Perfectly located for our trip to Roland Garros. The staff were so friendly, particularly the front desk guys, and helpful at all times. Breakfast was really good.
While the room was a little tight it was perfectly adequate and the bed was very comfortable.

Un accueil personnalisé et chaleureux et la surprise agréable d être surclassé. Une équipe aux petits soins avec ses clients. Cet hôtel vous fait voyager dès votre entrée dans l’ascenseur jusqu’à votre arrivée au Sky et ses chambres proposant des rooftop privés avec jacuzzi , sans oublier le Spa. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Hôtel bien équipé, bien placé ||Une équipe chaleureuse et disponible ||Chambre En partie propre et confortable ||Ce qui m’a manqué c’était une plus grande accessibilité au spa, un petit déjeuner plus fourni, avec plus de choix, et la couleur de la chambre que j’ai trouvé un peu tristoune. Tout s’est bien passé, je peux le recommander pour le côté privatif du spa sinon en termes de rapport qualité prix je trouve qu’il y a mieux

Thoroughly enjoyed my long weekend stay in Hotel Felicien. It’s far enough out of the city centre for it to be a quiet neighbourhood with a good variety of local amenities nearby. It is also a short 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, with plenty of public transport connections nearby also. Rooms were pleasant, modern, very clean and well maintained. My only criticism is that I couldn’t check in until 4pm when I arrived at 9:30am. Had to wonder around Paris for a few hours while extremely tired. The website is also a little misleading as it states there’s a hotel tub on the top floor terrace which is actually a room you have to book, not accessible by request if already staying in the hotel. Pleasant stay.

Merveilleuse expérience au sein de cet établissement pour mon anniversaire ( chambre décorée ☺️) L’équipe est vraiment à l’écoute et accueillante, mention spéciale à Fanny, le nouveau aussi de l’accueil ( je n’ai pas son prénom) et le monsieur qui s’occupe de nettoyer le spa! Très propre et très coconing. Le lit est ultra confortable et le petit déjeuner est délicieux.

This is the first time I’ve stayed in the 16e and it was lovely. The hotel service was super welcoming and accommodating, rooms were a really decent size (for Paris) and bright (pearl rooms on the 5th floor specifically). And honestly it was one of the best hotel baths/showers I’ve had in a while. Would for sure stay again.

Exceptional Hotel. Beautiful room and facilities. Big thankyou to the staff who were more than happy to recommend restaurants nearby and also booked my taxi for my return trip to the airport. The spa was outstanding, as was the breakfast. Excellent location too, very close to all the attractions and the Paris Metro.

Camere minuscole. Qualità prezzo eccessivo rispetto ai servizi offerti. Dopo check in non danno più neanche la bottiglietta d’acqua. Inoltre abbiamo messo 6 su 10 su Booking ed hanno iniziato un’attività di spamming via email.

we loved our stay here, the staff were so helpful friendly and spoke english which helped a lot! sad our massage wasn’t booked in for the day we wanted but the staff were so apologetic and rebooked for the next day just we were unable to make that one. but the complimentary wine was well recieved

My stay at Félicien was short however contained many flaws. Upon arrival, I was told my room would not be ready for another 6 hours. I understand the rooms take time to be cleaned, however I would have preferred to be informed of an appropriate check-in time in which I could have gone straight to my assigned room. Prior to arriving at the hotel, I rechecked the reviews - as i had booked this hotel and read them a while ago. From the reviews I was made aware of an €100 deposit which is compulsory at check-in. This money is transferred back when checking out however just keep this in mind when budgeting. One of the many reasons I booked this hotel was for the spa facilities. To my surprise, the hot tub and other facilities seen in the websites photos are only for the suite residents and are not to be used by other hotel members. Overall, there are many things I would have wished to be made aware of prior to booking this hotel, however the rooms were tidy and the staff were very helpful. Its surrounding areas are very quiet and it is a beautiful 30 minute walk over to the Eiffel Tower. Would recommend for a short stay however ensure to read both good and bad reviews first!

Bien pour le professionnel. Accessibilité à pied pour dîner parfait. Un peu loin des quartiers plus vivants de Paris. Séjour pour Salon porte de Versailles, donc bon emplacement à un prix correct.

Great location, but lots of turnover at the reception with a lack of communication between the staff (we specifically went to the reception to cancel the SPA reservation but still they called us 2 times in our room and knock 2 times at our door to tell us we had a SPA reservation…) and definitely not enough space to hang clothes especially in the tiny bathroom (if you hang the bathrobes behind the bathroom door it touches the toilet seat if you leave it in the wardrobe you don’t have room anymore to hang your clothes…).

The location is good, and the reception service was adequate, but the breakfast lacked variety. The housekeeping service was poor; on the first day, the room was not cleaned until after 5 PM. Despite requesting and paying for a late check-out, the cleaning staff opened the door without knocking, even though the "Do Not Disturb" sign was on the door. If you're looking to enjoy Paris and have privacy, this is not the right hotel, as the housekeeping staff does not seem to know their job.

酒店位置方便，周围有三个地铁站，可以直达凡尔赛宫，出门就是公交车，72可以直达王子公园球场和卢浮宫。房间设施新颖，前台服务特别好，尤其是ARTUS，刚入住的时候就一直在帮忙解决所有需求，态度特别友善，还和我分享很多有趣的事情，他是个特别积极向上有梦想的人。希望有更多来自世界各地的朋友可以来这边住，和ARTUS一起交流分享趣事！

La chambre était très bien et le personnel très à l'écoute. Néanmoins je ne pourrais pas recommander par rapport au prix (peut-être par rapport à l'emplacement).
