Hôtel rénové, mais au raffinement d'antan doté de chambres et suites non-fumeurs au style anglais et au confort moderne.
Dans un immeuble du XVIIe siècle entièrement rénové, cet hôtel a conservé le raffinement d’antan. Les 15 chambres, dont 2 suites, sont très cosy, très style anglais et elles offrent tout le confort moderne avec une salle de bains complète. On retrouve le même mobilier à chaque étage mais les teintes et les imprimés varient. Pas de salle à manger, le petit déjeuner continental (décliné selon deux possibilités) est servi en chambre et il n'y a pas d'horaires. Un vrai bon plan.

After much research, I decided on this Hotel for the location and the family room option, we wanted somewhere nice in the centre that also had space for the 4 of us to chill out. Having 2 bathrooms with showers was great and separate space for the girls with their own beds upstairs was ideal. We were in room 500(5th floor) the family suite - it was very nice and the location is excellent. We didn't have breakfast as the teenagers didn't get up in time. but lots of nice boulangeries in the area that I used and brought back to the room. We were not looking for a cheap option, but thought this was worth it and would definitely stay here again. Staff were very friendly too.

We had a great experience at this hotel last week. The family duplex is a great space with plenty of room to spread out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is superb.

Hôtel très confortable et très calme (nous étions au 5e étage). Personnel très sympathique. Bon rapport qualité prix vue la situation exceptionnelle de cet établissement. La salle de petit déjeuner est vraiment sympa dans une salle voûtée au sous-sol.

This is one of the most disappointing hotels we have had the displeasure of staying at. First, our paperwork, the internet, and the sign on the hotel's window say check-in is at 2 pm. We arrived at 1 pm knowing that it was possible that the room wasn't going to be ready. So the staff offered to hold our luggage while we went to find something to eat. When we returned at 2:15 pm, the gentleman at the desk said the room wasn't ready and then argued that check-in was at 3 pm after the manager had told us it was 2 pm. When we finally received our room and went up to our room we noticed the room was very old and rundown looking, the walls were an ugly green colour, and the bedspread was torn. The final straw was that there was no air conditioning in the room. We specifically chose this hotel because they advertised that they have air conditioning. When we notified the front desk we were told that this was June in Paris and it was warm so the room would be warm. The manager offered to bring us fans to the room. This was unacceptable. We eventually had to decide to leave the hotel as the room was too uncomfortable. The manager and the staff are extremely rude and not very helpful.
