The staff service was exceptional. Everything was very clean and the food was delicious, though quite gourmet. It’s definitely an experience I recommend, but I believe it’s more suited for adults.”

Quelle belle expérience, nous avons eu à bord de ce bateau électrique. De l’entrée à la sortie, nous avons été charmé par un accueil chaleureux, un service attentionné, des plats d’une qualité hors du commun. Quoi dire du bateau électrique, un trajet tout en douceur. Merci à toute l’équipe! J’y retournerais, sans aucun doute.

There are a lot of boats on Seine river and my friends usually had average food at best on the boats. Thus, we decide to find a boat with both good food and service. We are very satisfied with our decision and we will definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends visiting Paris.

Hvis du vil have en unik luksus oplevelse i Paris, kan jeg klart anbefale Ducasse sur Seine. Meget romantisk og en smuk oplevelse, hvor maden bare er i top. Fantastisk service fra alle ombord.

Exquisite dining down to the last detail. The customer experience is remarkable. The doses and portions are skilfully handled. The service was warm and generous, and the captain was charming and courteous.

The highlight of our trip to Paris, this didn't just meet expectations, it blew them out of the water. Staff were so professional. Service was impeccable. Food was amazing. And, of course, the view was world class.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at your establishment and would like to share my feedback. Overall, the food quality was excellent, and the ambiance of the restaurant was truly enjoyable. Additionally, the scenic views from the ship added a special touch to the experience.
However, I noticed that the dress code policy was not consistently observed by all guests. Some diners were dressed very casually, which created a noticeable contrast for those of us who followed the expected attire guidelines. This made it slightly uncomfortable, especially when explaining the dress code expectations to friends. A clearer enforcement of the policy could help enhance the overall dining atmosphere.
Furthermore, I observed that some of the service staff appeared rather reserved and lacked warmth in their interactions. While the service was efficient, a more welcoming and engaging demeanor—especially with friendly smiles—would greatly enhance the experience and align with the premium pricing of the dining experience.
Despite these aspects, I truly appreciated the wonderful food and views, which made the evening memorable. I hope my feedback is helpful in refining the overall guest experience. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to visiting again.

Une grosse déception, pas de prise en compte de notre demande de remplacement à une autre date. Bloqués dans les embouteillages à cause d'une manifestation. Nous avons téléphoné pour prévenir. Nous avons réglé 340€ dans leur poche sans aucune prestation en face. Heureusement que le Jules Verne nous a accueilli sans réservation pour que nous puissions célébrer notre future union. Le personnel du Jules Verne a été impeccable face à notre désarroi. Il faut quand même faire la part des choses entre les personnes qui ne viennent pas sans prévenir et ceux qui sont dans l'embarras et qui font le nécessaire.

Lunch on the river will be one of the highlights of our recent visit to Paris. This is much more about fine dining in a restaurant that happens to be moving, then it is about taking a tour of the river. The food was exquisite and the service was as good as I would expect to receiveat a restaurant with dirt under it versus a river. The ever-changing view was amazing.

Amazing gastronomic feast through the heart of Paris at dusk, returning to see the Eiffel Tower lit up . Amazing staff take you through a thought provoking menu. Chef provided solutions for my partner’s dietary needs.

The food and atmosphere were exceptional and only exceeded by the beautifully organized and helpful service. They created an atmosphere and experience that will never be forgotten. Me and my fiance got engaged during our dinner and the wait staff in particular the wine somalier were there for us. We will never forget this dinner and boat ride. Truly amazing.

This was a great experience! Loved the boat, the service and the access to the deck on top. Viewing Paris from the Seine at sunset and after was magical. And somehow the evening felt quite private.

Pass away from this dinner cruise if you look for TRUE gastronomic dinner :
It's quite difficult to come with your own car as well as going out from the parking lot. No signs to show where's the boat while on the quay.
Welcome on board is 'cold'. Nobody helps with your coats. And surprisingly, people can even bring them in the dinner room to put on chairs. What a mess!!
Chairs are not very confortable, but OK.
Service is rather slow for a 4 dishes menu: service starts roughly 40' after you board (at 8pm), and takes approximately 1h50.
Staff for service not customer oriented: when asking for butter we were told that the tiny piece given was for two... yet he added that he'll bring more. What an answer! As we were 3 at the table, the waiter served of us 2 guests, then later on, came with the third portion. Not a good service!
Wine was served 10' before our dishes were served...
Langoustine entree was frozen. Later on, fish was overcooked. Presentation of dishes is not what you expect from a gastronomic restaurant. Taste is not there as well, and as time goes you feel embarassed, specially when you invited somebody for her birthday party.
Overall, this place relies on Ducasse name but not at a level you would expect, specially for the price (265€ per person) when you compare with a 1* Michelin, yet outside Paris we were one day before, where i paid that money for 3 and incredibly so much better!!!

Ducasse Sur Seine is just an amazing experience. The food , the ambiance, the service , the cruise , everything about this restaurant is great . I have been to some of the other Ducasse restaurants too and they are all amazing. He is of the best French chefs.
We had the four course and the matching wine for dinner . Our table was right in front of the Eifffel Tower . Although I live in Paris , it was still magical to dine overlooking the La Dame de fer .

Went there 2 weeks ago. I just want my American folks to know, this is not your typical dinner cruise experience. Portions are small but enough and the waiters are attentive but not in the American sense. Research about Alain Ducasse, his style of presenting food, and the experience that is to be evoked. Please don't expect large portions. It's about quality and not quantity. Enjoy a lovely evening on the seine, delicate food and wonderful wine pairings.
