Good hotel for a few days stay in Paris. Was clean and located close to metro and walking distance to a lot restaurant and sights. Rooms a bit small but about average for Paris at this price. Balcony door didn't lock, and the hairdryer not working were the only downsides.

Personnel très chaleureux et accueillant. Lit King size très confortable. La bagagerie s’avère être très utile pour y laisser ses affaires avant de repartir. Petit déjeuner très correct.logement très bien situé. Je recommande vivement !

Super schönes Hotel in optimaler Lage. Haben ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und ein Upgrade auf die Junior Suite bekommen, das war super! Auch das Personal an der Rezeption durchgehend super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Très bel établissement situé idéalement en plein coeur de Paris.|Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et bien décorées. Le personnel est agréable et nous accueil avec le sourire.|Nous ne regrettons pas notre nuit passée dans cet hôtel. Je recommande vivement.

J’ai séjourné une semaine à l’Hôtel Icône dans le cadre d’un déplacement professionnel. La chambre, située au dernier étage, était plutôt propre, de taille convenable et offrait une agréable vue sur les toits de Paris. Un incident à l’arrivée (fuite au niveau du lavabo) a été rapidement résolu grâce à la réactivité et à la disponibilité du personnel, que je salue. Le petit déjeuner, bien que classique, reste satisfaisant. L’insonorisation des chambres pourrait toutefois être améliorée. En dépit de ce point, l’établissement constitue tout de même une bonne adresse que je recommande.

Ottima posizione vicino la metro e in un bel quartiere, personale molto gentile e sorridente, hanno avuto problemi con la prenotazione e ci hanno dato una camera più bella allo stesso prezzo (data l’assenza di altre camere, come quella che avevamo prenotato)

Hôtel idéalement situé, proche du métro et de plusieurs restaurants et commerces. Personnel attentionné, discret, disponible et réactif.

J’ai réservé via Dayuse, mais les photos présentées ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. J’ai même cru m’être trompé d’hôtel. À notre arrivée, on nous a donné une toute petite chambre au 6ème étage sans aucune bouteille d’eau, ce qui m’a surpris. De plus, les chambres sont très mal insonorisées et le ménage n’avait pas été fait, Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Loved the modern bathroom the shower was fab. The member of staff on reception was so welcoming, a great guy. The stairway could do with a splash of paint but other than that our stay was great.

Pay extra and go somewhere else. Although price and location were good, the hotel room was terrible. It had mould on walls and curtains. Floors were mucky and all the furniture were scratched, damaged and stained. Guy at reception was not happy and argued over when toilet paper when we asked for some as cleaning services didn’t give us any. Bed or the pillows are not comfortable to sleep in. Walls are very thin and you can hear people’s conversations even few doors down.

My husband and I stayed in the hotel for one night and I have to say we were very satisfied. First of all, we arrived early in the Morning and were told that we had booked the day before (which was my mistake because I didn't look at the date properly), so unfortunately we paid the night before and lost the money. However, we were only charged a minimal amount for a new night, which is not a given, the man at reception could have charged the full price for our mistake. First of all, thank you very much for that! We were also allowed to go straight to our room (7:30 a.m.) even though the information said check-in was at 3 p.m., so we were even able to rest a little in the room before we explored Paris. The staff at reception were really super friendly, both in the morning (I think his name was Wills) and the friendly man in the evening/night. They were always helpful and gave us tips. The hotel is also very centrally located, which made our stay easier as it was our first time in Paris. Our room was a bit small, but not too bad for a short stay, but the mattresses were comfortable and we slept well in the bed. We'll definitely come back ☺️ see u soon

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette hôtel

Hôtel bien situé, bon accueil, bonne literie cependant pas mal de point négatif pour un hôtel 3 étoiles, 1 lampe de chevet sur 2 qui ne fonctionne pas, saleté dans les coins de la chambre, les plaintes sont abîmées, quand on prends une douche on met de l’eau partout dans le reste de la pièce pas top.. très mal isolé, on entends les portes claquées de nos voisins de chambre, le téléphone du couloir qui sonne toute la matinée c’est insupportable, l’ascenseur pas très rassurant puisqu’il s’arrête entre 2 étages pour repartir 10s après. Décevant.

Tiny room without plugs near bed, bathroom is so small and inconvenient. Everything is very old and shabby. If you closed the bathroom door from inside , you can’t open the shower( look at the picture ) ???? only location is fine. You pay money mostly for location not for the hotel. I think the room is ok for one, but for 2 people it’s too small

Icone hotel should a bread&breakfast not a three star hotel. The service is very very poor and limited. No blind in the bathroom the rooms are too little compared with what it shows on the picture. Very poor decoration. The standard is very poor for a three star hotel. I arrived there on the 13th with my girlfriend I got told by the receptionist that apart the payment I made online the still a tax to be paid at hotel per person staying there. I accept but I stayed just one night cameback to England cus I didn’t like the hotel standard my girlfriend stayed five days but they still charged my five days tax saying I didn’t use any service but I still have to pay. I don’t get it. When I got told by the receptionist the extra was for service charges.
And the staff are very rude. I ask for explanation he told me he got nothing to explain is the bill that’s. I won’t advise anyone to stay there.

La réception de l’hôtel et le personnel sympa. Mais nous avons eu des problèmes pour fermer la porte et fermer fenêtres ( qui sont rester ouvertes tout les séjours ducoup…) la chambre est très petite. Problèmes avec le pommeau de douche. MAL isolée… on entendais les voisins mêmes leurs réveils. je trouve ça assez chère en sachant qu’on avait pas le petit déjeuner… je recommande pas

La ubicación de este hotel es fantástica. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el aire acondicionado y el recepcionista de la noche pasaba un poco de nosotras. Entiendo que era de noche y quizá no podía hacer nada pero con habernos dicho eso bastaba… y no haber dado las vueltas que dimos. Sin embargo, el personal del día siguiente nos lo arregló y nos ofreció un trato inmejorable. El desayuno es buffet, pequeñito pero todo muy bueno. La habitación muy limpia y espaciosa.

This was a horrible experience. The hotel is nicely located and clean. Rooms are too small. No shower curtains, horrible tiny flat pillows. You cannot get out of bed unless the person sleeping next to you gets up. Service is the worst, and the attitude of the staff is beyond disrespectful.
