Considering the location near many boulevards and two stations, this was a restful place to stay, well sound-proofed. Courteous staff. The room was rather small, no doubt because of the small site the hotel is built on.

Made to feel very welcome by the staff. Great breakfast. Room a bit small but that is Paris! Everything clean and tidy. Great location short wlak from Gare Du Nord. Reasonably priced

I booked a room in this hotel for one night and it was ok for what I needed. A bed and a shower. Although very close to station, area wasn’t very pleasant. |But Beware …… I booked the hotel a few days before arrival for €101 and a pre authorisation of €140 was taken and then the following day another €140 was taken. €280 in total. On checkout, I was asked to pay €101 which I did , on the promise the pre authorisation would be released. It’s now been over 10 days and €280 is still on hold and despite numerous exchanges it’s still not been sorted. Think twice before staying here.

A lovely little hotel: quiet, clean and in a good location close to trains. Staff are very welcoming and helpful, kitchen staff in particular. They do need to attend to the door buzzer at the entrance as it can be a bit tiresome waiting in the cold for it to open.

Location is amazing, the rooms are suitably sound proofed. The lift is very small, and the air-conditioning is limited to heat mode, so you cannot get the room cold.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, but I wouldn't stay here again unfortunately.

This hotel is a couple of minutes walk from Gare de l'Est, and some 5 minutes from Gare du Nord. Boulevard Magenta is a a nice Boulevard in Paris and furthermore the hotel is right next to the start of the Faubourg Saint Denis. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, rooms were great.

Le personnel a été très sympathique, poli et à l’écoute. Merci à eux !
En revanche, la chambre n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles : douche avec beaucoup de moisissures sur les bords, murs défoncés par endroits, peinture qui s’écaille. Très déçue à ce niveau-là, d’autant plus que la chambre que j’avais à cet hôtel un an auparavant était très bien.

Schönes Hotel, kleines Zimmer, aber mit allem was man benötigt. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was man so braucht. Das Hotel ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Gar de l'Est entfernt und man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten auch zu Fuß. Dabei entdeckt man immer wieder auch schöne und interessante Plätze. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We got a room on 4th floor and next 2 days lift did not work and it was in non working state until we left. My age old mom was with me. The staff was helpful for getting a room on ground floor on our last night stay as requested but it was so inconvenient without lift . People book Mercure because of brand name but it was fairly disappointing experience.

Even on booking online I paid more price through their website and when I visited their board was showing less price almost 30-40 euros less per night which was really surprising.

Even breakfast menu has very limited options as compared to other Accor group hotels , even lower budget Accor hotels have better menu options. Early morning itself they were many items which were finished and had to ask staff for refill .Only location was great.

We were welcomed after a long day of travel. Our room was always cleaned and restocked. The location was very close to many travel options. We will recommend our hotel to friends and family to use when visiting Paris.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit avec mon conjoint et mon fils de 5 ans. Tout s’est très bien passé, hôtel idéalement situé près de la gare et du métro. Chambre au rez de chaussée très calme et confortable.
Petites attentions dans notre chambre pour notre arrivée (coloriages, chocolats, boissons et petit mot) Merci beaucoup à Laura pour son accueil et sa sympathie !
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour un prochain séjour.
