En plein quartier chinois, L'Amhotel Italie à la décoration moderne et raffinée, propose des chambres/studios de 1 à 4 personnes dont 6 avec balcon, 1 avec jardin privatif et 2 en duplex avec terrasse. Tous les appartements sont équipés d'une kitchenette. Les rangements sont spacieux et conviennent aussi bien à une personne seule qu'à une famille avec enfants. On apprécie particulièrement son parking en sous-sol, rare à Paris dans cette catégorie d'hôtel.

Positives first:
1. BEST mattress ever! Firm and high and so very comfortable. I slept so well and woke up with zero issues.
2. Spacious room in the heart of Paris for a low price.
3. Literally hundreds of restaurants and cafes and shops in the vicinity.
4. Heated drying rack in the bathroom was fantastic
Negatives
1. Nobody at the reception between 1 and 3 pm. Their email says you can leave your luggage for free during this time, but how do I do that when i can't even enter the hotel if i reach at 1? The main door to the hotel is locked and you need a pass code to access it.
2. There was mold near the bathtub.
3. The room was dusty and had a few cobwebs. There was a kettle but no coffee or tea or sugar.
4. The room door did not lock properly and we gave up on it. The room was also on the ground floor next to the lift and it was so noisy, so in some clear need of soundproofing.
5. Initially the room heater did not work and when we informed the receptionist, he said he feels warm so it's alright. But the room was clearly very cold and I stood my ground. Then the heater was fixed and we were warm.
6. Towels were very old and meh.
