Avis HÔTEL GARDEN SAINT-MARTIN Paris

Ho soggiornato insieme al mio ragazzo dal 25 al 30 maggio.
I punti di forza dell’hotel sono la posizione vicinissima a due fermate della metro, i ristoranti intorno, bulangerie vicina, acqua fredda o calda, caffè e the gratis e infine la cordialità del personale.
Tuttavia, la stanza era troppo piccola: la nostra aveva una porta d’ingresso pesante e di fronte una ulteriore porta pesante per entrare in camera. Lateralmente, in mezzo alle due porte, un’altra porta dove c’era solo il wc.
La stanza era molto piccola e scomoda, non c’era spazio e nemmeno molta aria se non con la finestra aperta con annesso rumore di festa di fuori. Non era molto pulita e la doccia buia e piccola aveva una tenda para schizzi nemmeno molto igienica.
La colazione era ok, pane da tostare, marmellata, Nutella e anche colazione salata.
Comunque lo consiglio ugualmente perché alla fine abbiamo dormito in un letto comodo e il prezzo era nella media considerando quelli di Parigi.

Pas d’eau chaude ce matin . Juste un mot d’excuse aurait permis de rendre les choses acceptables ; mais c’était trop demander manifestement.

La posizione è perfetta ma per tutto il resto è da evitare!||La pulizia è pessima, le mattonelle del bagno macchiate (sì, tocca pulire anche le mattonelle quando si pulisce un bagno!!), il phon pieno di polvere (vedi foto)… il (credo) proprietario quando gli ho chiesto di farci pulire per bene il bagno mi ha anche deriso. Scostumato anche al nostro arrivo, minacciando di cancellare la camera se non avessimo presentato la carta con cui avevamo fatto la prenotazione (ma non ci eravamo rifiutati di farlo, avevamo solo chiesto come funzionasse per pagare avendo prenotato tramite il loro sito!). La camera non corrispondeva affatto alle foto sul sito: armadio, letto, specchio e muro completamente rovinati e decadenti. Va bene la camera piccola, il bagno piccolo, ma almeno pulirli e tenerli bene! Asciugamani puliti macchiati. ||Gli altri ragazzi della reception molto gentili. Comodo poter prendere le bevande.

Als je op zoek bent naar een betaalbaar eenvoudig hotel dan is dit een prima keuze. Kamer is schoon en badkamertje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is een oud gebouw dus houd rekening met karakteristieke eigenschappen als scheve vloeren en trappen. Er is een hele kleine lift voor max 2 personen die niet geschikt is voor mensen met claustrofobie. In de lobby kun je een gratis flesje water pakken. De receptionisten zijn zeer behulpzaam. De ligging van het hotel is rustig en tegenover zit een fantastische bakkerij. Leuke winkels en koffietentjes in de ditecte omgeving. Kwartiertje lopen vanaf gare du nord.

Most of the staff were unhelpful, except for the head of housekeeping. The cleaner was rude and sarcastic. On top of everything, we weren’t allowed to change rooms, paid a high price for a terrible experience, and were charged a city tax that was never mentioned beforehand. Absolutely not recommended.

Horrible experience.|The room was in a terrible state when we arrived: hair everywhere — on the beds, sheets, duvets, even in the bathtub. There was dust on all surfaces, mold in the wardrobe and on the hairdryer, and the pillows were yellow and dirty inside.|We contacted reception multiple times and were promised cleaning, but nothing happened. The cleaner was rude and sarcastic.|When we came back later in the evening, nobody had come. They had only left some clean sheets on the bed.|We had to go to the supermarket, buy cleaning products, and clean the bathroom and room ourselves. Also, one day no one came to clean the room at all. When I went down to reception to ask for someone to come and at least take out the trash, they simply handed me garbage bags — and I had to take out the trash myself!|This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a hotel.|Totally unacceptable service and conditions.||Expérience catastrophique.|La chambre était dans un état lamentable : des cheveux partout (lits, draps, couettes, baignoire), de la poussière sur toutes les surfaces, de la moisissure dans l’armoire et sur le sèche-cheveux, et des oreillers jaunis.|Malgré nos demandes, aucun vrai nettoyage n’a été fait. Le personnel était sarcastique et non professionnel.|Nous avons dû acheter nos propres produits pour nettoyer la chambre et la salle de bain nous-mêmes.|À notre retour, la seule chose faite était de laisser des draps propres sur le lit.|Service et organisation totalement inacceptables.|Je ne recommande cet hôtel à personne. Fuyez !

