Positive: Only location Negative: AC was not working at all.Lift was very unusual it stops between floor. It does not stop on the floor. That such a weired thing never seen before.

Nous avons été reçu par une réceptionniste très impolie et arrogante qui ne connait pas son rôle .elle nous a insulté comme du n importe quoi et à raconter des mensonges à la gouvernante.|Merci de l envoyer en formation ou d en trouver une autre.|Mais par contre une gouvernante très gentille qui mérite même d être agent accueil.

First time in France. We paid €749.74 for 3 nights from April 8th. Hotel is dated but functional. The foyer, unlike some previous reviews, was small but did not smell like a urinal. We were greeted by a pleasant lady. The lift is very small and tucked away in a corner. It said 4 persons but you need to be stick shape to get 4 in it, lol. We were on the second floor which did not have a landing as such but we exited on a corner of the stairs and so had to go up about 6 steps to our floor. Entered the room and it was clean and acceptable. However not what I expected compared to the website photographs!! Anyway it served it's purpose. Breakfast is served in the basement which is compact and bijou, and in some area's again you need to be stick shape to move between people who are already having their breakfast. All self service continental. All in all did not find any nasty faults. The only thing was that the Aircon was not working but we opened the window so not a problem.

Inadmissible d'avoir la possibilité de pouvoir réserver sur tout les sites pour une journée et lorsqu'on arrive la réservation n'est pas pris en compte car <> or, la plage de rendez vous est ouverte. Faire déplacer les gens pour rien et refusé l'accès est inadmissible, pourtant réservation confirmé. Pourquoi laisser la plage de réservation ouverte le week-end si vous n'avez pas de femme de ménage ? Pour faire du profit ? . Personnel peu aimable de plus.

The location for the hotel is good, some of the staff is rude,hotel is boring clean.We visited with baby our room was so cold the location heating is not working the air conditioner works cold my husband was going three times to the reception to explain the situation and after they given small heater I don’t recognise the families.

Bruyant. Trop cher pour la chambre et les prestations. Petit déjeuner trop cher pour ce qu'il y a a manger. J'ai fait remarquer a la personne du petit déjeuner que les yaourts étaient périmés de 4 jours.. les oeufs a la.coque on en parle pas!! Des oeufs dur oui mais pas.a la coque!! Tache sur les chaises. Hôtel vieillot!! Tre étroit...Et le parking souterrain a fuir!! Horrible !! Seul l'emplacement est bien est encore là.gare du nord craint un peu... Bref... Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel !!

Chambres nikel, personnel sympathique et de bon conseil. Original salle de déjeuner au sous-sol, on dirait qu'on descend dans le fournil du boulanger !

The room is small and clean. The hotel is old and nothing special but the location is fantastic. Overall better than expected for the price, would stay there again if I am traveling through Gare du Nord or Gare l'Est.

It was so bad experience to stay at this hotel..the staff “big guy” so rude..can’t negotiate at all…i came with family and have little baby..he not allowed my husband and the eldest stay together..he said 2 person only in 1 room..he ask my husband tu take the other room..he tried to made extra charge to my husband..it was
The room is not like in the picture showed.the room is so tiny..they used old furniture and not too clean..

Bad service at the front desk. The lift is broken when we got there, we asked to store our luggage in the front desk but they told us it was full but we see there’s plenty of space available. They told us to take our big heavy luggages to the 5th floor, my parents are old!

We arrived at the check in time, our room isn’t available yet. They told us to wait at the 5th floor with our luggages without giving us the room key. I had to go down the stairs again to take the key. And we still have to wait.

The room is mid, the heater isn't warm. Not recommended for the range of price.

It was just bad. The mattress was really unconfortable, the pillows were terrible, the bathroom had a burnt hair drier, the shower tiles were mouldy. The window was shockingly dirty and there was a weird smell. They say the room had a view, but I can assure you it came also with an audio..it's impossible to sleep,the noise from the street is too loud.
Breakfast price not worthed.
I regret having saved money and booking this hotel, because it was our last night in France and it wasn't pleasant.
This said, staff were nice and helpful, and the location is great if you travel to/ from Gare Du Nord. The metro is literally in front of the hotel.
Though this also means that the area isn't the safest and nicest.
