Chambre un peu petite mais avec les 2 lits requis . Parfaitement propre . Personnel très sympathique , serviable et à l’écoute!

Baignoire à la place d’une douche pas très pratique,systèmes d’éclairage un peu compliqué à utiliser il faut faire le tour de la chambre pour arriver à tout éteindre le placard a vêtement était petit pour deux personnes ||Personnel très accueillant

Just 15 minutes from Gare du Nord. Around the corner you find enough bars and restaurants. Metro château d'eau is 5 minutes walking. The rooms streetside there is some noise, but not to much. The room is good with excellent beds. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is enough. For us next the again Aulivia Opera Hotel! Good food and wine: Faubourg 34!

L'hôtel me paraissait bien mais très déçu de la qualité d'insonorisation des chambres. Beaucoup de bruit dans la rue jusqu'à 1H30 du matin. Et si vous avez un peu d'embonpoint, bon courant pour rentrer et sortir de la douche.

I was a little skeptical with the reviews I read. I knew I wanted to get a good sleep, and thought I might not due to the noise outside. I decided to take a chance, and stay here. I am happy I did! I am not sure where these reviews are coming from, but my stay was excellent! I hardly heard anything going on outside. Granted, my room was facing the courtyard, and that might be the reason. But the beds were comfortable, room was quiet, and plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. The hotel has 3 metro stations within 500 meters, which will get you anywhere in town within 35 minutes. Staff were super friendly, and helpful. My French is terrible, and they spoke much better English than I spoke French. One day, I was hungover, and just wanted to stay in. All I did, was put the sign on my door, and I was not disturbed. I would stay here again. If you like to go to bars and restaurants, this place is perfect for you.

Super séjour à l’hôtel Aulivia Opéra, le personnel est accueillant et adorable. Mention spécial à la personne qui s’occupe des petits déjeuner et aux femmes de chambres.

la localisation était parfaite pour notre besoin de ce week-end et le hall au Rdc est cosy et charmant. La superficie de la chambre était un peu petite à notre goût.

L’équipe est très serviable. Ils se sont arrangés malgré la non livraison de sans gluten pour me trouver des produits à manger pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avons eu un problème d’eau chaude mais c’est indépendant de leur volonté. Ils ont être très serviables et compréhensible vis à vis des enfants. La chambre était petite mais propre et bien agencée. Je recommande

This hotel is close to metro stations to get to all typical attractions. Staff are friendly and a great help. ||Free fresh water and sparkling water machine in lobby to refill your bottles. Breakfast option available too although we did not use it preferring to get out onto the streets. Rooms are very small but this is typical in Paris - the lobby downstairs had a room with chairs and sofas which we used to congregate with our friends to plan our day. Supermarket across the road was handy too. Heaps of bars and eating places close by. Recommend packing ear plugs as the nights are noisy with street life.

L'hôtel est parfait, la chambre très bien, le petit déjeuner très bon, et les personnes vraiment à l'écoute et très sympathiques. Idéal, pour venir dormir, après un concert sur Paris.||||J'ai apprécié le petit thé, juste après le concert, je n'avais plus trop de voix, merci

Bonjour,||Malheureusement la fenêtre de notre salle de bain était cassée (le 18/04), la personne de l'accueil a pu prendre quelques photos. comme notre chambre donnait sous le bar nous n'avons pas pu dormir à cause du bruit jusqu'a 2h du matin.

Bon accueil - petit déjeuner complet avec céréales, oeufs, yaourt... chambre OK même si petite, mais à Paris c'est partout pareil. quelques trucs un peu vieillissants (joints douche, porte de salle de bain abimée, éclairage à bout de course ..) peut-être surévalué pour un 4 étoiles

Un classement 4* et un positionnement prix ~200€/nuit incompréhensibles. État général moyen. Chambre datée avec fenêtre simple vitrage et absence d’isolation, on entend tout de son entourage. Mauvaise literie. Petit déjeuner simpliste au choix réduit. Personnel sympathique mais qui ne permet pas tout

Accueil et chambre agréable. Par contre bruit insupportable (machinerie de l'ascenseur ou dans le système de ventilation extérieur à la chambre ?) à 2h du matin, puis travaux dans le couloir à partir de 9h (perceuse).

This is a little gem. It's very central in Paris. Room wasn't big, but very cosy. Lovely designed bathroom, and all very clean. Elevator available. Best of all was our host Anthony, there both in the evening at check in as well as early morning at checkout. You won't find a more helpful person than Anthony. A little hard to get to by car in rush hour. Parking garage just a few steps away, small supermarket just across the street as well. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Hôtel très bien situé près des gares de l'Est et du Nord.Chambre au 4ème pas trop petite, fenêtre de toit munie d'un bâton pour l'ouverture et le store, vue du ciel uniquement; petit déjeuner excellent, remarquable avec des produits frais; fontaine d'eau à la disposition des clients grâce à des bouteilles en verre; tout est fait pour la durabilité et le bien-être du client! Hôtel très bien placé au centre de Paris. Entrée atypique avec un petit salon et possibilité de se rafraîchir.
Chambre petite, propre même si il y a une moquette au sol !

Rooms are small, but that is expected in such a tendered area. Metro is nearby (4 min walk) great bakeries, food and shops nearby.

The evening tender Chris was very sweet and informative. He put out an awesome breakfast spread.

Otelin en iyi tarafi lokasyonu her yere yuruyerek ulasabiliyorsunuz.Ikinci en iyi tarafi bence kahvaltisi emsallerinin cok uzerindeydi .Olumsuz taraflari odalar cok kucuk, alan dar ben tek kisi bir odaya ancak sigdim .Diger olumsuz tarafi odalar arasinda ses yalitimi ve izolasyon yok yan ve diger odalardan her turlu ses geliyor ! Parisi gezmek icin sabah cikip aksam gelirim artik yan odalardaki gelen sesleri ve aksiyonlari da pek umarsam diyorsaniz tercih edilebilir .

Le personnel est très sympathique et arrangeant.
Par contre, les chambres ne valant pas un 4 étoiles … salle de bain extrêmement étroite et assez insalubre, chambre très petite, femme de ménage qui force pour entrer faire le ménage alors qu’on dit non 3 fois(normal qu’elle entende pas étant donné qu’elle est au téléphone, on entend toute sa conversion), chambre bruyante sur la rue, et quartier central certes mais selon nous mal fréquenté, c’est au niveau métro Château d’Eau, Strasbourg saint Denis.
Malgré un accueil chaleureux, nous ne reviendrons pas l’hôtel Aulivia.
