Tuvimos una estancia de 4 noches, el hotel es pequeño pero muy bueno para descansar, las habitaciones, camas y baños son cómodos, posee un espacio para desayunar, quienes atienden en la recepción son muy amables y predispuestos. Se encuentra en una zona cerca de la plaza de la república por lo que hay bares y restaurantes cerca, o las estaciones de trenes también lo están. Nosotros nos movimos en Taxi siempre para ir a los lugares turísticos y fue bastante cómodo. (Lo único que su ascensor es bastante pequeño) pero no es algo que modifique a la estancia.

Süßes kleines Hotel, zentral und ruhig gelegen, top Service, sehr freundlich, super Frühstück, sauber - perfekt für einen Städtetrip! Zimmer etwas klein und hellhörig, ansonsten nichts auszusetzen!

Well modernised with good quality, and sufficient equipped rooms with all necessities for a good nights sleep. Excellent breakfast. |Quiet surroundings in a central place in Marais, near several Metro Stations. |You are in the neighbourhood of Gare du Nord, Canal Saint Martin and several famous restaurants like Bouillon Julien.

La habitación está muy bien y el servicio también, siempre hay alguien en recepción. Lo que no nos ha gustado es que se escucha todo de fuera adentro y de dentro a fuera pero bueno, lo demás genial. Se ve muy limpio, lo recomiendo.

À contrario des autres avis,je vais faire un avis très mitigé.
En effet, l’hôtel est bien situé, personnel très gentil et petit déjeuner où il y a ce qu’il faut sans plus mais cela fait le travail.
Cependant au début en rentrant dans la chambre en terme propreté on pensait être comme les autres avis précédent, cependant quel désastre. Moisissure dans la salle de bain et insonorisation désastreuse. On entendait les gens parler et l’ascenseur ainsi que la cour interne comme si on était à côté d’eux malgré les portes et fenêtres fermés.
Quel dommage car c’est un hôtel qui a du potentiel mais pour nous, on a été extrement déçu. Nous étions situé au 3ème.

Nel complesso dell' esperienza parigina, va espressa una nota positiva all' albergo e alla sua gestione. La struttura è fondamentalmente modesta, ma certamente dignitosa e ben gestita. Va certamente lodata l'accettabile pulizia e l'ampiezza dei bagni finestrati. Il personale è paziente e molto disponibile a fronte delle ordinarie esigenze del viaggiatore. L'albergo ha una posizione molto centrale, ma è silenzioso. Collegatissimo tramite l'efficente rete metropolitana cittadina.

My stay at the Little Hotel in Paris was overall quite pleasant.
Location:
The location is excellent. There are plenty of cafés, bakeries, and restaurants nearby, and the metro station is very close.
Service:
The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the stay much more enjoyable. Additionally, they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, which was a great convenience.
Room:
The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. While they are not particularly large, they are perfectly fine for a short stay. The hotel also has an elevator, though it’s extremely small and narrow.
Bathroom:
There are a few drawbacks in the bathroom. It’s very small, and the shower is so tight you can barely turn around in it. Unfortunately, there was also mold in the shower, which was unpleasant. The toilet in the corner was quite cramped, and it could use a good dusting.
Conclusion:
A small, well-located hotel with friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The bathroom is very small and could use better maintenance. If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in a great location and can overlook some minor issues, this is a solid choice.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel très bien situé entre la Gare de l’Est et la station de métro République. Le personnel est accueillant, les chambres sont tout à fait correctes et le petit déjeuner très copieux. Très bonne adresse

I loved little hotel..clean with nice bed and hot water all the time..stuff very friendly and will to help you with informations..close to metro stations and republic square with cafe and restaurant around without being annoying..perfect..thank you for the upgrade as we brought our child and gave us Xtra bed room for free..

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es war sauber und das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Die Lage ist ideal, da es nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt ist. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden definitiv wieder hier buchen, wenn wir erneut in Paris kommen.

Alloggiato nella stanza “double deluxe room”, la stanza risulta piccola ma pulita. Posizione del hotel ottima a pochi passi dalla metro e vicino a vari locali per colazione e cena.

I've been to Paris many times and this is such a good hotel for the price paid. Super close to a minor metro (2 min walk) and a major metro (8 min). For this reason alone it's enough to stay here. Lots of comments saying rooms are small. I disagree. Shower is small but not problematically so. There is a one person lift which is great for bags. Heating is fantastic, beds are comfortable, noise from outside is completely blocked. Only two things to keep in mind: probably wouldn't stay in the height of summer due to no AC and the hallways can be noisy. However I'm a light sleeper and slept right through. Fantastic place and would come again. Very impressed. 12pm checkout is amazing!!

Petit hôtel parisien typique. Chambre sans moquette, petite mais propre. Isolation acoustique moyenne mais comme l'hôtel est petit, peu de chambre et je n' ai pas été gênée. Pour un séjour solo, professionnel : expérience très satisfaisante.

Enjoyed this hotel, tucked away on a quiet side street. It is an older building and yes some hallways had a strong scent of incense but overall for the price, it was a good choice especially if you plan on taking a train at Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est.
Fair warning the elevator is tiny. Enough room for one small person plus small luggage. I went up with one luggage while my partner sent his up and climbed the circular staircase.

Really chuffed with this hotel. Well placed (50 metres from a metro) and 10 mins walk from Gare de l'est. Shops and supermarkets really close if you like bed picnics. Good value if booked ahead.

Für eine Übernachtung in Paris ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (inkl. Frühstück) insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Lage ist definitiv ein Pluspunkt: Bahnhof, Metro und Bushaltestellen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar – ideal für Städtetrips.
Die Zimmer selbst sind allerdings sehr klein und bieten kaum Ablagefläche. Auch das Bad ist beengt, vor allem in der geschlossenen Dusche hat man kaum Bewegungsfreiheit. Die Sauberkeit war auf den ersten Blick in Ordnung, beim genaueren Hinsehen aber durchaus noch verbesserungswürdig. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig – wer empfindlich schläft, sollte besser Ohrstöpsel einpacken.
Das Frühstück ist gut, wenn man rechtzeitig kommt: Es gibt verschiedene Brotsorten (Brötchen, Croissants, Baguette, Toast), mehrere Müsli-Varianten, süße Aufstriche, Joghurt, ein paar Sorten Käse und Kochschinken. Tee, Wasser, Säfte und ein guter Kaffeeautomat sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Frisches Obst oder etwas Gemüse wie Tomaten oder Gurken hätten das Angebot sinnvoll ergänzt.
Fazit: Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay, wenn man bei Komfort und Ruhe Abstriche machen kann.
