L’accueil manque un peu de chaleur, ce qui peut décevoir à l’arrivée. Cependant, la chambre, bien que petite, reste correcte, propre et fonctionnelle pour un court séjour. Expérience mitigée mais acceptable.

Chambres de bon standing. Nuitées trop bruyantes côté rue. L'immeuble tremble avec le métro et les travaux. Merci au chauffeur de bus qui klaxonne dès 5h45...

Habitación comoda, pequeña pero acogedora, limpia y tienen lo necesario. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para poder moverse por la ciudad y al aeropuerto. La estación para metro y tren están cerca igual que las paradas de autobús. El personal amable y resuelve rápidamente cualquier dificultad. Hay restaurantes, panaderia, farmacia y supermercado cerca. Felicitaciones a Denver en recepción qué tuvo una atención excepcional.

The room we were staying was close to the elevator and it was noisy. We stayed during early winter and our room was a bit wet and cold. The staff was excellent tho.

À l’exception de l’emplacement de l’hôtel, je n’y remettrai plus les pieds. Une salle de bain qui sent les égouts, un personnel où tu te fais ignorer comme s’ils ne travaillaient pas ici. Personne à l’accueil lors du départ, simplement installé à une table entrain de discuter ??? Mais faut remettre les clés dans une boîte. Excusez-nous si on dérange. Un frigo.. j’en parle même pas de l’état à l’intérieur. Une télécommande où l’arrière est recollée au scotch. L’insonorisation on en parle pas, c’est mieux. Mais sachez que vous sentez le métro passer tout le temps et les personnes parler comme si vous étiez vous même dans le couloir. Jamais vu un tel manque de respect.

One of the most beautiful, comfortable, clean hotel. The staffs were helpful & present whenever we need. The breakfast was good with a reasonable price for a 3 star Hotel. I would definitely stay again & would recommend to my friends too ????

I left my iPods at the hotel. The hotel was kind enough to find them, call me and to send them back to me. Outstanding! On top of that I sleep extremely well. Rooms are small but all i needed was a bed and bathroom - shower was excellent. Many thanks

Fantastic hotel for a city break right next to the station. Staff were so friendly and attentive especially Razan and Souhell, they looked after our luggage before and after we arrived, complimentary upgrade and lovely clean room. We will definitely be back!

Good hotel. Room was compact, but clean. Maid service every day. When we had a problem with the kettle in the room (la bouilloire, if you're interested) it was fixed same day. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was pretty good, buffet choice of eggs, sausage, bacon, plus continental choices. |Good location near Gare de l'est station. Pretty decent selection of places to eat nearby. Strongly recommend pastry shop across from hotel.|Would recommend.

Super bad experience, no customer service at all. Before traveling, I called the hotel to verify if I could accommodate a friend during my stay; the hotel's truth was that I could, as long as I paid 5 euros more for that person as a city tax. When the day arrived and I approached the receptionist, a very rude and negative young woman, she told me that this wasn't the case, that my colleague should tell me to check the size of my room first. She said no to all my questions without even checking on her computer first, all with the intention of giving me the only option of selling me a separate, larger room for one night. The next day, when this girl had supposedly arranged everything to simply hand over my room and move me to my friend's, it wasn't the case. The only option a new man at reception gave me was to sell me a deluxe room at a price that didn't take into account the difference with the room I was renting. There was no guarantee for me at that hotel even though I called ahead, they are rude and impolite, they took almost $400 more from me, they made my stay in France very difficult.

Stayed here because I needed easy, early morning proximity to Gare du Nord. It's a quick walk to there, and in fact even closer to Gare de l'Est. ||The location was good, the neighborhood was fine. I always felt safe. The hotel was clean.||I live in NYC. I thought I was immune to street noise.||HOWEVER. My hotel was on the first floor (in the US that = 2nd floor). I looked directly onto the street, and as it turns out onto a bus stop. At all hours of the night, people walking by and waiting at the bus stop might as well have been standing in my room. It was that loud with the windows closed. If that isn't bad enough, on the lower level of the hotel the metro running directly under the hotel can be heard (at felt) at 5-minute intervals between 5 am and 1 am. Noise cancelling headphones help, but sleep will be difficult until 1 am.||Otherwise... Room is comfortable. Has a safe, shampoo, soap, and hair dryer. ||Would not stay here again.

