Charmant hôtel très bien situé. Stations de métro accessible en moins de quelques minutes de marche. À moins de 10 minutes de marche de la Place des Vosges et de la Place de la Bastille. Chambre confortable, bien décorée et très propre. Ma chambre donnait sur la cour, très calme, aucun bruit, parfait pour le repos !|Une belle variété de produits frais pour le déjeuner. Personnel courtois toujours disponible pour nous aider.|Je recommande fortement cet hôtel !

So happy we took a chance and booked this little boutique hotel. It is situated very close to the metro stops Chemin Vert and Bastille. Neighborhood is a great vibe with lots of locals. The main strip of Saint John is about a 10 minute walk where you can find lots of shops and Boulangeries. There are two Franprix’s nearby for anything you may want to have in your room and also a bunch of restaurants. The staff were ALL incredibly friendly and polite and the hotel is kept very clean round the clock - there was always someone cleaning. There is an elevator, fridge and safe in the room, WORKING A/C and the beds and pillows were both very comfortable. There is also a Hairdryer in the bathroom (no iron or ironing board but this can be requested if needed).

You can select your stay to include breakfast downstairs from 7am-10 am. Croissants, cheese, fruit, cappuccinos/coffee/hot chocolate. The room size for Paris standards was large enough for 2 people, lots of luggage and lots of shopping to be stored.

As of May 2025 there is currently street construction happening along the street but we had a room facing the back and heard nothing at night so just try to ask for a room at the back if that is a concern.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Merci Beaucoup!

My daughter and I just stayed 12 nights here. A lovely room at the back and very quiet. The refrigerator and lift were very much appreciated along with the abundant hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was varied enough for most. Loved the coffee machine which had a variety of choices. Thank you for a great stay!

My wife and I spent 6 nights here recently and we were very pleased with the hotel. The staff were fantastic! Friendly, helpful and diligent. They were always willing to help and make recommendations. The rooms were small, but comfortable and very quiet. The hotel is located very close to a couple of Metro stops and makes getting around the city easy to do.
Thanks to everyone there for making our stay memorable and comfortable.

I chose this hotel based on reviews and its location in the Marais near the Opera Bastille. My room was clean and comfortable. It was small which I expected but it was well suited to my needs. It was very quiet and convenient to the Metro. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was a very good value and well stocked. I booked directly on the hotel website and got the best price that way.

Sommes clients de cet hôtel depuis de nombreuses années. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander. Très bon accueil et excellents conseils par la réception. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais fonctionnelles, tranquilles pour celles qui donnent à l’intérieur. La propreté est exemplaire. Très bon petit déjeuner. Et l’hôtel est très bien situé à 5’ à pied de la place des Vosges.

Η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχη. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα σε 4 διαφορετικές γραμμές μετρό κ αρκετές γραμμές λεωφορείων. Με τα πόδια σε 18 λεπτά είσαι στην Παναγία των Παρισίων. Ασφαλής περιοχή και με πολλές επιλογές για φαΐ και ποτό.
Το μέγεθος του δωματίου για Παρίσι, ήταν άκρως ικανοποιητικό με πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση. Το πρωινό μια χαρά και κυρίως πεντακάθαροι όλοι οι χώροι. Κάθε μέρα άλλαζαν πετσέτες και καθάριζαν το δωμάτιο. Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό. Αξίζει να το επιλέξετε!!

Das Hotel hat alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub in Paris braucht :||- sehr gute Lage direkt neben dem schönen Stadtviertel Marais und mehrere Metro Stationen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar||- schicke, wenn auch recht kleine Zimmer||- ausgesprochen freundliches Personal

Ett litet trevligt hotell med perfekt läge för att besöka Marais-kvarteren mm. Vi bodde i rum nummer 3 med egen ingång från den lilla innergården. Tyst och lugnt.|Trevlig personal och bra frukost. Frukost matsalen i minsta laget men fungerande.

We stayed here in August, 2022 for a few nights when we were last in Paris. The location was fantastic, close to several metro stations. There were some really nice restaurants and boulangeries in walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean and the price was good value. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the concierge was very helpful.

I definitely recommend this one for its position! The bathroom maybe needs to be renovated a little bit, but overall it was ok.
The breakfast is not remarkable to be honest.

Très satisfait de cet établissement , en effet, tout est très cohérent .Accueil , qualité prestations /prix , sans omettre l emplacement qui est parfaitement situé .|Le confort des chambres rénovées est une réelle plus-value , La salle de bain assez petite est malgré tout très bien agencée .

We had a fantastic experience with the hotel. Staff were so incredible and so responsive! We traveled with 2 young kids and got the adjacent rooms - please note these are 2 separate rooms, not adjoining. Location is amazing, close to everything one needs. We got croissants and baguettes every morning at the nearby bakeries. We walked to Notre Dame (around 25 minutes), Louvre (35 minutes) and took the metro everywhere. The metro stops are a few minutes away and many different lines are available. We also took the metro from the airport (CDG) to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

I made a reservation in early January for August (via booking.com with free cancellation). I used my credit card for overseas purchases that I hardly ever use. They changed my card for the full amount. 2 days later a fraudulent charge was made to my card, which I now think is suspicious timing. (The card was cancelled and reissued.) A few weeks later I cancelled my reservation, but they did not refund my money. It should never have even been a refund, they should not have charged my card 8 months before the stay. For 3 weeks I have been emailing and calling them, there is always an excuse for 1. why they did not contact me with a problem and 2. why I have not yet received a refund. I have given them multiple ways to refund my money but I’m worried that I will never see it. This place is dodgy, beware.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant trois nuits et j’ai été très satisfait de mon expérience. L’accueil a été chaleureux, le personnel toujours disponible et souriant. Ma chambre était propre, bien décorée et la literie très confortable, très bien desservis également avec toute les commodités à proximité je recommande fortement cette endroit pour sa globalité

J’ai passé un séjour impeccable au Marais de Launay à Paris ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité des attractions majeures. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel dès mon arrivée. Les équipements sont incroyables, tout est conçu pour le confort des clients. Que ce soit la chambre, la salle de bain ou les services proposés, tout était parfait. Je recommande +++ cet hôtel pour un séjour agréable à Paris, je reviendrai sans hésiter !
