into the hotel. Much nicer hotels around this area that you should stay at.

J’ai eu l’occasion de séjourner à l’hôtel le Pastel dans le cadre d’un déplacement seule. La chambre était très confortable et la literie en particulier. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et copieux. Le personnel aux petits soins. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir

Y ayant séjourné une nuit dans le cadre d'un séjour professionnel, cet hôtel a pour moi été à la hauteur de mes attentes, avec un personnel très accueillant. Bien qu'assez petite, la chambre était confortable, et très bien nettoyée et ordonnée. À l'image finalement de l'hôtel dans son ensemble. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il était bien fourni, et fournit beaucoup de choix, qu'il s'agisse de sucré, de salé, de viennoiseries ou encore de fruits. Je pense qu'il vaut le prix qui a été dépensé. Continuez comme cela!

J'y suis restée deux nuits pour un week-end organisé par une amie et j'ai été agréablement surprise par la sympathie et la disponibilité du personnel ainsi que par les chambres! Le quartier était également sympa avec plusieurs petits commerces à proximité mais aussi la Tour Eiffel et les Champs-Elysées que l'on peut rejoindre à pied.

Great hotel en super nice people. With 30 degrees outside, the airco was really great to have. Rooms were clean, service great and the location.... walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower... couldn't be better!

Klein aber fein. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und nahe gelegen am Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysées und Eiffelturm. Zudem gibt es in unmittelbare Nähe sehr viele Brasseries, wo man sehr gut essen kann.
Die Lage ist auch sehr ruhig gelegen, da es nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt

We were very pleased with our 7 night stay. As others have mentioned, the rooms are small but I think this is the norm for Paris. The room had air conditioning and I spoke with other travelers whose rooms did not include AC. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Breakfast was "continental" style with various breads cheeses, yogurts, granola cereals, pastries as well as sausage and scrambled eggs. It was decent and did the job. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The inclusion of breakfast in the daily room rate was super convenient and helped with costs and less hassle

The neighborhood is really nice and we felt safe even when returning to the room via the Metro after midnight. There were several restaurants within walking distance. We recommend Le Kleber as the food was great.

The best thing about the hotel is that it is located about 200 meters from Boisierre Metro station. We bought weekly passes for €35 and used the Metro to get everywhere. It was amazing. The hotel is also super conveniently located within walking distance, less than a mile, from the Eiffel tower and the Arc De Triomphe'.

I noticed that some reviewers complained of street noise. Yup, there was some. We are rural folks but for us it added to the authentic Paris experience. Welcome to the city. The garbage guys come by each morning at 6:30 a.m. If you want a silent hotel in Paris, good luck. You will likely pay more than you will for Hotel Pastel.

Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at Hotel Pastel again if we are fortunate enough to return to Paris.

Super hotel. Pokoje małe ale to jak w większości hoteli 3 gwiazdkowych w Paryżu. Obsługa bardzo miła. Śniadanie zróżnicowane chociaż oprócz bagietek chleb strasznie twardy. Atutem jest też skuteczna klimatyzacja co pozwala na spokojny sen w upalne wakacyjne dni. Blisko do wieży, łuku triumfalnego. Blisko sklep i bardzo miła restauracja "za rogiem"
