Good 3 star hotel for Paris standards. Very quiet room at the back. Bit outdated here and there. Stayed in an appartment for €250 a night, I would say a set of fresh towels and cleaning should be included but its not. Large private terrace. Very friendly service. Parking €25 a day. Kitchenette without modern (cup based) coffee maker. But coffee is free downstairs so no worries there.

I stayed at Citadines Republique in October 2023. Overall a poor experience.

The location of the hotel is fine, it's a lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. It's not super central in Paris but you know this going into your booking.

We ran into several issues with our stay, first of all the window of our room did not close - allowing in air and noise all day and night. The receptionist tried to help us close the window, unsuccessfully, and told us we could not change rooms that evening.

We were able to move to a new room the following day (only after a lot of back and forth with reception), where at least the windows and doors all closed fully.

They only clean the rooms once a week and the cleanliness standard is low. There were several bugs in our room at various moments (see pictures) - I can understand one spider once in a while, but we had several.

We shared feedback with reception, but continually were told we had to speak to the "chef de reception" who either wasn't there or was "in a meeting." We eventually managed to speak to him on the phone after several requests, but like the receptionists he was unapologetic.

We had some personal issues going on during our stay, which were not their fault at all, but an opportunity for them to show good service and be empathetic with us. Unfortunately they did not take the opportunity.

It's not an expensive hotel - you get what you pay for! If you can afford it, stay elsewhere.

Das ist das lauteste Hotel dass ich jemals erlebt hab! Quietschende Türen und Sesselrücken aus dem ganzen Haus bis nach Mitternacht hörbar, direkt an der Straße Fenster undicht, dadurch auch von draußen sehr viel Straßenlärm ink. Polizei-. Rettung-, Feuerwehrsirene...
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, Personal ist freundlich und die Lage ist sehr gut.

La habitación perfecta para 3 adultos y un niño. Salón amplio donde se abre el sofá cama. Mesa comedor, tv, cocina con micro, lavavajillas, vitro y hervidor y todo el menaje necesario...incluso una plancha en un armario con su tabla y un tendal en el baño. Muy buena ubicación cerca del metro y no se tarda mucho a las zonas turísticas.El barrio tiene supermercados y restaurantes con comida para llevar casi a la puerta.Las camas y el sofá muy cómodos. Personal amable. Lo que no me ha gustado: la falta de aire acondicionado, solo cuenta con un ventilador de pie en el salón y otro en la habitación( en plena ola de calor lo hemos echado en falta) y la falta de limpieza en las habitaciones, es un apartamento más que un aparta-hotel ya que en 4 días no han pasado por la habitación ni cambiado toallas , su que ponen a tu disposición un servicio de limpieza de pago o utensilios de limpieza.

Hotel, lata swietnosci dawno ma już za sobą,wszystko czyste, ale cieknacy prysznic,zamoknieta szafka od wody, ktora scieka wlasnie przez to, ze szyba ochraniajaca jest za krotka!pokoj chyba najgorszy jaki moglismy dostac, na parterze zupelnie nie ten, ktory zamawialiśmy, fatalny widok i ciemno. Drzwi z ogromną szpara przez co wszystko było słychać z korytarza!!!!
Hotel przyjazny zwierzętom, ale to klamstwo, bylismy wzywani do powrotu, kiedy musieliśmy wyjsc na godzine sami, psy przez15 min faktycznie szczekaly, ale takie sa psy, potem byla cisza(york i westy terier)

Pod nasza nieobecnosc, ktoś z personelu wszedł do naszego pokoju, aby zostawić upomnienie na piśmie!!!!!
Takiej sytacji jeszcze nigdy nie mielismy odkąd podróżujemy
Pani z drwiacym uśmiechem powiedziała ze to jej hotel i może wchodzic kiedy chce!!!
Nie polecam zwłaszcza dla milosnikow zwierząt!!!!!!

Recomendado! Este hotel tiene habitaciones geniales, estuvimos 4 personas y todo genial . La habitación era bastante grande y luego el sofá se convierte en una cama muy cómoda! Tiene cocina y utensilios de cocina. Lavabo separado de la ducha, eso está bien. Tiene toallas y jabones por si los necesitas. Tiene todo lo que un hotel necesita! ????

Un fantastico hotel situato vicino alla metro e anche quasi al centro di Parigi con macchina del caffè gratuita comprendendo cioccolata, caffelatte, caffè americano, tisane, inoltre è presente una machina che fornisce Acqua Fredda, frizzante o naturale e in fine è presente una machina con il ghiaccio

I am quite disappointed by this hotel. We stayed there for a week in June 2023, and our room in the 4th floor was really uncomfortable with no A/C. With 2 kids of 3 years and 6 months, we barely had a good night sleep. The hotel offers free coffee which is nice but they do not allow guests to sit in the lounge area for just a coffee during breakfast time. So if you are hoping to eat your favorite bakery (not the one from the hotel) with a coffee at peace in the morning you can just forget about it. As I tried to get my morning coffee before going to work, while my wife and two kids were sleeping in the room, I was told I had to leave the lounge area to go to my room… that was a very unpleasant experience. I highly discourage travelers from booking this hotel!

Oh also, the room cleaning service is not professional. Rooms are cleaned only once a week and (at least in our case), they did not even clean the floor or bathroom amenities, but merely quickly made the bed and added a roll of toilet paper.

I'll break it down a bit more below, but overall pretty pleased with my 2 week stay. Location is great- tons of bakeries nearby (well really all types of restaurants, but like 3 bakeries within a block), and multiple metro lines close by. No AC though, so keep it in mind if you're staying during the summer and maybe open the window. There was a fan in one of the closets. Friendly staff and comfy beds.

Une expérience décevante et inconfortable

Je suis récemment allé dans cet hôtel, et je me sens dans l'obligation de partager mon expérience décevante avec les futurs clients. La décoration de la chambre était démodée, donnant l'impression d'être resté coincé dans une autre époque. Cela aurait pu être excusable si le reste de la chambre avait été à la hauteur.

Malheureusement, ce n'était pas le cas. Certains équipements étaient mal fixés ou carrément cassés. Par exemple, la vasque était fissurée. De plus, une des appliques murales ne tenait pas.

Quant à la propreté, elle laissait sérieusement à désirer. J'ai trouvé des cheveux dans la salle de bain, ce qui est inacceptable dans un établissement hôtelier.

En somme, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel si vous cherchez un séjour confortable et agréable. Il y a de nombreux autres établissements qui offrent une meilleure qualité de service et d'hébergement pour un prix similaire.

Nous avons réservé un studio pour une nuit , ( nous allions à un concert ), chambre très propre , bon rapport qualité prix , proche du Bataclan . Petit déjeuner varié et copieux .