Ho soggiornato con mio marito e mio figlio di 13 anni, la scorsa settimana in questo albergo 2 stelle prenotato sul loro sito ufficiale a novembre 2024. La prenotazione riconfermata una settimana prima dell'arrivo era per una camera familiare con 3 letti singoli al costo non certamente economico (ma a Parigi si sa che non sia economica) di 530 euro per 3 notti. ||All'arrivo notiamo che dall'esterno l'ingresso e il palazzo non sembra esattamente con nella fotografia in ogni caso entriamo. Alle 15 facciamo il check in e il receptionist ci fa subito saldare la camera: io chiedo mi raccomando una bella camera. Lui mi risponde certamente!||La camera tripla, ma solo con un letto matrimoniale e un singolo affacciava su un piccolo cortile interno, ed era al piano terra accanto ad una camera dove stavano facendo i lavori e trapanando molto forte ancora al momento del nostro ingresso in camera. |La camera è praticamente al buio, non si può tirare la tenda alla finestra che da sul cortile perché ci sono gli operai e perché sul vetro è anche appoggiata una scala. ||Il rumore è insostenibile, allora decidiamo subito di chiedere una camera diversa.|Il Receptionist dice che non ha posto.. ma alla nostra insistenza, afferma: stasera non posso cambiare camera ma domani e per le 2 notti successive posso cambiarvi con una camera al secondo piano. A malincuore accettiamo il compromesso che comunque ci sembrava una buona proposta. Restiamo in camera con i rumori insopportabili per il minimo indispensabile e poi siamo costretti ad uscire dall'hotel fino a dopo cena. ||La mattina dopo, con ancora bagagli chiusi facciamo colazione e dopo ricordiamo al nuovo Receptionist (diverso da quello del giorno prima) dell'accordo preso e chiediamo dove lasciare i bagagli. Il nuovo Receptionist molto scocciato ci dice che il collega si è sbagliato! che non ha altre camere e che dobbiamo restare li... Sono veramente in collera e dico che non è possibile far pagare tutto, prendere un accordo e poi rimangiarsi la parola data al cliente. Non è corretto!|Lui dice che ho ragione, che se voglio posso scrivere una lamentela alla direzione... ma che lui non può farci nulla. Gli operai sono stati presenti anche il giorno successivo, chiaccherando davanti la camera la mattina presto e non permettendoci di aprire la finestra ne tirare la tenda per far entrare un pò di luce. Allego fotografie. Quella camera non doveva essere venduta fino alla fine dei lavori dell'hotel. Almeno avrebbero dovuto accordarmi uno sconto o un rimborso. Chiaramente ho scritto una e-mail di reclamo...ma figurati se hanno risposto e dubito che lo faranno :( ||Parigi è sempre bellissima, quindi la vacanza non è stata rovinata da questo tuttavia non si può reclamizzare sul sito un hotel con foto cosi discordanti dalla struttura che abbiamo effettivamente trovato. La camera buia, rumorosa e deludente, la reception sciatta, il personale dell'hotel molto poco disponibile e prendono accordi non veri solo per rabbonire il cliente. |Le foto del sito fanno pensare a camere ben curate a piani alti con vista. Vi consiglio pertanto di chiedere camere ai piani alti e assolutamente no quelle al piano terra. Unica cosa che salvo è la colazione che non era male come proposta e la posizione vicino a Place de la Republique dove c'è la metro.

