The location is very central - literally across the street from the Gare du Nord. It's possible to lodge bags (at your own risk; obviously) if you arrive early. My room was satisfactory and the bathroom was huge. My room was at the back, so it was peaceful. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast offer - the street is lined with places to eat! Would I stay a week? Perhaps not, but a couple of nights would be perfectly fine.

Too many gangs hanging around outside the hotel stopping you from getting in the building. The staff kind of seemed used to it.

10区の治安の悪さに少し不安を持ち訪問しましたが、駅からすごく近く、駅からホテルまでの間には全然問題はありませんでした。本来はツインの部屋が良かったのですがダブルの部屋しか取れずダブルルームを取りました。私たちは連泊したのですが、1泊目で別で置いてくれていた掛け布団ともともと用意されていた掛け布団を渋々使っていると、2泊目のときにはシーツも掛け布団もベッド毎に別で用意してくださり、ツインルームのように使えるようにしてくださいました。このような気遣いもしてくださるとても素敵なホテルでした。設備も良く綺麗で日本人にもあまり不満なく利用できると思います。

酒店就好乾淨，好舒服。但樓下就好雜好亂有啲人問你要唔要食**啲流浪漢比較多。酒店樓下種聚集咗10幾個流浪漢喺度隔離餐廳嘅門，都有少少驚，所以我哋都係6:00就返酒店。好多其他白人都選擇呢一個酒店，因為就好近車站。但有樣嘢好奇怪嘅就係我哋出酒店門口嘅時候，佢要我哋較低張房咭俾佢，返嚟嘅時候又要等佢開門再俾返張房咭俾我哋呢一個就比較奇怪。不過佢呢個做法都可以理解，因為樓下好多唔同流浪漢。

Expérience répugnante !!!!!!
Je suis arrivé dans une chambre d’hôtel remplis de cheveux au sol ainsi que sur le lit, j’ai soulever les draps pour y vérifier la propreté, il y avait également pleins de cheveux sous les draps.
J’ai été changer de chambre mai la deuxième chambre n’était pas mieux !
La chambre sentait le cendrier froid, le câble de la lampe était couper. Les interrupteurs étaient d’une crasse immonde. De la moisissure était présente dans la salle de bain. Niveau propreté cet établissement laisse sérieusement à désirer !
JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS DU TOUT.

The area is not so great but I didn't have any problems. The location is excellent, especially if you are taking early trains. The hotel by itself is also pretty good. Clean, nice staff, never had any problems. I would stay again.

Sacre bleu!
This place was awful :(
We got to our room and found it covered in mold, yucky!
We asked the host if we could change rooms, he went to inspect the mold telling us that the reason the walls were covered in black stains was just because it was dirty.
Upon closer inspection the man concluded that it was indeed stank, and let us move to the room next door. That was very nice of that man.
The room next door was less moldy!
I recommend here if you like a stinky room.

Awful hotel. Only good point was the location right beside the station. The room we had was so small you had to manoeuvre round the bed to the bathroom and it was right beside the lift which you heard every time it moved. Both nights there was a lot of shouting from within rooms and out of them in the corridor. Had to call reception to ask them to get them to quieten them down at 4.30 in the morning. The fact this is in the hotel 'brochure' says a lot. Felt like a place that was rented out by the hour, not a night. I would 100% not recommend this place. Hated having to hand over the key then wait in a queue on return to get the key again before able to get to room and "relax". There was also always a crowd of smokers outside the front door before you could even get in. Awful.

Comment dire... Je passerais sur l'accueil glaçant Parisien. Vous n'y viendrez que pour la proximité avec la gare du nord... Les chambres sont relativement correct, on en demande pas plus. Si vous avez une chambre sur la cour n'ayez pas peur des odeurs des restaurants d'en bas. Ou de ceux qui fume a leurs fenêtres et parle jusqu'à pas d'heure comme s'ils étaient seuls... En parlant d'en bas, vous aurez le droit a des camé qui reste devant l'hôtel à fumé des joins ou prendre leurs ballons d'azote, ambiance Immersive Garantie. Impossible de payé par carte, machine défectueuse. Pas de WiFi (problème aussi en cause de la machine à carte), réceptionnaire qui n'a quasiment pas de monnaie. Et comme d'autres commentaires le mentionne, la civilité des gens qui y dorme laisse à désirer. Portes qui claquent, personne qui traine les pieds dans les couloirs, pied lourds et j'en passe. Je déconseille fortement aux familles avec enfants, et voyageuse solo.

Absolutely NO, NO, NO. We stayed one night at the hotel because our flight was cancelled. It was my mistake. Huge problems with cleaning. 24 hours noise from the train station. Hotel needs renovation. Reception desk doesn’t work. Terrible.

If you really need to stay near the Gare du Nord you can stay hereVery cheap old hotel, 2 stars maximum. Only one good thing I could notice it’s the size of room and bathroom, pretty big for Parisian measures

This was a last minute booking. I was pleasantly surprised. The Room is quite large and neat. The bathroom is also equipped. It is right across from the Gard de Nord train station. Where you can take the euro star across the English Channel. The price was not bad. There was no water in the room but you can buy it from the entrance lobby. The lobby is quite small and so is the elevator. But thank goodness there is one as moving heavy bags would be so so difficult. The Staff are nice and efficient. the view is not bad but if there is a argument on the street you will most probably be disturbed by it as the nature of a busy station.

Chambre très propre, salle de bain également. Petit déjeuner au New Hotel au coin de la rue.Pas possible de stationner devant même pour décharger les bagages. Très compliqué pour stationner le véhicule. Les parkings font 1,90 m de haut, et avec un véhicule de 1,97 m, dur dur.

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit à 4 en famille mais c'est agréable et bien accueilli, on a adoré le petit déjeuner dans les caves au sous sol d'un autre immeuble juste à côté, à recommander

A part le fait que l’hôtel est pratique car en face de la gare, je ne recommande aucunement. Pleins d’autres hôtels valent mieux pour 50€ de plus dans le coin.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel ,très bien placé quand on doit prendre un train Gare du Nord qui est juste en face.
Accueil assez désagréable et odeur laissant à désiré.
La chambre était propre et salle de baim grande et propre.

Les chambres étaient plus que correctes. La salle de bain était bien propre : parfait. Cependant, un parking très très étroit, avec des indications très peu claires de la part de l'homme à l'accueil. L'hôtel est bien placé, juste en face de la gare du Nord.

Receptionist was rude and prejudice. Keep on raising his voice, when confronted, quickly shooed me away. Based from all other reviews, probably the receptionist is racist. Avoid this hotel at all cost especially if you are a foreigner and coloured skin.
