工事中ですが気にならず、お部屋も改装済みでした！特にリクエストはしていませんでしたが、12時にアーリーチェックインが出来ました。フロントの方はとてもフレンドリーで優しい方です。たまたまアイスクリームのサービスもあり美味しかったです！

I am sure the hotel is good but we visited whilst a large renovation was going on. If I was aware of that, I would have chosen another hotel. Also, we had a large leak from the air conditioning unit in the bedroom in the night. The hotel couldn’t provide us with another room as they were fully booked so gave us lots of towels to go on the floor for the leaking. In the morning, we were offered a full refund.

Nous avons organisé un workshop pour la société Neogen au Novotel Paris Les Halles le 15 mai 2025, et nous avons été ravis de l’accompagnement reçu. L’équipe a été au top : disponible, efficace et toujours prête à aider. Un grand merci à Basile et Johanne pour leur présence, leur réactivité et leur bienveillance tout au long du projet ! Vous avez vraiment fait la différence.

???? ¡Una experiencia excepcional en el Novotel Paris Les Halles! ????

Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable: el personal es atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación es perfecta — a pasos del Louvre, Notre-Dame y con conexión directa al transporte público (¡la estación Les Halles está al lado!). Ideal para explorar París sin complicaciones.

Las habitaciones son modernas, espaciosas y muy limpias, con camas cómodas que garantizan un descanso reparador.

También destacamos las instalaciones: zona de relax y detalles pensados para familias (¡viajamos con niños y fue todo más fácil!).

Sin duda, volveremos y recomendamos este hotel a todo el mundo. ¡Gracias al equipo del Novotel y, especialmente, a Guillaume por hacer de nuestra estadía algo inolvidable! ????❤️

Good vacation hotel. Stayed here for a week. The staff were helpful on a number of occasions. With renovations continuing the disruptions were kept to a minimum. Vacuuming of the room could have been more thorough.

Professionalità alla reception dove si parlava anche italiano, una vera chicca in Francia! ottima camera ( junior suite ) con vista sui tetti di Parigi, Torre Eiffel inclusa. Tutto era perfetto per pulizia e comfort. Eccellente posizione per muoversi sia a piedi ( pochi minuti da Louvre - Notre Dame - Center Pompidou - rue de Rivoli... ) che con mezzi pubblici (stazione Chatelet Les Halles per Rer, Metro e Bus). Sottolineo la professionalità, la gentilezza e l'empatia di Monsieur D'jamel che ci ha accolto con preziosi consigli.

Nous avons vécu une magnifique privatisation du Patio, nos invités étaient bluffés par l'endroit, un trésor caché au coeur de Paris, sous le jasmin en fleur, les gens se sont régalés et n'ont pas tari d'éloge sur la réussite de l'évènement, la nourriture était de qualité ainsi que les vins, l'équipe extrêmement réactive et serviable, merci!

Lo mejor el personal del hotel, súper atentos, todos en general y en particular Cristina. El desayuno fantástico. El hotel estaba en obras pero no nos ha molestado en ningún momento . El único pero , el servicio de habitaciones , la aplicación no funciona correctamente.

The ice cream is amazing!! I have never had ice cream taste so good before. I will be dreaming about the vanilla and strawberry swirl once my trip is over. If you have the time to get the ice cream, you must.

Rooms were decent, but service is excellent. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Ice cream at check-in is something I did not expect but was a delight! Location is PERFECT. The only downside is the current renovation which takes place from 9-5. We were busy during the day so we did miss most of the noise. The very friendly staff makes up for it though. Would definitely come back again.

Excellent emplacement a deux pas station RER B pour rejoindre l'aéroport et aussi Metro Station Chatelet avec desserte dans Paris ...

Senza infamia e senza lode, le camere sono buone ma ciabatte, cuffie per la doccia e cose che si trovano abitualmente non erano presenti.
Ma la posizione è perfetta.
Situato sopra la stazione Chatelet Les-Halles.
Di sera nei dintorni si può trovare una vasta scelta di locali dove potersi divertire.

Room was infested with Mosquitos, AC did not work properly, sofa bed was in poor condition, and the pillows provided are of very cheap quality. Very disappointing for a hotel of this stature and the price paid. Despite the great location, I would not stay here again and would not recommend to family or friends.

Great Hotel, great location very close to metro. Short walk to George Pompidou centre and Louvre. Excellent staff and lovely room. Highly recommend this hotel.