Super nettes Personal und Zimmer war immer sauber

Quelle belle surprise. Hôtel très bon rapport qualité prix. Très calme alors qu’il se trouve dans un quartier très animé.
L’accueil a été parfait alors que nous sommes arrivés à 9 dont 5 enfants et beaucoup de demandes ????.

Für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend. Kleine Zimmer, steile Treppe, kleiner Aufzug. Daher nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man älter ist oder eine Behinderung hat. Schön zentral gelegen.

De kamers zijn in orde, verder geen speciale service of zo, maar de locatie vonden we fantastisch!

Доволни сме от хотела и персонала. Нищо не ни липсваше. Стаите бяха превъзходно чисти. Има и асансьор. Има кафе и вода 24/7 безплатни. Хотела се намира на супер местоположение. На 20-30 мин пеша от лувъра.

This Hotel is absolutely perfect for a short trip to Paris. I needed a low budget option and eventually found this place after searching for a while. The people there are incredibly hospitable. Even though we didn't pay for breakfast, the hot beverages and bottled water were complimentary. The rooms were spotless and smelled fresh, the linens were soft and cozy.
I saw some reviews of there being small showers and I can verify that this is a European thing. I didn't find the shower small, just averagely sized. When I'm in Paris again, I'll definitely check if there's a room available at this place since it's located in a nice area in close proximity to a metro station. Thanks for having us!

We had a great expirence and a nice time in the hotel and Paris. There are some great bakerys and everything you need around the corner. A great value for your money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for the money was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A lovely touch was the free hot beverages and water available anytime.

The room was comfortable and spacious enough for the two of us. The location was great—we could walk to all the major attractions, making it super convenient to explore the city.

Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved this hotel. We got 2 rooms as a family of 5 and it worked out perfectly! We felt very safe even with our kids in a separate room (they are older kids). The rooms were so cute and clean, the breakfast was great, free water bottles and coffee, and great location! The shower was small, must be a European thing, and we had the worst neighbors that were super loud but the staff were very understanding. I would stay here again!

Hotel consigliatissimo soprattutto considerando che è un due stelle. Posizione strategica, vicinissimo a due fermate della metro. |Personale gentile, hotel abbastanza pulito e sopratutto bevande calde e fredde gratuite ogni giorno!|Colazione buona e abbondante.|Lo consiglio vivamente!

La posizione e' davvero strategica, comodissimo alla metro, in un quartiere molto vivace e servito. Camera comoda e silenziosa , letto comodissimo, pulita e accogliente. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile! Torneremo!

Grazioso hotel in un bellissimo quartiere, Canale di Sant Martin, con due stazioni metro vicine, boulangerie, cafè e bistrot.

This hotel is a nice stay. The rooms are small, but that's Europe for you. The service was good. Easy to check in and out. Would stay again. They offer breakfast for a small price.

Questo hotel è situato in una posizione super strategica per visitare Parigi: la metro è a 2 passi e la zona è tranquilla e sicura. Le camere sono un po' piccole ma la spesa contenuta giustifica la dimensione. Avevo letto della tenda nella doccia ed è vero, ma alla fine la soluzione non è male.
La camera è pulita.
Degno di nota di merito è il fatto che si possono avere bevande calde a volontà gratutite, così come gratuite sono le bottiglie d'acqua, davvero un bel servizio!
In conclusione questo hotel va davvero bene per chi vuole girare tutto il giorno per Parigi e avere un posto sicuro e pulito per riposare.

Minden nagyon jó, de én nem a szállodában laktam, hanem a szemközti házban.

Cumple las expectativas, buen servicio de desayuno, hay varios tipos de café disponibles a toda hora sin costo adicionales. El recepcionista muy atento y cordial. El único problema es moverse dentro del hotel con maletas grandes, las escaleras son incómodas y el ascensor llega solo entrepisos.

Nous recommandons grandement cet hôtel. Le quartier, l’équipe d’acceuil, les chambres sont vraiment parfait(e) pour le prix payé.
Plusieurs bouches de métro sont à proximité (5 minutes à pieds) de bon restaurant aux alentours et l’hôtel est calme
