We stayed three nights at this hotel. We checked in on a Wednesday and left Saturday morning. We had a room facing the street/alley. Little did we know there were two night clubs across the street from our hotel/room. The first two nights were fine (no noise) but Friday night was horrible due to the bar noise. People were outside honking their car horns, screaming and talking very loud. We did not get much sleep that night and we had a 12 hour flight home the next day. If you stay there, make sure you get an inside room overlooking the courtyard or away from the front of the hotel -not one facing the road where the hotel entrance is located. The rooms were updated and a good size. The staff was nice, the food was good and the bartender was great.

Friendly welcoming staff, had a Privilege room which was very comfortable and spotlessly clean the breakfast was amazing.|Short walk to the Champs Elysee and about 10-15 minutes from Arc de Triumph where you can pick up hop on bus but Metro near.|The only problem I had was no walk in shower in standard of room I wanted and cannot climb in bath to use overhead shower

i have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and fid not enjoy the stay at all. Firstly the rooms are small and the sofa bed they provide is not comfortable at all the carpets are not clean enough all trough the hotel. The fridge did not work in the room. One night we came back from outside bare in mind we been out all day, we came back to our hotel room door open ( not locked ) anyone could off went in and we had valuables in the room. I have spoken to the receptionist but I have been told we will look into our cctv and get back to you and they haven’t got back to us at all. It’s quiet expensive for a low standard service hotel and did not meet my standard. The only good thing about the hotel is the location which is in the heart of the champ Élysée.

A lovely stay for a business trip. |Great location, I am told this is a nice party of the city from my local colleagues.|Shops and restaurants close by. |About a 20-25 min walk to the Eiffel tower. |The hotel offers breakfast which is ok but it’s expensive and the restaurant lacks vibes and views, I’d recommend heading out to one of the nearby cafes to eat.

Our family of nine (9) stayed at Rochester, and in every way found it a 4-star + hotel. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. A generous and tasteful breakfast bar added to our stay. We have voted to vacation there again next year. Great Hotel.

They made our son’s surprise engagement so special! They accommodated all of us to get ready early before check in time. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The food is great and the staff is extremely friendly!! The location and value is worth every penny and the price is very reasonable.

Great location about 5 mins walk from the beautiful Champs Elysees. Friendly staff, comfortable, spacious rooms and large choice for breakfast. Great opportunities for sightseeing, whether on foot or on the Metro. Would thoroughly recommend.

The hotel was fabulous, the team even assisted with making restaurant recommendations prior to my arrival which were top notch.
Service, cleanliness, location, price five stars. They even have an excellent sauna which is a rare but underrated amenity for long trips or any time on the road. The breakfast lived up to the hype; I would absolutely stay here again.

Hôtel réservé à plusieurs reprises mais cette fois-ci très décevant, une odeur désagréable de cigarette dans la chambre. J'ai dû aérer à plusieurs reprises !!! Mais dans l'ensemble, hôtel très agréable

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience! Large rooms by European standards and a fantastic location. The breakfast was great although there are plenty of other places within walking distance. Loved the terrace for an evening cocktail, too. All the staff was helpful and our minimal French was no issue, everyone spoke English well. We would stay here again!

We stayed in this wonderful Hotel for 3 nights for easter holidays. The location of the hotel is perfect and close to many attractions. The room is very tidy, beautiful and luxurious and has everything we need. Their breakfast is superb with many options to choose from.And the breakfast area is open until 13:00 PM. The hotel staff are very polite and a big THANKS to all the members for the wonderful service. If I ever come back to paris I would love to stay in Hotel Rochester.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Rochester. Renovated room and lobby, super clean and comfortable, I can’t imagine a better hotel. Cannot recommend this place enough, you won’t find better.