Direkt am Gare de l‘Est ist der imposante Bau bestens geeignet für uns Reisende aus Freiburg oder Strassburg: netter Empfang, gute Atmosphäre, sich wohl zu fühlen und Gepäck kostenlos zu lagern. 2 schnelle Lifts. Mein Zimmer ist klein, aber Spiegel vergrößern den Raum optisch. Die Klimaanlage hört man nicht. Fenster zum Öffnen, gute Ausstattung mit Kaffee/Tee-Bereitung, Kühlschrank, variables Licht, bequeme Betten. Sehr gute Pflegemittel in Spendern.Kurze Wege zu Metro & Bussen. Nebenan Monop’ für den Bedarf.

HI i left my pillow cover on the hotel. i accomodate yesterday (4/15~16) i check out today(4/16). i stayed there on 3or 4 floor for one person room my name is park han sol. could you keep the pilow until tomorrow? i will pick up tomorrow

An exceptional, well presented and comfortable hotel. Cleaned daily and with excellent facilities. Highly recommended for a short stay in Paris. |Across the road from the Gare de l’Est or only 30-45 min walk from Opera or Notre Dame. Good selection of shops and supermarkets on the street. Bakery opposite is excellent too.

距離巴黎東站火車站及相關地鐵很近，前往市區及搭乘火車都相當方便，附近用餐選擇也多，直到晚間11點都有不同選擇；旅館樓下即是超市。入住時間前與退房後，都能協助行李寄放，整體來說十分方便，下次還會想要選擇本旅館。

진짜 아무생각없이 잡은 숙소인데, 교통이 개좋습니다 ㅋㅋ 숙소도 나중에보니 화장실 개넓은거고 방도 개넓은거고, 테라스 뷰도 멋집니다(해지는거보임)
출구 바로옆 마트도 가격 좋구요. 건너편 빵집 빵이랑 라떼가 존맛입니다 ㄹㅇ ㅋㅋ
그때도좋고 돌아보니 더좋은 숙소였어요..
24년 5월기준 앞에 버스 시간표가 구글맵이랑 다르니 참고하세요.

Good location for access to the Metro and Main line station . Room was quite small for 3 adults , but was clean and well looked after by the cleaning staff . We only used it for a base ,so didn't really affect our holiday . Would have been nice if the hotel had a bar as we always like to spend some time having a few drinks at night . Reception staff were very helpful and friendly .

Only my daughter and I stayed. Room was perfect for our 3 day get away. Literally opposite one of the main train stations, we managed to see so much of Paris in 3 days. Would definitely stay here again.

Suite à une erreur effectuée sur un site peu ergonomique l’hôtel a refusé de décaler une nuit un jour plus tôt malgré une disponibilité. J’étais disposé à payer la différence. Aucune discussion possible pour arranger le client.

I would give 1 star only due to location.
I am from warm area and prefer room temperature around 25 C degree to sleep. I am also with my kid. She feels cold as well. However , this room can only go up to 23 C degree. Went to front desk ask them if I can have control of room temperature or please adjust to around 25 C degree. The guy said he will help then call me. After about 1 hour , nothing changed neither calling room. I went to front desk again . Now he said the government rule room temperature can not be above 23 C degree. I did some research, couldn’t find any proof of that. Very disappointed and ridiculous. Last but not the least, the room is noisy. I could not sleep well. No more this hotel. Plus , they turned off heat air or control malfunctioning at midnight then temperature dropped to 21 degree. I asked them on the morning, they said they have not track. What a joke. My kid and I felt sick on the morning. The hot air is not individually controlled.

We spent 5 days here and it was absolutely perfect, the location is the best, close to the metro station, literally just on the corner and restaurants around are good as well. Room was clean they give us slippers and robe, and personnel was very attentive and courteous. Highly recommend it.

On the night of 23 May, we asked the hotel staff to book a taxi to CDG Airport for four people. Before confirming, we specifically asked about the fare, and the staff clearly told us it would be 60 EUR. Based on that assurance, we confirmed the booking.
However, when the minivan arrived, the driver charged us more than the confirmed amount, despite there being no delays, no extra luggage, and no added services. As we were rushing to the airport to avoid missing our flight, we had no choice but to pay the higher fare.
We emailed the hotel afterward to request support or clarification. Unfortunately, their response was disappointing. They distanced themselves from any responsibility, claiming they had no partnership with the taxi company and that the quoted fare was only an estimate. They offered no help in resolving the overcharge.
This experience left us feeling misled and unsupported. If the hotel chooses to arrange services for guests, they should take some responsibility, especially when their staff communicates a specific price.
We strongly advise future guests to arrange their own transport or get written confirmation of all prices. Sadly, this left a negative impression at the end of an otherwise pleasant stay.
