I will not stay here again.
The only thing that I didn't like is the fact that there was a lot of dust and some trash under the beds.
Al regresar a nuestra habitación, encontramos todas nuestras valijas exactamente en el mismo lugar, pero con los cierres rotos. Lo peor de todo es que nos robaron los perfumes de mujer, y estamos seguros de que fue el personal de limpieza, ya que no faltaba nada más y todo estaba acomodado como si nada hubiera pasado.
Cuando intentamos hablar con el gerente, su respuesta fue totalmente inaceptable: no asumió ninguna responsabilidad y prefirió confiar en su personal antes que en los huéspedes. Para colmo, el hotel no tiene cámaras de seguridad, lo que les permite deslindarse de cualquier problema y dejar a los viajeros desprotegidos.
Si buscan un lugar seguro, este NO es el indicado. Si quieren que les roben, vengan aquí.

Das Zimmer war in einem miserablen Zustand – dreckig, staubig und offensichtlich nicht richtig gereinigt. Das Schlimmste war jedoch, dass es kein warmes Wasser gab! Zudem waren die Fenster kaputt, sodass es nachts eiskalt war und wir kaum schlafen konnten. Wir haben das Problem an der Rezeption gemeldet, aber statt eine Lösung zu finden oder die Fenster zu reparieren, hat man uns nur eine zusätzliche Decke gegeben – einfach nur lächerlich.
Für das Geld, das wir bezahlt haben, hätten wir definitiv etwas Besseres erwartet. Ich kann nur jedem dringend abraten, hier zu übernachten. Nie wieder!

Même si le tarif était raisonnable (environ 50€/p/n) la chambre avait des traces de moisissures (aération quasi inexistante), literie correcte, bouilloire avec café et thé.

Our room consists of 1 main bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 separate room with a twin bed. Both rooms have small balcony. I can see people enjoying these during nice days. The smaller room light switch was not working but lamps did. The washroom was spacious, hand soap and body wash were provided. There is also a table and chair, cabinet to hang your coat. We didn’t know how to change temperature (I didn’t find switch) but the heater was hot. I don’t think there is air conditioning, thus fan is provided. Room was clean, no dust, nice laminate flooring. There were a lot of boulangerie nearby and that’s what I did in the morning.
Using Uber, from Orly Airport to this hotel it was €37. From this hotel to CDG €40. The front desk was offering a shuttle which if I book would cost me €60 (for 3 people)
You will also have to pay City Tax €11.06 for 1 night (2 adults, 1 teen)
CON: No light on the sign outside so very hard to see at night. If balcony is open, it can be quite noisy.
Also be aware of the bicycle lane in front of the hotel - these cyclists are crazy and cycle very fast
I see some reviewers have made complaints but I don't feel a lot of these are deserving. To be honest, I have found the rooms I stayed in to be clean, well maintained and comfortable.
Being a solo traveller for both stays, I was just happy to have a nice room to put my head down in at the end of the night.
It's a short walk from the main train station and there are metro stops nearby as well. The location is also a short walk from some of the main sights of Paris. There is also a supermarket nearby and some nice looking cafes within a two to three minute walk if you like your coffee and such.
The staff were always great to me and I will probably be looking for availability here when I am next in Paris.
