There is no elevator all the way up to the top floor, which means you have to carry your bags up a spiral staircase from the sixth floor to the seventh floor if you were staying there.

Room AC was completely non-functional and it happened to be 85F when we stayed and was genuinely one of the hottest rooms I have ever stayed in. Staff was great and got me a fan but as someone traveling with a baby, I would have appreciated a heads up that that gate was as hot as the gates of hell

Initially the room was set up for one person when there was 2 of us, but Beatrice on the front desk was very helpful. She sorted out more pillows and towels for the room, then immediately got us a fan when the air con was slightly weak. Really made our stay a lot more comfortable. Thank you!

Un hotel parfait pour quelques jours à Paris.
Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour notre séjour de 2 jours à Paris dans l'optique d'une journée de visite et une journée à Roland-Garros. Ce choix s'est avéré plus que correct.
Les réceptionnistes sont très sympatiques et n'ont pas hésité à nous aider. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages après notre départ et les récupérer en fin de journée.
La chambre est exactement ce à quoi on peut s'attendre dans cette gamme d'hôtel. Petite mais très fonctionnelle.
Un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel au final

Ein schönes Hotel für einen Kurztrip nach Paris. Freundliches Personal und sehr schöne Zimmer. Das Frühstück hat uns auch gefallen. Es war für jeden etwas dabei.
Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Amazing hotel. The staff were kind and sweet. Whole stay was very pleasant and we were well taken care of. The location was perfect. Regular rooms were bit small but nevertheless every boutique style hotel has similar room area. Definitely recommend.

Hotel was perfect. Very clean, staff excellent, room clean and comfortable. Location is just a couple mins walk from the train station which made going into town easier. I would go back.

Réservé deux mois auparavant je n’ai jamais été prévenu que l’hôtel était en travaux … donc vu sur l’échafaudage par la fenêtre donc pas moyen d’ouvrir les rideaux pendant 3 jours

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé à proximité du quartier des théâtres, du quartier St Martin et de la gare de l’Est. Les tarifs sont particulièrement corrects pour un hôtel parisien. La chambre que j’ai eue, au 7° étage, était, bien que pas très grande, très bien aménagée, propre, équipée et pratique. J’ai beaucoup aimé la décoration et le style, entre classique et moderne. C’est totalement dans mes goûts et j’y ai passé une très belle nuit. La salle de bain est également très bien pensée et agréable. Petit plus, la réception 24/24 dont l’accueil fut des plus courtois.

For what this hotel is it met all expectations. The location was convenient to metro and bus stations as well as train stations. Easily commutable to all areas of the city. The rooms while basic were clean and comfortable and were spacious enough for a 5 night stay. Easily walkable to cafes for breakfast even though the hotel offered breakfast there. I enjoy trying something new every day when in a new city. Taking the stairs was often quicker than taking the lift but it was appreciated to have it working with our bags. The price was right and made the slightly further out location worth it for us instead of staying closer to the main attractions. Staff was friendly and check in and check out were smooth.

It was a good location, close to shops, restaurants and to transport, different train stations, however there is construction work everywhere.
We initially had a room with scaffolding right outside our window so we couldn’t even open it (weren’t allowed), but the manager Flores kindly arranged for another room after our first night (which she kindly reimbursed)
The breakfast was good, homely and sufficient. Our second room was nice, very confined though… but you’ll find this everywhere here. Clean, good service, beds comfortable, nice pillows, view of street. Not too noisy with windows closed. We stayed 5 nights and did enjoy our stay. That you too to Noor who helped us on the first night.

Charming hotel in a great location! Our room was on the smaller side, but it was clean, fresh, and very comfortable — we slept really well. The hotel is perfectly situated near Gare de l’Est with easy access to the metro, making it simple to get around the city. We also loved the neighborhood — full of great cafés, restaurants, and a lively yet cozy Parisian atmosphere. A lovely place to stay for a city break!
