The rooms are poorly designed and completely lack soundproofing—you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, making it impossible to relax. When I raised concerns about loud noises coming from the room above, the staff dismissed it as my imagination rather than addressing the issue. Their attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting guests or ensuring a pleasant experience.
To make matters worse, even though I paid a premium price, basic amenities were strictly controlled, which felt unreasonable for the cost. Given the service, the lack of comfort, and the overall poor management, I cannot recommend this place anymore. It has significantly declined in quality over the years, and I regret choosing to stay here.
キッチンは食器やカラトリーは揃っていたし、食洗機もきれいでした。
部屋もシャワーの排水が遅い以外は気にならないし、詰まっていないなら問題無い。清潔感や掃除加減も悪くない。
近くの中華料理も（青菜炒飯が嬉しい）有り難い。
周辺のパン屋さんは三店舗買ってみたけど…どれも好みでなかった。
割と人通りが少ないところなので、朝夜は少し不安かも。
The location is good, within walking distance to Bastille and the nearby market. There is also a butcher and supermarket nearby.
The kitchen was well-equipped with crockery and cutlery, and the dishwasher was clean.
The room was fine except for the shower draining slowly, which was fine as long as it wasn't clogged. The level of cleanliness and cleaning was not bad either.
I appreciate the Chinese food nearby (the green vegetable fried rice was great).
There are relatively few people around, so it may be a bit unsettling in the mornings and evenings.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les deux jeunes filles, l'espace accueil est juste un peu petit mais la chambre était vraiment bien. Elle était propre et la literie et les oreillers étaient vraiment confortables.
C'est vrai que la salle de bain était un peu vétuste mais ça n'empêche pas que c'était propre.
En plus l'appart hotel est dans un quartier idéalement situé pour se balader dans Paris. En plus il y a pleins de cafés trop sympa dont le Nilo que je recommande les yeux fermés. Et aussi des super restaux comme les cuivres à proximité.

Lo malo es que las habitaciones son miniatura, bastante incómodas y amenos que te hospedes una semana no limpian. Me he quedado en esta cadena Citadines en otras ubicaciones en París y debo decir que esta es la peor.
The cleaning was poor. When I arrived the place was covered in layers of of dust. Housekeeping cleans every 4 days. During my stay they came twice. The first cleaner did a job so poor it left me feeling uncomfortable. On the second occasion they did a good job.
Front service is also a hit or miss. Some days they were great and exceed expectations, others they were unhelpful. I experienced a severe leg injury and had to seek medical attention during my stay. Something as simple as "we have a wheelchair" wasn't communicated by the front desk. I was only made aware of its existence when a maintenance worker (who I am very grateful towards) saw me hobbling as I made my way to the hospital.
Excellent location. There are great cafes, bars, supermarkets, gyms and more within walking distance.
I ended up staying there for about 12 days. 3 members of my party decided to cut their losses and found other arrangements.
