bonjour, séjour moyen, peu de protection pour la lumière du jour les perciennes sont sales et abimées, et la gourde encore humide que vous laissez à disposition est une abérration totale. Desolé mais je ne bois pas dans la gourde des autres, vous allez trop loin dans l écologie

Everything immaculate! |Penthouse 100% worth the money - you get the whole 8th floor - 2 huge balconies & several opening windows on the other side with Eiffel Tower views. 2 large queen size bedrooms, 2 writing desk areas, 2 wardrobes, 2 toilets, 2 showers & 1 bath. |All balconies face the traditional French buildings, none of them face the Eiffel Tower FYI but room types that mention an Eiffel Tower view will have a fantastic view out of a window - in the penthouse these windows opened up (unsure about other room types). |Room was very well cleaned and all the amenities were great - nice bed & good shower head. |Wifi is free and fast. |3 mins walk to Passy metro station. |Highly recommend!

All balconies face the traditional French buildings, none of them face the Eiffel Tower FYI but room types that mention an Eiffel Tower view will have a fantastic view out of a window - in the penthouse these windows opened up (unsure about other room types).
Room was very well cleaned and all the amenities were great - nice bed & good shower head.
Wifi is free and fast.
3 mins walk to Passy metro station.

The hotel reception staff were exceptionally helpful, providing a warm and efficient welcome. Unfortunately, upon arriving after 9.30 pm, I found that the restaurant was not open, and room service was unavailable that evening, so I cannot comment on the quality of the food. The breakfast the following morning was satisfactory, though not particularly memorable.||||The rooms were very clean, which I appreciated, but a few amenities were lacking. Notably, the shower did not include hair conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own. Additionally, as is often the case in hotels, the hairdryer provided lacked sufficient power for effective styling, which may be an issue for those with difficult-to-manage hair.

Bueno, empecemos por el servicio, las chicas de recepción muy buena onda, aunque el que nos hizo el check-in podría haber tenido un poco más de onda, pero bueno es de esperar, Francia es como que son un poco más parcos. El desayuno es aceptable podría estar un poco mejor para ser que es de 4 estrellas. Las mozas muy cordiales. La zona para el desayuno, muy bonita, aunque una de las zonas tiene sillas que no eran muy cómodas para desayunar. El servicio de room service no pudimos usarlo nunca, las dos ocasiones que solicitamos, estaba cerrado, cosa que nos llamó la atención porque hemos estado en otros hoteles (de otros países) de la misma categoría y suelen tener el servicio disponible las 24 hs. Pero en este caso no, un día llamamos a las 7 pm y ya nos dijeron de que estaba cerrado. Un dia solo le pedimos hielo y nos dijeron de que no tenían. En fin. La habitación muy bonita y cómoda, justo alquilamos con un pequeño balcón, era muy pintoresco, lo unico que teniamos un par de obra en frente. Por otro lado, cuando llegamos y nos fuimos, no vimos el servicio de botones, es complicado si vienes con 4 maletas grandes, ya que hay unas pequeñas escaleras y doble puertas, pero bueno a lo mejor tienen, pero no tuvimos la suerte de que justo este el servicio disponible. El servicio de mucama y lavanderia, impecable y increiblemente serviciales. Con respecto a la ubicación, excelente, súper accesible, la zona es muy pintoresca, hay bares cercas, está a sólo dos cuadras de una estación que es la que más usas para ir a las distintas excursiones y está cerca de la torre Eiffel.

La recepción fue a lo que se espera en Francia, que obviamnete no derraman simpatía, agregado que nosotros llegamos antes y recién a la hora de check-in, nos aceptaron, cosa que en otros hoteles también de 4 y hasta de 5 estrellas, nos han realizado antes el ingreso. No tiene la figura de boton, en donde es quién te ayuda con el equipaje cuando llegas y te vas. La habitación fue lo esperado. El desayuno fue aceptable, todo muy rico y las mozas amables. El servicio de lavanderia es cumplidor. El restaurante, no lo pudimos usar porque siempre que llamamos para ir o que nos lleven un servicio a la habitación, siempre nos dijeron de que estaba cerrado, raro porque un Hotel de 4 estrellas no puede tener ya a las 7 PM cerrado el restaurante o el room service. La ubicación es excelente y cerca tienes unos restaurantes, además es súper accesible a las lineas de subtes.

Dogs are for free in this hotel. Most “dog friendly ” hotels asking €20-30 a night for the dog. We liked the quietness of the hotel and the location in the 16th arrondissement. There a lot of nice restaurants around the corner so you don’t have to go far in the evenings. Although the neighborhood is very safe.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider gab es aber auch einige Mängel. Keine Hacken im Bad, kaputtes Waschbecken, flackernde Lampe im Zimmer, kaputte Möbel im Frühstücksbereich. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar und für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht ausreichend.

The location is excellent if you want to be very close to the Eiffel Tower and next to a metro station. Everything at the hotel was great too.

Emplacement appréciable, chambre avec balcon ce qui est un vrai + dans les environs. ||Literie très confortable.||Deux petits bémols : les moquettes sont à rénover, elles sont complètement décollées.||La procédure d'arrivée est à revoir, ou les équipes à reformer, c'était bien trop long !

Great location and good service. However, the room was noisy due to the toilet bathroom fan running 24/7 and being loud. Since the bathroom had only a sliding door the fan was too loud to sleep without earplugs og headset.

I found the staff at MaisonFL to be friendly and helpful. My room was clean, relatively large, and appeared to be free of bed bugs. The breakfast items were adequate and of decent quality.

La politique d’annulation n’a jamais été évoquée au téléphone, ce qui est surprenant quand on sait à quel point elle semble soudainement “incontournable”. Ce manque total de souplesse et de considération est vraiment regrettable. Nous sommes très déçus par cette expérience et ne reviendrons pas.
