L'Arty Paris Hostel & Budget Hotel est composé de chambres avec des salles de bains privatives et des dortoirs mixtes ou pour filles de 4 à 10 lits qui ont eux aussi leurs salles de bains privatives. Leur décoration est contemporaine. Celles pour 2 personnes sont pourvues de serviettes et d'une télévision à écran plat. En plus, un sèche-cheveux, un fer et une planche à repasser sont à disposition à la réception. Elles sont toutes desservies par un ascenseur. L'auberge propose également un petit-déjeuner français quotidien, une bagagerie, une cuisine commune équipée d'un réfrigérateur, des casiers et un ordinateur.

stayed at this hotel from 25th to 26th January, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of support after I checked out. I accidentally left my red phone in the room (on the top of the bunk bed) and contacted the reception for help.Unfortunately, the front staff were dismissive and didn’t seem willing to assist. Despite requesting a double-check, I was told there was no phone, and the matter felt brushed aside without much effort to resolve it. It’s disappointing to feel ignored when you’re relying on a hotel for basic support.

The staff where super friendly and very helpful while we was staying at the hotel. The room was clean and fresh towels and bed was made everyday. The location was a little bit out the way from the centre but we knew this before booking the hotel and the metro was easy to get us around in no time! The room itself was great the bed was “broken” in the middle so a very uncomfortable sleep for a few days. Also we picked a room with and private bathroom and shower but when we got there the holder for the shower was completely snapped from the wall so my partner had to hold it in place whenever we had a shower. Room was very tired with wallpaper peeling off the walls etc! As we came to explore Paris and would be spending much time in the room it didn’t seem any point to moan as all we would be doing is sleeping and not spending anytime in the room itself, maybe I should have Said something but we got there at 11pm and night and after travelling all day I really didn’t want to fight to explain we wasn’t happy. The price of the hotel did reflect on a few things so I wasn’t expecting this to be a 5* venue.
